RPH stated that "the case was dropped" a few weeks ago...
& noone knew what he was referring to...then he posted a case number.....someone on his site called the court house & found that it was the animal cruelty case....
...but wouldn't they have had to give the horses back if it was dropped? Anybody know?

Rufus said it was going to cost over $6000.00 for room and board at the county to get the horse back. I assume they were in negotitions when the horse was put down.

Well today was 3 weeks and no exit point for the share holders . I guess he's got to come up with something to divert attention away from that little white lie .

Either the judge is going to grant the halt, like was ask of him....been waiting to hear from him, or it's over in some other way but it's inevitable....something soon....just has to be...somehow...

I don't understand why Rufus just cant be straight up with everyone. If the judge is over looking the case then theres really nothing else left to do in rufus's "master plan", or atleast I wouldnt think there would be. So, why not just tell everyone everything?

Not following you here...suspension came and went. Don't recall a "halt" of any sort pending before a judge...

Tex, there was a time..at the begining of the suspension that RPH asked that all trading be halted...it was denied...it seems as though RPH is still asking for this... I have never seen it "written" any where that he requested it...it's simply his "claim" Is it possible? Will he get it? Dunno...

ya, no such thing as "indefinite halt," as far as I know. In other words, I believe it was not "denied" but rather pointed out/explained/whatever that such an "escape clause" just doesn't exist.
By way of hyperbole, might be like your kids asking to go to Disneyland-on-Mars for family vacation. Not getting to go has nothing to do with Mom denying the request...regardless of your inclination as da mom, the choice does not exist.
Am not up on the regs in this area, but it seems reasonable to me that companies can't initiate indefinite trade interruptions: 1) "uh oh, our earnings are gonna be way off projections!" "I know! Let's 'halt' till next quarter when we catch up during Christmas." 2) scam operations that are more or less designed to implode could head off "grey-sheet-trauma" with a self-imposed halt. In that case, shareholders are more or less "hostage" to Gainskeeper "ghost values."

BCIT another geek-play worth following, to be sure...
wasn't thrilled about being sued, lol...
but for my part, a simple handwritten paragraph or three sufficed as my response. I know some went to significant expense for legal response--and boy, howdy, I considered it! -- but in the end I became confident of my simple, direct reply. Sure can't blame those who felt otherwise, though...

ohhh... gotchya...from everything I can tell, is "opposite" of asking for company-initiated halt. That is, even though Megas PR'd the bad certs, he never published a GVRP-type "DO-NOT-TRADE-THIS-STOCK!" PR...
And both lawsuits (BCIT) that I'm aware of seemed to be directed toward resumption of trade. Obviously, peeps disagree passionately over the latest lawsuit in regards shareholder best-interest; still, it seemed to me at least directed *toward* trading, rather than extending the mysterious halt.

Rumors of shares from euroclear being sold? That could help support the case of the new company buyout. How true any of this is though? Thats a damn good question.

In his "answer to the default" it was written..
"Defendant also prays, 1 . That the Court Immediately orders a Halt trading of Conversion Solutions Holdings Court until this matter is resolved ."
