Hello everyone, Not hiding, I retired, remember. I was 95% sure we would see a PR on Friday which would have gotten everything rolling and there would be no need for me to be around anymore. But it didn't happen. So I'm back until things begin to roll and you are not left in the dark any longer.
From what I understand the PR was about uplisting to either the OTCBB or the AMEX. Don't know why we have another delay but we have a delay.
As soon as I know something I'll let you know. But until then try not to loose faith. This company is going to make evryone very happy with the out come
Griff
P.S. Yes, Sam is in the lead 1-0 but not for long

I agree with you Jenna, there are some sick people in this world who feed off of other peoples' emotions.
Oh is the trip to Vegas including a visit to Griff's Casino?

FWIW, the Griff character put up this post this morning on the ******** thread after reappearing this morning......perhaps one of these days we'll see a bona-fide filing that provides solid information, instead of all of this speculation.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh boy! This is like opening a Pandoras box. The more questions you ask the deeper it goes There is so much going on with Rufus and this company. It isn't just the NSS thing, the T/A thing, the crooked SEC, so on, the things we have all discussed but it is also international. Not only is Rufus dealing with the domestic problems but as "turning rocks over that are hiding crooks" you find more crooks and more crooks under more and more rocks.
Imo, that is why we haven't heard from Rufus, I sure he is up to his a** in alligators right now. Keep in mind he is doing this for the shareholder protection; he wants you to be trully GOLDEN, he is indeed looking after us. Try to hold on and keep the faith.
In speaking with Ron and others, we suggest that it would be best to gear down alittle with our expectations of these elusive timelines; I'm the worst at this and I apologize. There is no doubt that we will get all the promises promised and, imo, more There is so many factors that are affecting the timing that is impossible to even guess at it any more. Just like the international thing popping up. And by the way it has to do with fraudulant bonds being dumped into the market place.
Speaking of assets, the bonds that we do have has yielded us cash assets as well. We are a very rich company and that will benefit all shareholders.

Where did you hear this? I have heard Rufus said something about this in the last SPR interview, but I was not able to listen to the whole thing. Did he mention this towards the end of the interview?

Ok Griff, you cant just put that out there. Be more specific. Are you saying that some of the bonds have been monetized ? and exactly how is the company rich ?
Oh, in round numbers, about $5 billion give or take a million or so. That post should get me in big trouble with some people but you need to know.
Please use this post to fall back on when you get down and question your faith and loyalty to the country horse boy from Georgia. THIS GUY IS LOOKING OUT FOR YOU!!

IMO Griff needs to STFU. Hes just the latest in a long line of looney toons. He has already raised hopes for a lot of people on HSM and constantly let them down. He lost all credibility with me long ago and now comes off as a total clown. Sorry Jenna, I know you appreciate his info but to me its just more riddles and garbage.
If it turns out that he actually DOES know something, congrats goes out to him....but in the meantime he should just back off. This isnt a game Griffboy!

U.S. Department of Justice United States Attorney Eastern District of New York One Pierrepont Plaza Brooklyn, New York 11201 Mailing Address: 147 Pierrepont Street Brooklyn, New York 11201 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE April 17, 2007 Contact: Robert Nardoza United States Attorney’s Office (718) 254-6323 PRESS RELEASE SEVEN MEMBERS AND ASSOCIATES OF THE COLOMBO AND LUCHESE ORGANIZED CRIME FAMILIES PLEAD GUILTY TO RACKETEERING AND EXTORTION IN CONNECTION WITH BOILER ROOM STOCK FRAUD SCHEMES Roslynn R. Mauskopf, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, announced the guilty pleas of Colombo Family captain JOSEPH BAUDANZA, his brother, Colombo Family soldier CARMINE BAUDANZA, Colombo Family soldier CRAIG MARINO, Colombo Family associates CRAIG LESZCZAK, ROBERT PODLOG, and ARTHUR GUNNING, and Luchese Family soldier JOHN BAUDANZA, the nephew of JOSEPH BAUDANZA. The guilty pleas today of CARMINE BAUDANZA and JOHN BAUDANZA before United States Magistrate Judge Cheryl L. Pollak represent the sixth and seventh defendants to plead guilty in this district within the past week. On March 23, 2006, an indictment was unsealed charging the defendants with wideranging criminal activity, including a racketeering conspiracy involving securities fraud, extortion, witness tampering, kidnaping, and money laundering. All but GUNNING, who pled guilty to extortion, have pleaded guilty to a Colombo family racketeering conspiracy that used extortion to make money from stock manipulation at several brokerage firms. When sentenced, each defendant faces a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years’ incarceration and a $250,000 fine. The guilty pleas are the culmination of a four-year investigation and prosecution of the Colombo Family’s infiltration of brokerage firms that specialized in selling “penny” stocks, or stocks of a corporation that traded for under $5. The defendants admitted to exploiting their ties to the racketeering enterprise to further their financial interests in the criminal schemes, by using extortionate tactics to control brokers, cold callers, and others affiliated with branch offices of brokerage firms formerly located in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island, including Ash Financial Corporation, Amerivet Dymally Securities, Inc. (later known as TYM Securities, Inc.), Barron Chase Securities, Inc., Grady and Hatch & Company, Inc., Couch and Company, Inc., L.H. Ross & Company, Inc., and Yankee Financial Group, Inc. “We are committed to eliminating the corrupting influence of organized crime from the financial community and to ensuring the legitimacy of our securities markets, ” stated United States Attorney Mauskopf. “Investors are entitled to a level playing field.” Ms. Mauskopf thanked the Federal Bureau of Investigation (New York Field Office), United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation (New York), and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Department of Enforcement, for their extensive assistance in the investigation. The government’s case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Patricia E. Notopoulos, Tanya Y. Hill, and Jennifer E. Schantz. The Defendants: CARMINE BAUDANZA Age: 64 JOHN BAUDANZA Age: 37 JOSEPH BAUDANZA Age: 62 ARTHUR GUNNING Age: 41 CRAIG LESZCZAK Age: 32 CRAIG MARINO AGE: 37 ROBERT PODLOG AGE: 33
Maybe this is just the start.

No direct tie to this stock, but just the fact that the criminal activity in small cap stocks is being prosecuted and that there was enough evidense to get guilty pleas.

First favor that Rufus has done for "us" in a long time! Getting rid of that board will help stop the "crystal ball" posts. So I gotta say it... Thanks Rufus!
