TreeSafe Testimonials

Here are but a few of the stories we have heard from people across the United States. The names have been change to protect their identity.

"It seems every year we hear about homes going up in flames because dried-out Christmas trees catch fire. Now there's a product that claims it will protect your tree and your home from fire, with just a few squirts out of a bottle. Recently, News 12 puts that product to the test to see if it truly can help keep your family Safe - see what they had to say

-----------------------------------------
"Last Christmas, my daughter had a slumber party. One of the girls knocked over a candle and within minutes the Christmas tree was ablaze. Fortunately we put out the fire, but not before the fire burnt the carpet and the couch. This year I bought two bottles of TreeSafe to guarantee I was going to have a safe Holiday Season." - Maria, Roanoke VA

------------------------------------------
"My sister told me she saw this fire-retardant TreeSafe advertised on TV. She said she bought two bottles one to spray-on the Church’s Christmas Tree and the other one to safe guard the Christmas tree in her home. The reason why she was so interested, is because three years ago she had a fire which ruined her family’s Christmas. I couldn't find TreeSafe in a store near me, so I went online, found the site, bought two bottles." - Mary, Birmingham, AL

------------------------------------------
"A local charity is using TreeSafe as a fundraiser. I bought a bottle and gave it to my son-in-law, who smokes in bed and everywhere else. He was so upset that I would give him a fire retardant; he went outside to prove it wouldn’t work. He sprayed a brush with TreeSafe and kept trying to light it on fire, but to no avail. TreeSafe works, but he is still smoking." - Mark Riverside, CA

Incredible DD from all of us Collaboraters. Amazingly on Black FRIDAY, this stock continues another decline. Apparently the day doesnt matter. This stock is creating new support each day,but at lower levels. Sadly the Holiday Season has begun and we havent seen a got d*** thing. Many say news bring it down? I dont think so, I actually think that was something that kept if from falling. If this stock continues w/o news who knows what may happen. After sayin all that Monday im Either A getting out once it gets above my above price i paid for it or B, im buyin this B**tch to the bone. I dont give a F))). Lets ride the S*** out!

Just thought I'd post that I seen this commercial for the first time (NY/NJ area), and I have to tell you if it works the way they show - alot of people who buy real trees would be interested (myself included). I think the best place for these products would be right at the Christmas tree farms, or garden centers. Especially since almost all the news channels are starting to air segments on fire safety - I've already seen one (they did not use this product though) just showed a well watered tree vs. unwatered. I think that if you holding AFRR now, wait a little longer, the press has got to start pushing this up - but beyond December, I don't know about holding it any longer than that. Just my opinion.

As I have said before, you guys need to look at this one as a long term hold. And no one seems to mention anything about their other product, the glove box. My wife is a nurse and when I showed her the info on it, she said it would have a great many applications, from ER to Surgery, from Paramedics to Police to Prisons and Jails. If you are holding onto a fairly sizable chunk and you sell it off now for next to nothing, you will be kicking your backsides about 2 years down the road. This company is slow out of the gate, but look out for it down the backstretch.

Give it a flockin breather. News hasn't moved
this POS, and I doubt "TreeSafe" is gonna have a thing to do with it. Where were these wonders when the stock shot up about 2 months
ago ? All these advertising BS is just that:BS. These stock will go where the powers
that be (MM's, old man Owens...) want it to be.
Get that through your thick skulls and quit trying to analyze this POS and chart it. That's not next to ridiculous, that is ridiculous !!!!!!

Yep, I guess you two are right, better just give up a quit. Why would people like us who have money invested in this company really care about all the charts and news of this POS stock. Damn my thick skull, I forgot that I like to just throw money away...guess I'll just forget about all my money in this company and move on...why? Well because you said so...and since you wanna tell me what to do with my money and my investments, why not tell me where to invest it next time so I can make you happy.

This is another wild idea from my direct marketing experince. Here is how they can make money.Send 1,000 free samples out to Christmas tree farms. If they have 2.50 in a bottle and it cost 2.50 to send them total cost 5,000. Put fliers in with the bottle and tell the owner about the product suggest they spray on oldest dryest tree around and try to set it on fire. Leave it laying around so customers can see the test.Offer tree farms case lots at $8.00 a bottle with sell price at $13.00.Say 75%(750) of the tree farms buy 5 cases with 12 bottles in a case. They have just sold 45,000 bottles at $8.00 for $360,000. You have $5,000 for samples and freight and say $1,000 for fliers and have someone answer the damn phones for at least 4 weeks. They could also sell product in 20 gal. drums and have the tree farm spray the trees. Say 20 gal covers 80 trees sell drum for $320.00 at a cost to farm of $4.00 a tree and then they could add $10.00 to cost of a tree. This could not happen this year but some ideas for next year. Let me do it I think I could sell this stuff. Then next year call all the people who ordered in the past in october to get some real sales.I was also thinking if I invest I will call and see what kind of discount I would get by buying a pallet. Then snoop are acting like I own a 50000 tree farm to see how much they have in stock. And see what kind of price I could get them down to.

AH ISN'T THAT SWEET.... I LOVE HOW YOU GUY'S POST SPECIFICALLY TO ME SHOWING ME YOUR LOVE. I FEEL SPECIAL.

NOW MOOSE... PLEASE TELL ME ANYWHERE (EMPHASIS ADDED TO ANYWHERE) IN YOUR LAST POST ABOUT THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY WHERE I REFERENCED DOING THAT? YOU CAN PICK ANY OF MY POSTS IN ANY AREA. I WILL ABSOLUTELY TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL FIND THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR AFRR TO GO UP BECAUSE OF THE TREE JUICE. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, CAN NOT HAPPEN, NEVER WILL HAPPEN, NO OPTIONS, NO NOTHING. AGAIN, IT IS ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY IMPOSSIBLE FOR AFRR TO GO UP BASED ON THE TREE JUICE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON.

NOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESEARCH MY PREVIOUS POSTS YOU WILL SEE THAT I RECOMMEND AFRR AS A PICK BUT NOT BASED UPON THE TREE JUICE. BUT ALL YOU KEEP CHARTING TREE JUICE, TREE JUICE THIS TREE JUICE THAT AND IT CAN'T HAPPEN. PERIOD. IT CAN'T AND AGAIN, IMPOSSIBLE.

DOUBLE L, YOUR ON TARGET BUT AGAIN, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE TREE JUICE TO MAKE ANYTHING HAPPEN TO A STOCK PRICE AT THIS STAGE OF THE GAME. RIGHT NOW IT'S NOV. 30 AND AFRR HAS MADE NO SUCH MOVE AND BY SENDING OUT THAT KIND OF "SAMPLES" WILL COST BIG BUCKS AND GUESS WHAT, IF ANYTHING, SPENDING THAT MONEY WILL D
R
O
P
THE STOCK PRICE MISERABLY.

NOW RESEARCH 100 TREE PRODUCERS; LET ALONE 1000 AND DO YOU HAVE ANY CLUE AS TO HOW LONG THAT WOULD TAKE? DEFINITELY NOT IN TIME FOR THIS CHRISTMAS. I WOULD THINK THAT THE MARKETERS WORKING FOR AFRR WHICH PRODUCED THAT COMMERCIAL ARE A BIT AHEAD OF YOU REGARDING SAMPLES. UH, REMEMBER, THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF MARKETING, WORKING RIGHT HERE AND NOW FOR AFRR AND NOT ON THIS MESSAGE BOARD TRYING TO CONVEY WHAT A "GOOD IDEA" IS WITH YOUR "BACKGROUND".

OH BLACK, THE RETAIL MARKETING GENIUS.... WELL BLACK, GO BACK IN THIS AFRR POST AND TELL ME I'M WRONG AGAIN. SORRY, I'M NOT AND BECAUSE YOUR EGO IS BRUISED, WELL NO APOLOGIES COMING FROM ME. BUT HEY, AS YOU PUT IT AND DIRECTLY QUOTED:

BOY, AND NEWSTOCKPICKER, YOUR RIGHT IN THE BOAT WITH BLACK THERE. WHEN YOU CAN PROVE ME WRONG THEN DO SO.

WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT, OH BLACK AND NEWS, YOUR AFRR CAN NOT, WILL NOT, CAN'T, WONT, IMPOSSIBLE, NEVER-CAN-HAPPEN, GO UP THIS HOLIDAY SEASON BASED ON YOUR TREE JUICE.

WHEN YOU CAN PROVE ME WRONG, THEN DO IT. I WILL ADMIT IT IS MUCH EASIER TO JUST TELL ME HOW FULL OF CRAP I AM INSTEAD OF USING COMMON SENSE. READ MY PREVIOUS POSTS HERE IN AFRR. TRUTH HURTS SO SUCK IT UP. I'M RIGHT WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!

U4....first the 'throwing my money away' comment was made in reference to Bounce, since he said just forget about it. Second, I believe this company will do well because of their many other products...3-1hero, and glovebox, I think its a great idea...etc

Now, why are we talking about TreeSafe?...well, I for one am talking about it because I believe that is what the company is curently focusing on. If treesafe does well, it will bring in some income so they will have money to spend on getting Hero3-1 in a wal-mart, ace, etc... Also revenues made from treesafe over the holiday will give this company a boost (not in pps) but in moral, and maybe they'll get off their buts and start putting their ideas into action and their products into chain stores

This is why, I myself, have been focusing on treesafe for the past month, because treesafe could be the future of this company(revenue wise, they can't live off this product though).

ok...now back to some DD

FOX6
Fox6 is now doing a demo also!

COMING UP NEXT ON FOX6 ON YOUR SIDE
Monday, December 1, 2003

At 6:00p TreeSafe
A spray product claims to make real Christmas trees flame-retardant, as well as keep the needles from falling off its branches, but does it work? Fox6 On Your Side enlisted the help of Pine Hill Farms and the Tarrant Fire Department to see if TreeSafe really works.
----

First CBS...now Fox, if Fox6 sents it too all of its affiliates, that would mean Nationwide coverage! I hope they put in an order for 120000 more bottles...

U4 Do you read the post or just run threw them so fast to bash people. I said it could not happen this year. I also said I was not going to buy at this price .003.They have 1 billion shares so do I think price will go up more than .005 area in the near future (no).It could though.I also think spending $6,000 will not make the price drop what do you think national advertising cost.

I said it is a long term hold, at least as far as I am concerned. One to three years is what I have in mind. U4 just likes to shout ... he/she doesn't use his/her brain. All mouth. Why idiots like this who don't even own any shares, and therefore have no VESTED INTEREST in a stock, continue to post their dump mentality rhetoric is beyond me. All it serves to do is make them think they are important. I suggest we simply ignore him/her by not reading or answering his/her posts. After a while he/she will get the message and fade away into the nether world where all idiots belong.

This will be one of the last times I entertain ignorance.

U4
I dont know was more intriguing about your ignorance
1.Obedience
2.Criticism

Obedience
Although my major is Business Administration, I feel I may have some knowledge of psychological disorders. I think you may be suffering from one,and I would suggest you keep that attitude all the way to a psychologist so that he may fix you up. I thought we told you stop with the CAPS but unfortunately it seems you have a lack of comprehension or thats the only way you feel you can get immediate attention. Maybe you've had a damaged childhood, IDK.

Criticism
I dont have time to read other boards you posted and barely have time to entertain your ignorance. It seems your more about critizing something than critiquing. Im open for information on the cons of the stock but wont take someones word, and def. wouldnt when they dont have any DD to back it up.

I think I shall also began to ignore you and allow you to talk to yourself.

SEE YOU GUYS ON THE GREEN BEAN TOMORROW
AFRR!!!

Isnt the news excellent timing, so i think this week will be a slight increase followed by a pop. Based on charting exit point would be .01. My instinct is saying .004-.005

If i cant get out today, Im expecting a strong open. Reason being is the MMM BAMMM is pretty much running this stock and his ask is at .004,so Im expecting it to hit that by tomorrow. So im not to worried as I was around 10:30 A.M.

blackice318 Member posted November 24, 2003 22:58

My Opinion. I personally think that tomorrow some sort of reversal shall occur in this stock. Low volume was traded today and according to Technical Analysis it can be related as "abnormal volume". I think the majority of sellers have left which shall create support at higher buyers levels.

the market value of any stock is higher or lower than it's real value based upon the mean investor's perception of it. affr has continued to move up and down with it's press releases, and lack of them. now there are even news items that aren't company press releases, that will make this stock move again, as it has from my initial buy at .0012. i have done well playing this stocks beta when the news that moved it really didn't impress me. but that isn't how i make money investing in most penny stocks. i am trying to predict what the penny stock investor and the mms will do when there is news. i will continue to buy and sell this stock until i feel the interest in it has played out, unless i feel it has a real financial success story in it's future and i decide to hold some or all long. in the mean time i will continue to make an educated guess at what the unique psychology of the penny stock investor has in store for afrr and the other 31 micro caps currently in my high risk portfolio. if i am wrong, i will move on, and keep my take on this investment game level headed. emotion makes you part of the pack and i haven't met many highly emotional investors that are consistantly successful.

i have plenty of room to get out of afrr with a profit because i have averaged in and out of afrr in about 60 trades, and feel i will probably make many more before christmas. right or wrong, it won't make much difference in my bottom line. i never invest enough in ANYTHING financial so it will make me react to a stock's movement like some of the people posting in this micro penny catagory. this is just one hand in a 35 year poker game. and in micro pennies i spend far more time reading the players than i do reading the hand.

while it is very nice to recieve positive feedback on my posts, i am not here to impress anyone or shoot any one down. time and time alone will test us as investors. i grew up in detroit where the movie 8 mile was filmed. i learned early that noise has little to do with power. i also found that the people that who made the most noise had the least to offer, as they seldom paid attention to what was really happening.

we have a dicho here in mexico. "en boca cerrada no entran moscas". translated it is flies can't enter a closed mouth. i take it a little further and say if you are going to talk sh*t you'll wind up with a mouthfull of flies if you don't keep your mouth closed.

trade hard, be gentlemen,

babybloo,

i have been commenting on my stocks, good and bad, since i joined this board. what i am holding isn't nearly as important as why i am holding them, and what i expect from them. i hesitate to just put a list of stocks here, or e mail you them. i host a small beginners investment group and am a member of a very successfull group of investors i've known for years. i've learned not to ever tell the first what i am investing in and openly discuss every move with the second.

i told a friend in the first group to look at fnix and study it when it was at .25. i went on a series of business trips while fnix had a major run up to 1.20 and back down again while i was gone. waiting till funds he transfered to his account to clear, he bought in high, panic set in while it dropped and he sold at a big loss. i was surprised as i never told him to buy it, just to study it and learned never to give something that is incomplete information.

read my past posts, check my track record, and if there is anything i am currently following i will be happy to comment on it in the appropriate thread. this is a dangerous game if you don't play it with patience and diversity.. even when you have done this for a long time all you can hope for is to win more than you lose.

AFRC Announces Better Than Expected Results From TV Advertising Campaign
Monday December 1, 9:18 am ET

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2003--American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRR - News) announced today that the results created by the national television advertising campaign for its TreeSafe product were better than expected. Because of this early success, the media campaign will be increased in size and scope to include many large national cable networks such as Lifetime TV, USA Network, SciFi Network, CNN, The Soap Opera Network, Oxygen, Hallmark, Headline News, and several more.
Stephen F. Owens, president of AFRC, said, "Early indications are that the revised TV offer of two bottles of TreeSafe for $19.95 has been received as a tremendous value by the consumer public and has thus driven early sales higher than expected. As the holiday buying season approaches, the Company expects sales of its TreeSafe product line to increase substantially."

Mr. Owens concluded by saying, "The campaign will also now include a global Internet marketing initiative, handled by Chief Media of New York, starting the week of 12/1/03. The online campaign will include search engine key word optimization, email marketing, banner advertising and a pop-under campaign to assure full saturation of the category for online shoppers."

About American Fire Retardant Corp.

AFRC Announces Better Than Expected Results From TV Advertising Campaign

Business Editors

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2003--American Fire Retardant
Corp. (OTCBB:AFRR) announced today that the results created by the
national television advertising campaign for its TreeSafe product were
better than expected. Because of this early success, the media
campaign will be increased in size and scope to include many large
national cable networks such as Lifetime TV, USA Network, SciFi
Network, CNN, The Soap Opera Network, Oxygen, Hallmark, Headline News,
and several more.
Stephen F. Owens, president of AFRC, said, "Early indications are
that the revised TV offer of two bottles of TreeSafe for $19.95 has
been received as a tremendous value by the consumer public and has
thus driven early sales higher than expected. As the holiday buying
season approaches, the Company expects sales of its TreeSafe product
line to increase substantially."
Mr. Owens concluded by saying, "The campaign will also now include
a global Internet marketing initiative, handled by Chief Media of New
York, starting the week of 12/1/03. The online campaign will include
search engine key word optimization, email marketing, banner
advertising and a pop-under campaign to assure full saturation of the
category for online shoppers."

vol was> 120 million vol in the first hour. not bad for a dried up dead stock with no hope. double cmkm vol, and at 80 times it's dollar volume. what happened to all of the heated commentary now that there is something to discuss?

did i buy all of the way to the bottom? NO just to .0029. i didn't fill my buy at .0028.

do i think this news made afrr worth the 33% pop? NO

will i buy back at a lower price what i sold this morning into irrational exhuberance? YES

will this happen again? YES

am i approaching my goal of 6-8 million free shares. YES one more morning like this will do that and more.

i hope that the this thread can continue for awhile longer to illustrate why and how penny stocks move, and that contributing solid dd and calm rational opinion can keep us on track to make money doing this. it can be fun and friendly.

well this PR definitly caused this pop...but like you said, does this PR cause the pps to go up to 0.004? well thats hard to say...I think we will close near 0.004 today, but its too hard to tell if the price will drop back down tomorrow or keep going up. I think it will continue to rise, especially if we get more news later this week detailing sales figures....We need to see some numbers now!

Well, whatever happened, it's nice to see this stock actually look like it's doing something rather than sitting there churning
day after day. Hopefully we'll close around .004.
Good luck all !!!

vol has slowed allot, but we are on track to reach 200m shares in the first two hours of trading. i had gtc .004 sells in for 3 m shares which i bought back at .0035. not a big gain but it helped my apps without incurring any capital gain.

the chart is indicating sideways movement around the .0035-.0037 range.

allot has to do with what the news flow is during the next few days. if there is nothing for a few days there will be some low .003's opportunities imho.

has anyone called them to find out if they will do a pr on the tests being done on tv? spoken with investor relations? they should use these test results as filler between their own pr's to keep a little momentum going, but from my perspective and plan like the feast famine scenario for building up free shares on the beta.

if no one has spoken with investors relations by the end of today's trading, i will probably call them myself. i would really be happy to send a phone card to someone to do some research calling, as long distance rates are really high from mexico. a sam's calling card would get 20 times more calling for the same "dime".
