Make some of your money back on ETIM...It's been flying.

Eternal Image's First Run of Major League Baseball(TM) Urns Nearly Sold out During Pre-Order Period
12:30 PM ET - BusinessWire
Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC: ETIM.PK), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of brand image caskets and urns, today announced that it has nearly sold-out its first run of Major League Baseball(TM) urns through pre-orders by distributors and funeral homes.

"Our pre-orders have been so strong that we have begun the next production run of the first eight urns a full two months early," said Clint Mytych. "We expect our next order to be available to distributors and funeral homes in mid-May - and we have more than doubled the production of the initial order."

Eternal Image has just begun filling orders for the first run of urns to distributors and funeral homes this month.

The company does not expect the additional manufacturing order to impact the design and tooling schedules for the next 12 urns or the first eight caskets, both scheduled to debut this September. It will continue to take orders for the line as well as its other lines on the company's website (www.eternalimage.net)

The urn line includes eight MLB(TM) Clubs (Atlanta Braves, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, and St. Louis Cardinals). Urns and caskets featuring the balance of 22 teams will launch in late 2007 and through 2008.

About Eternal Image

Eternal Image, founded in 2002, is headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI. The company is the first and only manufacturer and marketer of licensed brand image funerary products. Currently, the company offers urns and caskets that feature licensed images from Major League Baseball(TM), Precious Moments(TM) and the Vatican Library Collection(TM), as well as pet urns featuring the American Kennel Club(TM) and the Cat Fanciers' Association(TM). For more information about EI, visit www.eternalimage.net or call 1-888-6-CASKET.

Hi Stock Momma!

I was actually thinking that would be best 'cause it would be easy...as far as keeping cost down...yeah that would be nice too , 'cause we are all broke now.... [Eek!] [Big Grin]

wellllll, "easy" wouldn't be as important as efficient, if you catch my drift...

Really, step one would be figuring out where to send 'em...last I knew, the HQ was moved back to Texas, right?

Step two would be to round up a group who would seriously consider putting in, say, $50 apiece to fund the "expedition."

Step three would be the group's agreeing on criteria/props for whomever they send...

etc, etc...

Seriously, I doubt it could be pulled together: it's easy to talk about miracle payoffs but difficult to get any "committee" to do actual work. This started cuz Catia wanted to know, and I knew, so I told him...

Of course, if I can help, I will... lol, I think it'd be a blast to see someone enforce that provision.

Underwater log recovery....

The lumber industry is going under

By Andrew Snyder, Volume Spike Alert

What if I told you I knew of a company that could cut down an entire forest, wipe it clean, and never displace a deer, bear, endangered owl or any other animal?

You’d probably call me crazy. The environmentalists out there would say it is impossible. After all, every tree is home to countless living organisms.

If you do not believe it, you are wrong. Triton Logging is doing it right now, and the company is doing it for less money than it takes its clear-cutting competitors. While traditional lumber harvesters sell their product for about $50 per cubic yard, Triton hits the market at around $40.

How does it do it? It goes underwater.

Since the beginning of the 20th century, this country has been building dams on any body of water large enough to turn a mill’s wheel or spin a turbine. Many of the dams went up so quick, the builders never bothered to clear the land they intended to flood. The building spree created over 45,000 submerged forests across the globe.

Until recently, those trees were looked at as nothing more than fish havens. Now, Triton sees an underwater gold mine. That is why it created the Sawfish, a timber-harvesting feat of engineering.

The massive remotely operated submersible saw, complete with a 54-inch saw blade, can quickly cut down nearly any submerged tree, attach an airbag to it, and shoot it to the surface. Once there, the log is treated as any other freshly harvested tree. The only difference is underwater trees require slightly longer drying times, for obvious reasons.

On the surface, this harvesting method sounds far too complicated and expensive to be worthwhile. After all, this continent is loaded with forests. Don’t tell that to Triton. The company is getting rich by selling “environmentally friendly” wood. Its harvesting technique is clean, quiet, and most people never know it is happening.

In a world where just about anything remotely edible comes in non-organic and exponentially pricier organic versions, the market for Triton’s unique product is overwhelming.

The company is selling its wood -- at a premium, mind you -- to all sorts of clientele, from eco-friendly homebuilders to upper-end retailers.

Unfortunately, the Triton Logging Company is privately owned. But it may not stay that way for long. This company has a very unique stance in an extremely lucrative industry. If it can prove its business model and long-term profitability, the sky is the limit.

Companies like Universal Forest Products (UFPI:NASDAQ) and Trex Inc. (TWP:NYSE) could view Triton’s unique brand as a valuable addition to their product portfolio.

Soon, Wall Street profits are going to be a lot harder to uncover. It will be a stock picker’s market. When it is, it will take a unique eye to uncover niche businesses like Triton and the profit potential they contain.

Keep a sharp lookout for companies in similar positions. Soon, their shares will be selling for dramatically less. As soon as they are, swoop in and buy them. If you don’t the smart money will.

I don't know what is going on unless he is trying to create a short squeeze causing them to cover at higher prices.

There are a lot of P'd off folks out there and for good reason, but this message board IS for reporting what is or could be happening with CSHD.

Please continue to post any new findings that may be affecting this stock. Help keep others informed that may not visit other boards if it is relevant.

Thanks.

I seriously doubt Rufus is smart enough to track the IP's back to the SEC .

$10.00 says one of them is mine . I have sat. internet and my location varies from day to day on tracking software . Its kind of cool I guess .....

Oh, well...he could have someone do it...

Isn't the real point... who cares? SEC already won discovery--would it be a shocker if they decided to monitor that web site? Vice-versa, if [ * cue spooky music * ] someone else were spoofing as though they were SEC, would that be a shocker? I mean given the gamut of emotions here, would that change anything?

Today at 3:00pm, yedder wrote:TonySoprano is leaking again. This was in the ecowood thread. It might be a good idea to get Rufus side of the story since we all were led to believe he was going to answer the default.

As for ANLT, though, I had a telephone conversation with Messrs. Perley and Alexander about 6 weeks ago, when they were still trying to do something positive with CSHD, and they indicated that they had successfully raised $100M in a bond for Ecowood. I have not spoken with them since (or before that single conversation in any detail) but, when I saw the Ecowood-ANLT merger announcement and the 8K yesterday it confirmed that this had happened (actually, $200M) and I sold off 1/2 of my soon to be worthless CSHD shares to buy ANLT.

I posted the above about the phone conversation with Mike and Dave because, since it was before they were involved with a public company, I don't believe it is considered inside information. I can also now say that Harris the Scammer did everything possible to screw over the shareholders on CSHD; it amazes me how the 'faithful' continue to think he will lead them to the promised land. He had made a bunch of commitments to others within the company (including Sabra) about how things would be handled once Arlitt resigned and each one has been broken, including his disappearance for two days before the Monday when the SEC response was supposed to be filed. I was told that Sabra, Ben, and the attorney were waiting at the courthouse for Harris the Scammer and he not only never showed but was unreachable for the entire day. Very similar to the way he stonewalled the SHC before the vote in November. This is a very sick, delusional person and needs some serious medication as soon as possible after his ass is in jail for a long time (which of course will probably never happen because most of us will have moved on by then and his Kool aid drinkers will never admit he is full of crap, even after they finally are led off the cliff).

I hereby request an voluntary affidavit concerning you statements!

Please send it Harris*cshd.us

SEC boys if you read this, this is your man

Would everyone please send this post to Alana Black at the SEC!!

You see, My one responsibility in all of this since the SEC charges, was to get to the bottom of any wrong doing, taking names is what I have been doing.

Needed to find out “What, When and Where!!”

Who can tell me where you first saw those words!

Serious Tex? That doesn't suprise you that there have been attempts? Doesn't sound like threats but "attempts"...
I must be very sheltered...I found it frightening...that there were "attempts"...

People know where this man lives and where his children work and go to school...it is this fact that either:
A) convinces me that he is telling the truth and all that he says is "true"
or?

B)He IS a complete NUT CASE and should be locked up for no other reason than his families safety...

Now if we could just figure out which it is...

agreed...attempts is worse than threats.

Must assume that "attempts" have been documented... reasonably speaking, so have all threats...

so, public record, I'm thinking
