Its actually kinda funny what Rufus wrote about Griff, thats almost EXACTLY what Mike Alexander said about Tut in one of the SPR interviews. It looks too much like posturing to me...maybe "no comment" would have been a better response from Rufus but as we know, he kinda does what he wants to do.

Don't forget that Griff stated that the default was answered a few months back. Then in a post the same night Rufus posted that it had not. If the default were answered there would be at the minimum a pacer filing. Wouldn't Rufus be crowing from the mountaintops that it had been answered and if all this is done why is it neccessary to do a merger? I mean the merger with FHAL was just completed in September?
No just more pie in the sky. Wait for official announcements. IMO, Griff is just another incarnation of "TUT" and you all know where that led.
I do speculate that something is happening but I'm not so sure it is positive. Rufus closing the message board could have just as much to do with the SEC telling him to close it as to an end to this soap opera. I believe the default occurred in November and if I recall correctly Rufus and CSHD have a year to answer so I think we are still months away from any clarification.

OT : For those of you that follow CMKX at all, or more importantly find Mark Faulks writing interesting, his book "The Naked Truth: Counterfeiting the American Dream" should be hitting the shelves sometime in June. Personally, still being somewhat "new" to all of this, I am really looking forward to reading it.
FWIW, if you are interested in a signed copy, the word on the street is that he will sign all copies pre-ordered through the site below before the actual release date.

I still hold 6500 shares. Just for the fun of it. And hey who knows? I'm more or less waiting for a big profit on another run this year then I will sell to offset that gain.
This is never going anywhere except to sub-penny or delisting.

I haven't...But my sister has an etrade account...she doesn't trade much..BUT near the end of March...after having her account for over 2 years...Etrade decides to "charge a service fee" She only had about 3 bucks in cash...ANYWAYS...of all the securites she has in there..Etrade sold her CSHD shares...it wasn't even enough to cover the fees...but they just sold them...I found that "odd"...why not sell something different? Why sell CSHD? As I said..it wasn't even enough to cover her fees...
