wow the board sure got a bit ugly recently, im guessing this is becuase of the share price action lately.many were expecting something very big and it just didnt happen.if i were more risk tolerant i shoulda woulda coulda sold my shares at .0029 instead of buying more at that price and then bought back today.oh well i am still in this for the long haul and i hope that qbid will continue its plan and one day will be a very great little company.which i sorta think its already great but has not come through with alot of its plans yet.

hi all, i read this board every day and despite all the b.s. about share price and company performance i am still holding strong. if any of you don`t belive in this stock than why not just sell and move on, launching a gay network in the current political climate is difficult for even the big boys like logo, even more so for a small start up like qbid, when i first got in this early last year i did so because i felt the time was right for this type of network and then logo was annuonced witch reinforced that opinion, logo delayed, probably due to network hesitation about a gay network. wich shows how complicated this idea is to implement, in my opinion frank has come a very long way to date although i too was exspecting a higher stock price by now i am not discuraged only a little dissapointed but i still belive this is THE stock play of 2005 and only i can change my mind about that! so keep posting the facts,the lies and the b.s. i will hold untill it flies or falls all the way to zero! so argue all you want i`ve made my decision and i will live with it! come what may. if you sell for a loss deal with it and move on. i have lost money on stocks posted on these boards before but i don`t come on and post all maner of nastyness in anger, i move on and try again. no one on these boards has ever forced me to buy or sell ,it is my chioce, it is your chioce. if you dont like the stock thats fine but why do i have to keep reading about it here, venting and frustration are one thing but some of you realy get carried away with yourselves, lighten up it`s only sotck, if you cant afford to lose ALL your investment than don`t trade pinks! try cd`s or mutual funds! enjoy the gains and live with the losses, don`t bitch and don`t bragg!!! Monday, May 02, 2005 Q Television Hires CPA Firm to Complete Financial Audit
Palm Springs, California May 2, 2005 – Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that it will be securing a well known securities CPA firm this week to complete its full financial audit. Q Television will work closely with the accountants to move forward with its plans to become a fully reporting company.
The CPA firm will conduct the standard audit, and is expected to deliver the final report to Q Television upon completion, at which time Q Television will become a fully reporting company.

I haven't post in a minute because I got disinterested with QBID.The only problem I have with QBID is that sooner or later it's gonna have to do a R/S when they start reporting. If it does that then we are all screwed. Frank will say something like " I did say that that there wasn't gonna be a R/S but I didn't say there wasn't gonna be one when QBID starts reporting. He has a way of words just read the PR's. I'm out.

drew andrew whatever your name is....why are you calling certain members of allstocks pumpers when you yourself were pumping this stock like we would all be millionaires by today? i don't understand what all the constant arguing is about. some people are shady and dishonest it's something i've come to accept. i'm not saying you are one of these people. but most of us are here to talk about a stock we are currently invested in. we are here to talk about FACTS not rumors. facts being any dd. charts, pr's, links to other websites or articles that mention Q. i've waisted at least 30 min of my life reading silly immature posts from certian members of allstocks. i'm here for dd and good conversation with good honest people. if you aren't here for that then what are you here for?

The reason I am hear becuase I am sick of everyone bashing anyone with a different veiw then them. If you guys change your tune and stop bashing anyone that doesn't see eye to eye I will go away. But until then I will be here all day everday. So just stop bashing and respond to all posts like adults instead of saying don't listen to so and so they are morons. Thats all I am asking.
I use to come to this board about over a year an a half ago and everyone listened to everyone and no one bashed. It was a great time. These days it is if you ain't on board don't post. Which that is not right. And it is all because of a few ppl and they know who they are.

yeah i miss those days. i don't bash or pump. but if i have dd or something to offer i offer it. i'm mostly here because i like a lot of the people who post here. i think of them like my family. some people do jump on others who are posting negative or what would appear to be negative comments. they mean well though. i think they have a lot of pride when it comes to this stock. they don't want people talking smack about it. i mean it's like a baby. would you like it if someone said something rude about your baby? i wouldn't.

lol I know. I don't like to fight with Doctoall, but I don't like him bashing everyone that doesn't wake up and post GO Q! No I would kill anyone talking bad about my baby.. lol But this is a stock and I have always been told.. "Invest with your brain not your heart." I just want this to be an open forum where a guy like me can come on and say hey I wouldn't touch this stock with a ten foot pole. And either everyone ignores them or intrigues them why they think that way. Not just the shut up basher go away.. lol Can't we all just get along....????

Kind of. QBID is unique in it's programming, especially for the US.

Viacom does, hereTV and Pridevision are privately owned.

Original programming. Not just movies repeated over and over.
(7) Do they have a target demographic?
Yes.
(8) Does that demographic have the means to support the product?
Oh hell yes.
(9) Where does the commercial community stand, do Fortune 500 Companies want to reach the prospect's target demographic?
Definitely.
(10) Can the prospect deliver an effective avenue for the major corporations to reach this market?
Kind of.

Maybe I don't understand this question. They don't have any huge institutional investors.
(12) What's the possible impact of their primary competition & will my prospect have the lead in the market?
Viacom will release LOGO and they'll be big competitors, but as Frank has said, there's room for multiple channels, just look at Latino programming on regular cable!

Yes, but we'll have to see about the group as a whole.

You keep saying you are sick of people pumping QBID. If this is true, please explain the series of posts you made a couple weeks ago. An example follows:

I've re-read every post you've made for the last couple weeks . . . and quite frankly, I am confused. Most of your comments have been rational and positive about QBID's progress. Then you started posting messages (similar to the one above) that implied you had information not yet available to the rest of us. You then sent PMs to some people (I was not one of them) that apparently provided details of your "big secret".
Shortly after that, your posts turned negative about QBID, and now you are whining about being mistreated by QBID "pumpers". Good god, man, what do you expect after posting a series of classic pump-and-dump comments?
I hate wasting time on all this unproductive crap . . . so let's drop it and get back to making money. We CAN ALL GET ALONG.
Anyone have any new DD or opinions on QBID for tomorrow?

If my memory is correct, Frank said that there would not be a R/S while he was CEO.
At this point, he could be shooting himself in both feet with a R/S.

Shares are also being retired inorder to be listed on an exchange--those were very specific PR's concerning the buyback.
Frank could do what he has done in the past-- develop the product and get it to the selling point.
Why should he change game plans when it has worked so well in the past?
