No. But I *AM* saying that it cannot be proven that he *IS NOT* doing this until they file with the SEC. I do trust Frank though, so in all fairness, I'll say he's likely NOT screwing us over. But this is far from the first time they have told us they are moving to a new exchange and/or filing with the SEC. Why tell us? Why not just friggen do it?
Therefore, as with nearly every pink sheet stock, the only reason why someone would say they are moving to the SEC (without picking a targetted date to do so by) would be to elevate the price of the stock. For Frank supposedly being the diamond in the rough of all the pink sheets, he's sure following in all their footsteps. I have a feeling he doesn't intend to leave for a long, long, while.

MTV Networks' forthcoming gay channel Logo and LPI Media--publisher of The Advocate, Out, and The Out Traveler--announced Monday that they have formed a multiyear, multiplatform partnership to create cobranded television specials and an online headline news service. The partnership will see both companies collaborating on at least five programs a year, with the first special to air in the fourth quarter of 2005; the specials will be based on original content from the three LPI magazines. The Logo-Advocate cobranded headline news service will run on Logo's Web site, www.LogoOnline.com, in the fourth quarter of 2005, with content generated by the staff of The Advocate.
"I am very proud to partner with LPI Media not only because of its dominant role but because the company is a true pioneer in the LGBT marketplace and the larger media landscape," said Brian Graden, president of Logo and of MTV Networks Music Group Entertainment, in a statement. Hello everyone. Just wanted to stop by and say hi. Works been crazy lately. I've been working up to thirteen hours a day trying to prepare the hospital for Joint Commission surveys and I haven't been able to post much as a result.
G-Invest, I have really enjoyed reading many of your posts, but I'm afraid you'll probably be saying goodbye to us soon with leaving Frank a deadline as early as July 1st. I was talking to our CFO last week about QBID moving off the Pink Sheets. He doesn't invest in penny stocks, but he was able to provide me with a little information on companies moving to an exchange. This gave me a little more patience. I'm not one to prognosticate the future of QBID's success, but I really don't think we'll be moving onto an exchange until around September or October. Some of you may be getting impatient and that's understandable. No one is telling you to hold because, after all, it's your money. However, I have enough confidence in Frank and a better understanding for how the process works, so I'm willing to wait.

I believe the last answer was the audit was done and the findings were given to the attorneys related to moving us to another exchange. I would assume that at this point in the game any disucssions of O/S, A/S, auditing findings etc are at the sole discreetion of the lwyers and their firm. So I doubt Frank could tell us even if he wanted to, good or bad, until things get worked out.

So I finally got in today just to see it drop. Any thoughts on tomorrow? I noticed those big block buys at the end of the day. Frank or the company still buying back? Everyone still positive on this for the long term? I had to sell my PLNI to buy this. Hope I don't regret it.

Hey Hilander,I don't think you will regret it. There are a lot of Longs on this board that have faith in Frank and Co.
If you have Tivo or a way to record the infomerical,that would be something for you to see how your investment. It is a great production and only makes me more comfortable in the Q. I bought 250,000 more today.
The price dropped on me too for the day but remember Q teaches you to be patient. The are still very new,but have endless possibilites. Some mention SIRI and QBID in the same sentence,could you imagine?
I must be honest,I sold 8 other stocks to be where I am in Q,so yes I am still positive,long term. We have to get off pinks first so other investors and institutions will invest in us. We need carriers,which Frank probably has..IMO Then comes Revenue and pps to the moon...LOL
I better stop,I could talk about Q all night,JUST ASK MY WIFE...LMAO!!!

Man, it looks like QBID is all over the place. COOL! I'm feeling better and better about my move. Now to buy more. I want to be in that QBID millionaire club! Oh, and Thanks Rich!!!!

We are moving in the right direction. IMO the initial audit is completed and the Frank was told by the auditors that the share count needed to be reduced before we could move to another exchange. So Frank started the buyback,when the buyback is completed the auditors will once again have to aduit and certify the share count in order to move to off the pinks.
Frank decided to use the new equip money to complete the buyback, he would not have done that if he did not think that it would pay him in the end. IMO he has carriers, and deals that will make the "Q" huge and in the process make us some major bank.
Frank is very much in control of this project and he will give us infor when he feels like its the right time. While he cares about the shareholders he is not going to be bullied into releasing the news about carriers until he wants to.
In his mind those shareholders who do not want to wait, really do not have to wait, there are no shortage of shareholders who want to get into the "Q", with all the coverage that we are getting;shares will be harder to get and that is what Frank wants.
I for one am in no hurry, the time will come and I will be very happy that I was long, strong and holding. We will become fully reporting and get to another exchange but not on our terms but rather as Frank sees fit.
There will be lots of news coming our way soon as in #1. The completion of the buyback. #2. The finalized deal with OUTtv/Pridevision. #3,Q is now a reporting company. #4 We have major carriers #5. We have moved to another exchange.
All or any of these PR's will give the boost to the PPS that we are all waiting for, of course this is all IMHO for what its worth.

Honestly, the sky's the limit. Basically, if we were off the pink sheets, that'd me that we'd be reporting, and if we were reporting, it'd be easy to gauge from debt and revenue where we'd be. But coupled with a huge carrier, it'd still be difficult, so my assumption would be a penny or two, assuming we're only 7 billion or so with outstanding shares.

Even if I do sell around July 1st or so, I'll still be watching QBID like a hawk, ready to scoop up shares the second they announce a deadline. My biggest problem, and I say this with total respect for the Qmillion club, is that Frank has not yet set a deadline for getting off the pinks.
Even if he were to say, 6 months, I'd hold. But I have a feeling there will be no deadline. And that frustrates me. But yeah, I have a LOT of respect for those of you in the Qmillion club, because as I said before, we might have some potential board members on this forum.

If they are buying back shares at EOD (end of day), which I suspect they very well could be given the run on no news, then we are poised to make a huge run on significant news. News of an exchange change or SEC filing could totally blow this stock into the one or two cent range at a MINIMUM. But the problem is that they are just buying back shares with no target for an exchange set.
Now, if they are being smart about it, and not releasing a date while buying back shares, then that's great, but I'm an investor, and the least I can expect is how much of a stake I actually have in QBID. It's the only thing I can expect. It would appear that Frank is buying back shares low while he can, so that he can get down to that magic 7 billion number or so. If that's the case, that's great, but I'd like to hear that's the direction we are headed.
Don't let my comments persuade any of you to sell out of QBID. But also, please done buy based on the same comments. There's a lot of pros and cons, but QBID is the next riskiest stock next to maybe MLXOE. I'm in both, so you can imagine the kind of pressure I'm under now. I have high hopes for both, but I'm only willing to give QBID maybe a month or so before I bail. MLXOE I'm still scratching my head on.

Doc has a REALLY good point. Just because I want to see them announce a date doesn't mean it's in the best interest of QBID as a whole to announce one. In fact, it is in their best interest to not announce a move to a new exchange or new filing, because they can continue to buy back your shares at a cheap price. Many of you might buy at .0022 and sell at .0027 only to find that Frank two months from now reduced the O/S to a mere 3 billion. Then you'll really feel left out. So if you *do* sell cause you're hoping for a big run, please consider this. This is the first time that Frank himself has made the statement that a specific firm is auditing QBID, so it *is* a huge announcement.

Another really good point by doc. Listen to what Father of Two, Doc, and Pennytrader have to say, they've followed this stock longer than I have, and have a good deal of insight into QBID. A major carrier is going to totally blow this stock wild. And I'm talking even more so than getting the 2006 gay games. That's why I say look for a short-term target of .0070 if they *do* announce a big carrier, and possibly a .028 target if they announce they are filing.
I don't want my opinions to influence anyone who is in QBID, either short or long. If you're a daytrader, you might have good reason to be in this stock, but if you are, don't stay in for long or you'll probably be disappointed that you could have put the money elsewhere. Father of Two did exactly what he needed (sold some QBID) to make some cash on PLNI, and I don't fault him one bit for it. It all depends on what you're willing to risk.
I'm risking about 500,000+ shares worth of QBID. At the end of the month it'll be over a million, easy. But I'm only willing to wait so long before I see action. I'm hoping Frank is willing to give us that action.

Yeah, I change my signature cause it was kind of mean, even the 5-stars in QBID know EXACTLY why they are investing. I just want to provide an objective look at QBID. Unfortunately, it always comes down to outstanding shares with nearly all Pink Sheets.
I have faith that Frank is going to fix the O/S to be about 7 billion or so, but we'll have to see. I'm very excited and anxious to see how things change, but if QBID really does have a solid carrier, they simply have to move to a new exchange, cause that would indicate they are a new company and totally willing to be held accountable to stockholders. I think even Frank understands that, which is why I'm an investor, and not a basher.
So for the first time ever: Go Q!!

This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards. Dont invest more then you can afford to lose.
