is it just me or are others also having problems with ameritrades level II? mine isint working.

i have ameritrade, but i cancelled the level II months ago.

It took me forever to get into my command center. Kept saying connection was refused by streamer or something like that.

i just called, ameritrade said they are having problems with thier steamer due to updating or transferring accounts and it should be fixed shortly.

Haven't noticed anything today but it was running very slow here yesterday late afternoon (on cable and T1).

I wasn't using the L2 tho at the time, but I did have the streamer open on one PC and my portfolio page on another.

I have a buddy whose L2s are working fine. Mine's not working and says Applet notinited. As far as I can tell that not even a real word.

I'm getting the same thing Chadsly - I can't open the streamer, hope they get it fixed quick!

In the meantime some stocks have their real time L2's on PinkSheets http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=plni if you want em.

I also have Ameritrade and I cannot get my command center to load either.

I just called. The guy gave me 2 free trades for my inconvenience. I then hung up, and relaunched, and the Streamer came up! It's gonna be a great day!

When you have trouble loading streamer, log off Ameritrade and try getting on again. It seems to work most of the time.
