Frank said there will be no R/S under the current management… I hear statements like that all the time in the pharmaceutical business. There will be no mergers as long as I am in charge, then that person is promoted into another position and the merger happens under the new person. I’m sure Frank is being very truthful; HE will never have a R/S. Now if someone else is in charge, all bets are off.
R/S or not, Frank in charge or not, I see value in this company or I would not have invested in it. If someone buys Q then it has a market value high enough to be worth buying.

I can't believe people are still loading up on this stock. You are going to be very upset when it doesn't fly. Instead of buying today, wait another couple months and you will be able to get millions more shares at the same price (lol).

My guess we drop to .002 today without a pr.. Volume is dead and the spread is far apart. JMO... Not many ppl are going to be buying into that spread and the charts show it is in a downtrend. bid .0021 x ask .0023
Our system posted a WAIT today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 05.18.2005 (2) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0027. Since then QBID has fallen -18.52% .
It is now a market with a firm decision to try the lower end. We already have warned you before with our previous confirmed SELL signal. Anyway, we believe that you have sold your shares and even opened a short sale position.
Our WAIT tag says all that is to say. Keep on staying short or at cash until the next signal. Do not bother yourself with any further buying or selling, as long as the WAIT tag stays.

Public companies have to announce when they are in negotiations and have issued an intent to complete an action towardsa purchase or a sale of equities.
My guess is the lawyers told Frank he had to post it. I am not saying that he wouldnt have anyway but everytime they post something that is a "we are trying to buy" PR they get blasted for it. But everyone wants them to be a fully reporting off pink company which will require these types of PRs to be posted.
You can not have it both ways. They either have to work towards financial reporting and will have to PR everything or they can PR nothing but fnalized deals and stay on the pinks.

Ligge no he does not have to post a PR announcing negotiations. This has nothing to do with reporting. He should be reporting os and earnings not negotiations. This is once again a FLUFF pr trying to get the price to move. How many PR's has he released about making a deal or buying something only to never hear about it again? Close the deal then report.

Couldn't agree with you more Kevin about the buyback/PPS relationship. If El Franko Mundo is buying back shares, it only stands to reason that he would want the PPS as low as possible while he was doing it. Once he is done, look out.
