The thing that most people dont seem to realize is how "open" Rufus has been through all of this. People want to blame him for it all and accuse him of fraud yet he sits there with his family wide open for all to see on the ranch. Do some research into some companies that have been proven fraud over the last couple of years and tell me how many of the people leading those fraudulent companies told everyone exactly where to find them!
No.....no one has to feel sorry for Rufus, i really wouldnt expect that from everyone. But, if CSHD trades again and there are profits made i sincerely hope i dont see those same people posting "YAY Rufus" without first sympathizing for what he and his family have been going through.

Today was a tough day, very dramatic on the home front, Someone Shot 2 of my kids Dogs 30 ft away from my 10 year old daughter while riding a horse in our Pasture.
To those of you that wish ill means to my family, May God have mercy on your Soul Because I will not!! We have arrived at the End of our Path together; Timer reads 001.

honestly? I wouldn't...going to the courts with these things...when more than likely nothing can/will be done to the person that did it? it just prolongs the grieving...and keeps the memories "fresh"...so no I wouldn't report it! I would want it to be "over"!

Family strongly and I mean (transitive verb, that’s to you who have stated that I do not use verbs) STRONGLY pushed for me to drop CSHD after today’s events.
But I am the type of person that today’s events were only gasoline on a smothering fire.

First off, my thoughts are with Bryce. A terrible thing for a 10yr to witness. Yet considering the tone of many in society today she and Rufus are very fortunate that the perpetrator targeted the dogs and not Rufus or his family. I have been more upset with the TUT's and Griff's who have promised news that never happened and yes with Rufus for setting deadlines and then not keeping them but NOTHING and I mean NOTHING makes acts of violence condonable.

Cruelty to animals is against the law.....the person who shot those dogs would face criminal charges. My dog is like one of my children, and if someone shot my dog, I would deffinately report it. But I guess that's just me.....

Come on guys , Rufus is full of $hit and probably made the whole dog story up just to get some sympathy . I guarantee you , he was posting on H-S-M under his mom's alias as well filling people heads with crap . I'd also bet the whole death threats against his family was bogus as well.

Not to mention his daughter was 30 feet away at the time of the shooting.....if my child was put in that type of danger...without a doubt I would report the incident!!

New2 that's my point...my kids and my dogs ARE MY LIFE...I learned the hard way..that "reports to the authorities" do not always get remedied...so no...when things happen with my children OR MY dogs...no..I take care of it...the last thing I or my children need is reporters and police continuing to call and harass...It's not worth it...if i can't "take care of it"? God will period... I WOULD not put my kids through the BS...ever again... So no...it wouldn't surprise me if there was no report made...

Ok, thesource..when you get those IPs let me know. Are you insinuating that you are somehow "involved" with HSM? What other involvements do you have? You are very suspect IMO and have been so for quite some time....i hope someone has taken notice.
I dont "waste" any time on this stock, I simply follow the progression. Hey, if youre right then its good i learn the ins and outs of this so it doesnt happen to me again right?

So why are you wasting your time? No you may not be his son but your immaturity is easy to see. It is also self evident that your having lost some money here has clouded your judgement.
You ascert statements as if they are facts yet if you were right IMO, Rufus would have been arrested just as Jim Plant of CKYS was arrested. Neither Jim nor Rufus has been convicted of anything and I happen to believe in the law of the land. The law of the land is innocent until proven quilty.
It seems that your emotions have gotten the best of you. Any stock purchase is a gamble. I've had many losses because I failed to set my proper entry and exit points. My bad. No one elses.
Time will tell who is right and who is wrong but posting as you have does open you up for legal recourse whereas most others here keep emotions out and stay away from ascerting opinions as facts.
I wonder how you will feel if not only todays incident is true but Rufus is cleared of any wrong doing. IMO, a simple I'm sorry or I take it back will not suffice.
