Make me correct 2 out of 2.

Tomorrow we hit .15 cents folks, PR news tonight will shock all of us... In a good way and make us wish we had more shares!!!

Um no, you called for a 50% increase today and it was only 20%. That means your crystal ball is broke.

.125 is a good day...when you get 50% plus days it triggers profit taking too much...20% & ppl will hold a little longer & the sell off is less grouped thus hold the pps up more.

Can someone post a kind of summary about this evenings conference call? I can't call because it would be an international call and I don't know how long it would be.

Taken from Silicon Investor for those that missed the CC

HISC Here's my notes. Sorry, I'm not a great typist but I am fast.

CC on August 23, 2005 430 pm

MOODY

Cyber Rad into testing soon. Great tech, but also simple to use. Average person can use it.

Markets internationally being developed. Units need to run fluidly, e.g., red light, green light, user friendly technologies.

Very strong year. Good 1Q, Very good 2Q

Mideast – need for sniffer obvious.

Tracker sale mideast -. Tremendous market for tracking cars, e.g. rental cars.

US – 400 units pending per previous announcements school buses

Port Savannah White Paper – says the units do work, have signal, locations are documented, and basis for tracking is accurate, both personel and vehicles.

Ian Riley spoke re Cyber Tracker – small rugged GPS unit. Evolved to single board computer for palm of hand. You could plug in a monitor and have a computer. They track much more often than any competitors. Linux much more open and opens doors for interaction with other products. Ethernet port and thus can take it with you, connect to internet, connect wireless router. Do tons of stuff with it, because of ports, etc.

RETAIL Use for monitoring kids driving – place in book bag, in car, etc.. You set up parameters and the alarms are sent to you. Average person can use it if you use Windows. Simple.

NEXTEL – relationship. Our preferred vendor for our pipeline, extremely secure in our transmitted data. That’s why military likes us.

Motorola provided the board

XSoft is our development company. User side of the software.

Push to Talk more for the ports and military base. Instead of having to dispatch a military unit, communicate with the devices directly, less false alarms.

Nextel will be distributing on the retail level through their outlets. Sprint merger makes company stronger and data network better, should help us.

Arcom?? Cybertracker mfg. The CyberTracker.

Fred Wickes COO – SRI – excellent electromagnetical developer, wireless re the CT dispenser. We are patenting that under CyberPass. It tests and charges the CT before dispensing it. Also if govt. mandates ID rules, can be integrated here.
Custom designed SRI and ARCOM together, custom boards. Battery technology and the charging device leads to exceeding specs by 800%.

Re IMX QS – Brian Riley – QS is better than competitors, NON-CONTACT, not invasive, no swabs needed of person or article. Also very RAPID. 1-5 seconds real time. NONE OF OTHER PRODUCTS CAN DO THIS. Also FAST CLEAR DOWN. Reset and retest to check again. MOST OTHERS HAVE RADIOACTIVE SOURCES. IMX DOES NOT!!!!!!! (rrufff note – ASEI and other back scatter devices are radioactive.) Can focus on small area and see where the explosive device is. Distribution K with IMX –exclusive in Lebanon, and case by case can do it world wide on non-exclusive basis.

WN Robots - robotics and UVSS, under vehicle surveillance system. HISC is distributor.

All these products complement each other in security.

OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL IS TO CREATE PROFITABLE COMPANY – CFO

We have product to get cash flow and also this supports our continued R&D.

We can sell today and CyberRad – 4thQ and 1st Q next year. CT – very soon.

Barry Bennett – governmental strategies – here and overseas. Fed policing agencies, need longer sales lead time than e.g., mideast. 2 trips to mideast in last 5 weeks. Some equipment outside Lebanon offices today screening vehicles.
How involved is he? Last 2 of 5 weeks and more trips are planned – Scotland Yard and Paris re Metro trains tunnel, and then back to mideast re CyberTracker. Political CONNECTIONS. It gets us meetings. Tremendous need. But the products are what sell, not the connections. The technology is what sells.

Moody – revenues this year will be met or exceeded $8 million. Next year, more sales “feet on the street”, more “out there”

55 million easily met next year

120 million for 3 years on CT easily should be met.

Why not profitable 1Q, but yes on 2Q ??– “need to be honest with investors”
Investors need to know great deal of $$ into R&D, e.g. Ctracker and distribution so available by 4Q this year. Research on QS. Looked at multiple units before picking QS.

Profit 2Q as retail has picked up and mideast outside sales. 3Q somewhat stronger and 4Q much stronger AND PROFITABLE.

PURCHASE ORDER FINANCING – GREEN TREE FINANCING guy “MARK” Blanket purchase order finacing for $5 million for sale through ProSEc. Short term financing on pre-sales to credit worthy customer base. PO financing involves issuing letters of credit, powerful tool, enables HISC to accept new orders. They have UNLIMITED SOURCE ON PO’S on governmental entities, so company can meet mfg. Goals.

SB-2 and OTC BB – increased credibility and liquidity, SB-2 registration statement reviewed by SEC. Will complete SB-2 within 2 weeks after getting audit, which is about 2 weeks. Could take several months as SEC gives comments as they go along.

Eventual goal of NAZ or AMEX – and increased liquidity. Based on revenue projections, HISC should meet minimum listing requirements.

MOODY SAYS RE ACQUISITION CANDIDATE. Our companies goal from day 1 to take company as far as can to higher exchanges. We are real business with tremendous growth. As of today, we do not have calls bouncing off the walls but I BELIEVE WE ARE AN ACQUISITION CANDIDATE, ABSOLUTELY COULD BE IN THE NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE. We anticipate meeting our goals and move forward.

IT IS BEING REPEATED IN CASE YOU MISSED THE CALL

Listened to the entire CC. Was impressedd withthe overall setup and tone of the attendees. I'm not going to rehash evrything posted above, but I do want to highlight a couple of things:

-Moody stated that there were no 1Q profits because of R&D for the current Cybertrak and Cyberrad technologies. Important: he said
1Q - no profit
2Q - met expected profit predicted
3Q - will be "much stronger"
4Q - will "blow out the top"!!

Moody stated '05 revenue of 8 million is going to be "easliy" met, with 55 million estimated for '06 and 355 million estimated for '07.

Well, though the conference call went well, I am thinking that our current level is not going to hold and will most likely drop down as many will not be excited about the company not being profitable until the 3rd quarter. I am not surprised but to the average investor, they will take the money and run. This is a long play for me but I feel that profit takers will set in.

Also, these numbers are pre-distribution of the White Paper and doesn't take into account variations in consumer demand.

Greentree financial stated the accountant (Tracy Anderson) is two weeks away from completing the audit numbers and that 2 weeks after that they would be submitting the SB-2 for Application to the OTCBB.

Greentree also reiterated that they have an unlimited source of financing for any major deals.

It is going to take time but this company is a winner. I would love to see a government contract. Right now, sniffex has that area taken but you never know.

The phone number for the CC (in case you missed it) is: 877-213-9653 passcode: 12467820

Cybertraker will see full retail in Q4 2005 and Cyberrad will be ready Q1 2006.

Mr. Bennett was asked about his obvious political connections and if they would help HISC. He flat out stated that he felt his connections are good, but connections only get you into meetings and that he is having NO PROBLEM getting HISC into those meetings with the right people. After that it's up to Mr. Moody and Mr. Ian Riley to deliver the concept and product.

All I can say is WOW. The future is really bright.
