FWIW.... here are my thoughts on the after hour trades...
All day, we saw very few if any sells.... I believe that the MM were holding off on posting these and posted them all the last 15 minutes and after hours to end on a down tick and to show EOD weakness. This can only help them next week if there is no news... more people will begin to doubt and sell to play other stocks! Is there no one else here that wonders how 50-100 buys go through and they don't raise the bid or ask? It is becasue they have sells at the same time!
Secondly, has nobody here ever purchased stock at the bid? My last million of Q was at the bid of 0.002.... so I khow it can happen!
I do believe that Frank is and has repurchased a ton of shares that he will use to resell on future runs. I just hope that he starts selling after I get out!

Noob here (we were all one at one time!). Please enlighten me...
1). Looking back on the one year "BigChart", I see an occasional spike up to +/- .04 cents per share for one day only. Was this due to your typical "pump & dumpster"?
2). Honestly, where do you see the pps going from here on out, and how long do you thing it will take to get there?
3). Anyone check out the Raging Bull message board on qbid? I've been to some wild boards before, but boy! The bashers and buyers are really duking it out over there! The stock must be good! :-)
quote:Originally posted by Bigrod40: Ok people here is my take on the QBID buyback.
Since April 29 (buyback announced), there has been 6.259 Billion shares traded. I believe that Frank has bought 25% of them totaling 1.564 Billion. I also believe he started buying back at the beginning of that week, in which case 7.266 Billion have been traded. At 25% he has bought back 1.816 Billion. This leaves Frank 184 Million short of his buyback target of 2 Billion (JMO). If we have the huge volume on Tuesday like we did today, Frank's Buyback of shares, totaling 2 Billion, will be complete on Wednesday. All of this is JMO, and if correct the BIG NEWS will start to FLOW on Thursday. Also the "Deep Pockets Person" will be coming out of the "CLOSET"....LOL
Although a buy back was announced on April 29th and we are assuming that only the money that was dedicated to equipment would be used of an amount of 3 million, we may be wrong. What if there is more cash stashed away or Franks funder has helped allocate more funds for equipment? No deadline has been announced of when the completion will be completed nor was the total amount of shares to be bought back. This can be a good sign. I am sure that at least 1 billion are in sights. As many have said, the longer we stay at . 002 the better, they are right. As for your comments about exceeding 1 billion for the buyback, you may be very right about that. For all we know, it may exceed the 2 billion mark. We won’t know until the announcement is made, however I do like your theory.

Anything change?
(1) Do they have a product or service?
(2) Is it a quality product or service?
(3) Is it a marketable product or service?
(4) Are there precedents, companies that provide the same kind of product or service?
(5) Do most if not all these companies trade for over a dollar a share?
(6) What differentiates my prospect from these other companies?
(7) Do they have a target demographic?
(8) Does that demographic have the means to support the product?
(9) Where does the commercial community stand, do Fortune 500 Companies want to reach the prospect's target demographic?
(10) Can the prospect deliver an effective avenue for the major corporations to reach this market?
(11) Do they have sponsors?
(12) What's the possible impact of their primary competition & will my prospect have the lead in the market?
(13) Does this prospect have management with a proven track record of not only running a company but actually bringing a company to market, making it successful & profiting from this endeavor.
And most importantly one personal question,,,
(14) Do I have the discipline, willingness & conviction to maintain a large core position.
That should answer the many individuals thoughts except for the bashers. Comprehension seems to not be one of their strong points.

Penny Been thinking about the trading activity this week, especially the 160 million shares that sold late today.
If all shares must pass through an MM, the buyer of the 160 million shares today was one or more MMs. From what I know about MMs, they are essentially "daytraders" and only buy at a price that is likely to generate a profit when they re-sell the shares.
I know they also get a fee for every trade and may be "required" to buy under certain conditions, but I believe they make their real money on the spread and usually can resist buying too high.
Based on the law of supply and demand (and ignoring market manipulation), a stock's PPS will trend up when there are more buyers than sellers, and conversely will trend down when there are more sellers than buyers.
Since the PPS held firm at 20-21 all day and didn't trend down when the 160 million shares were offered for sale, it appears to me that the MMs think QBID is worth 20 now. If not, I don't think they would have bought so many shares without taking the price down a tick or two.
The real questions I have are 1) How many shares are currently on the bid list vs the ask list? More buyers than sellers is good, more sellers than buyers is bad. 2) What are the bid and ask prices? A lot of bids at 20+ is good, a lot of asks at 20 or under is bad. 3) Who was selling today? "Someone" suggested it might be Frank, but that makes no sense to me unless he is about to release "really bad" news. And I don't believe that for a second. Someone else suggested it might be more MM activity, but I don't know enough about MMs to evaluate that thought.
Anyway, regardless of today's activity, it appears that 20 is a very solid floor and hopefully will be the low before the next run.
Time to start a long weekend. See you Tuesday.

the spikes you see are error we call fat fingers.
it usually happens when the price is moving rather quickly.
1)what happens is some one in a panic wants to buy say at .0041 but accidentally types in .041 missing the first zero. naturally every one has an exit plan and if someone has a sell in for .041 as there exit point, it fills. but it is corrected as a mistake. That is why you see the occasional spike. I actually hate them because the screw up the days charts if you are watching them and makes it very hard to actually see what is happening for the day.
2)I cant give you an exact answer. I see the price moving north from here. I feel that his is the absolute bottom and that in early June we will see this moving rather quickly past a penny.
if everything that we think is going to happen, happens, regarding the fully reporting status, the new exchange, the carriers. the this thing wont be long hitting 5 cents. i think that it will take 3-5 years before we break a dollar, but feel that it is completely possible that it will. The trick of that will be whether or not Frank decides to sell this company, which i believe he will. That is what he is known for starting up building the company and selling it. He has don't that in the past and you can bet on the fact that he will do it again.
3) yes the stock is good. Raging bull is appropriately named for sure. I stay away from those types of boards as it does you no good. All they are doing over there is fighting. I like this board because we respect each other (for the most part) and we stick together when the bashers do decide to come here. they don't make a lot of head way here so they soon leave. The bashers job is to make it so you can not have a logical discussion around a stock, but rather spread false rumour and cause doubt in the members causing them to sell thier stock when they should be buying. They make good money doing this, and they have not conscience about who they hurt to do it.
I hope i have answered your questions. not please don't buy or sell based on what i have said. Do you DD and make your own decisions. I am not privy to any information that you can not find yourself. I will always share my sources of info or state that it is my opinion when I'm speculating.
have a great holiday weekend.

Volume of Purchases. An issuer’ purchases, when aggregated with any affiliated purchasers acquisitions, may not exceed 25% of ADTV in any trading day. An issuer’s block purchases are generally included in the 25% limit and in the calculation of ADTV. Issuers may make one block purchase per week without being subject to the 25% ADTV limitation, provided the block purchase is the only purchase by or on behalf the issuer in reliance on the safe harbor on that day. Shares purchased pursuant to this block purchase exception may not be included in calculating ADTV.
So the 25% volume limitation, which QBID has followed religiously for over a month, can be exceeded one day per week, IF it's a block purchase. I believe a block purchase is defined as a single transaction >$200,000. If we assume Friday's after-hour trading to be a single transaction of about 160M shares, it would have been worth about $320,000 and considered a block. So the after-hours trading may well have been part of the buyback, although obviously I don't know where the large block came from.

I can't help but be optimistic! I'm not a day trader & this stock will do everything I want it to. It just won't do it overnight.
But I'll tell you this. The only way I don't get $1.25 a share is if Frank sells before hand for approx. .38 or more. Knowing Frank he will not hold this for more than three years. Me I'm willing to hold for a guaranteed windfall with-in a 36 month window of oportunity.

Just got back from a Drag show in Olympia Wa tonight. I had a very interesting conversation with a couple of folks who knew about Q. They have been actively lobbying Comcast and their satellite providers for Q. From what I understand they are meeting with very little resistance and a lot of we are definitely looking into Q as far as another network they are considering carrying. One guy claimed to know Frank personally and said he was a stand up guy and had nothing bad to say about him. After talking to people in Q's target audience I wish I only had enough money to buy about 500 million shares NOW. I know this stock will go, I will hold, and I will have a lot of money. GO Q
