Check out the eod price and volume movement ... almost like a market is being made. Me thinks something is up??????????? Can't find anything so far though.

The complaint also alleges that Anderson fraudulently raised about $1 million from about 30 investors in a private placement of common stock by Westar, a private Nevada corporation he controls, after making false claims regarding its oil and gas operations, its purported pending initial public offering, and plans to exchange Westar stock for Terax stock.
The Commission's complaint also names two entities controlled by Anderson as relief defendants, The September Trust and Camden Holdings, Inc., which are also subject to the Court's asset freeze order.

A friend from Fl called me to tell me about this merger at the end of the month on FCCN.pk
most of u that know me know i never do this and i just heard about it so im not trying to pump it. it is only at two cents and post merger would be trading much higher. anyone look at it or know anything about it. thanks in advance for your advice - con

Worried about getting that PUMPER label eh?
Actually ive been waiting several months for this FCCN merger to finally take place. I suspect it could run off and on up until the merger and then its anyones guess where it will go from there. Not making a buy or sell suggestion but definitely keep an eye on it over the next week or two!

Short squeeze is right...short time that is.
I'm still glad that RPH is at least still around. Maybe one day it will happen, but the sands are moving pretty darn slow through the hour-glass.

I agree Milliam.....very strange that he is still hanging around....most would have been long gone.....so that gives us a sliver of hope .....& I also agree that the sands of time are waaaaayyyy to slow.....but I believe that it is because this is in the judges hands & his hands alone now & he does not have a timeline so when ever he feels like it ...I say....end this already either way (hopefully our way but do I really trust anything to do with the gov LOL!!!

I agree that its in the judge's hands now, but what about all that talk from RPH about a shareholder exit and how we'd all move on and he'd stay behind to fight in court. I guess things just don't always work out like he's planned. I'm definitely ready for something to happen and I'd really like for it to be something good!

( no way to Illegally trade shares any longer )....sorry shorty ..........books are kept within the company they know were each and every precious share is and who buys or sells it... .......so IMO the exchange is not a literal exchange of something else....its just a change from its present condition.....
