well the commercial aired this past weekend...so they won't be coming out with a pr about it till probably end of week, since it would be hard to gauge its effectivness without allowing time for sales to come in and word of mouth spread

so if we don't see a pr about anything by the end of the week, I'll start to worry then...(most I think I'll stay in this is another two weeks, but I don't need the funds right now so i'll stay in this one for now hoping for something good)

you don’t; have to go that far ..
just e-mail Wal-Mart few times asking about the product .. if they get few e-mails a week asking about the same thing they will clue in .. OH Christmas Trees ..and Christmas is just around the corner ...

I would start e-mailing them before Thanksgiving .. and then after Thanksgiving double up the efforts ..
before you know it the company may announce that Wal-mart will be carrying the product for Christmas!!!

My Opinion. I personally think that tomorrow some sort of reversal shall occur in this stock. Low volume was traded today and according to Technical Analysis it can be related as "abnormal volume". I think the majority of sellers have left which shall create support at higher buyers levels.

I just saw a commercial for "NO-BURN" christmas tree fire repelant on "HGTV(home and garden television)" and it said it was available @ "Sams Club" which is a major retailer. Who owns no-burn? and why can AFRR follow this example!!!

PS. can we purchase their stock

alright alright alright...you caught me...I got it off of RaginBull, yes I visited that horrid site, I'm sorry!

lol

someone posted it on RB, funny thing is that people were accusing him of changing the treesafe.com link at the bottom of the page from the other 'Tree Safe' product company... but how could someone get into that site and change the link...just a bunch of bashers over on RB...

good article moose. i haven't got a clue why afrr didn't get that out as a press release. the test is great!!! someone needs to call them who has cheap long distance rates and clue them in. maybe they are going to hit us with a news flurry. maybe they have good ad response along with response from this spot and an ace (hardware i hope) in the hole to hit us with after the thanksgiving holiday ends and the christmas seasom officially begins.

in the mean time we can only second guess this unconventional company's promotional plan.

the test only added to the reality of the product. for me anyway. thanks moose

hey i used to know i guy in alaska who was nicknamed moose. huge guy who always said he was 5' 20" when someone asked the how tall question.

Well, it seems AFRR has at least formed a base around .003. It wouldn't seem such a big
stretch of the imagination for this stock to
pop 100% or more soon.
FWIW, don't make the mistake I did and place the majority of your funds in one stock. I really think I could have gotten out and made other trades and been ahead right now, but I'll still hang tight. I'm down 20% right
now.
Look for a run when you least expect it.
Good luck all traders !!!

Watch the number of hits after wed. I still think the news segment will run on wed at 10pm I could be wrong. The area they will run the does it work only has about 350,000 people that I know of.They push the product they plan on testing for a week so more free press. Limited audience.

Trader,
I have 75,000 shares of this company. I believe this will go up. This is not a dying company and I think once the news about how well treesafe gets out this stock will move a bit.Once I can free up some more cash, I plan on buying more.

imho, anyone holding affr through the last two weeks has paid their dues, and their cash and soon will start reaping the benefits. the hits on their website, the tv test and the rumored ace hardware link could be just days away. i have almost 13 million shares, and anyone would and should rightfully take my opinion with a grain of salt. i have watched this bounce at these levels for longer than i thought it would, and weathered the scam scare. i have played the pops since .0012 and now that is at the point of almost having to come up with news there is no way i am going to even fold part of my hand. but remember, if i lost half of my 32 stock microcap portfolio i would still pay taxes this year. your decisions might not be as risk tolerant as mine are, but in the real world on wall street anyone that expected the moves we see here would be snickered at as unrealistic. i have held some stocks for months before they made their move. i held 60 k shares of trph through a financial blizzard but is has gone fron .25 in may and has several times been over 5.00 and has hit almost 6.00. when i recently sold my first 5k shares over $5 you don't need a calculator to imagine how pleased i was. fnix will likely get into that dollar range and so will neom if it ever gets back in the limelite with its paperclick technology.

afrr is certainly not a valid comparison to trph or the other two, unless it makes this marketing work, and then, maybe we will see it hit a copper or two by q-4 reporting time.

i have hiked almost all of the way to the bottom of the canyon and i am hanging in there till i find out if there is a stream with water in it. with a little luck my ponies will all survive and i might even pan a little gold while im there. i'll keep a pot of coffee on the fire for those of you who survive the trip.

Well I want to see this stock go up just as much as the rest of you (though I might not hold that big of a share, I still need money!)

So...I e-mailed my local News channel, CH Global News, and told them about this wonderful producted called treesafe. I suggested doing a possible demo like other channels in the Stats have done.

So if they agree, that could boost sales up here in Canada.

Heres hoping!

Well, I was at Sam's Club today and saw the "No-Burn" product. Too bad AFRR didn't get on it sooner. I would liked to have seen an AFRR product instead. The plus side is the fact that you have to be a member to shop at Sam's. Therefore, there is limited exposure. In case anyone is interested, here's the website for the "No-burn" product: www.noburn.com It doesn't appear that they are a publicly traded company. I will admit, I like the fact that the No Burn company also states it's product has many uses - not just for Christmas trees!

I watched the news cast last night results were just as posted here. I am going to do some more dd on them and probably buy on mon. The real questions I have are can they fill orders not 5000 but say 100000-1,000,000. I will look at sec. filings and see if they have inventory listed. I thought they had $21,000 in inventory. Do not hold me responsible for this number haven't look in weeks. I will also look at debt I also thought they were way behind the game even with a good christmas season will they gain anything.Just a few things I am looking at.I will also reread all post and decide.I will have to sell something to buy this but if it looks good I will do it. The only problem is the free ride (I will have to hold for 3 days.

hope this helps:

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2003--Spurred by increased product sales, American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRR - News) announced today that they are increasing the production of TreeSafe.
According to Stephen F. Owens, President of AFRC, "Our online and offline sales activity strongly suggest that there is enough demand to justify increasing production by another 120,000 bottles." TreeSafe is the company's new easy-to-use spray-on fire retardant for real Christmas trees. Ed Grysiewicz, Managing Director of Delta Ventures and head of TreeSafe sales, says, "The focus of the initiative is to raise public awareness about Christmas tree fire prevention and the need for emergency preparedness. The United States Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) and Kiwanis International have already joined us and we hope that fire departments across this great land will also join us in embracing the spirit of this initiative in the hope of making our nation safer during the holidays." Fire Departments are being encouraged to visit the TreeSafe website at http://treesafe.com/firedept.

Still not ready to pull the trigger on this one. How many bottles do you think they will sell this year 200000 tops at $10 profit each that is 2 mil. profit and they spent 4 million this year I just do not see alot there. I will watch for a .002-.0025 entry and might jump in just because I will buy in below most people here. I might miss the boat on this one but I see better buys.THIS IS ONE PROBLEM I SEE 1 BILLION SHARES.
