My opinion is that if it became blatantly obvious that the company wouldn’t protect its shareholders then the Federal Judge would step in and permit the SEC to do so by way of receivership. I firmly believe we are on the threshold of SEC receivership and last night’s press release only validates my opinion.

I don't like your predictions TexasMoney... I can't remember if it was you or Tex that brought up the suspension the day before it happened...

I disagree Texas.

If the bonds are ours and they are hypothecated I highly disagree.

It will come down to $$$$$. If its there we are golden.

If not then hello SEC.

Milliam ~ Did you ask her when the SEC expects to "proclaim victory" and prove the bonds are not real based on any evidence they have discovered from ALL their indepth depositions?

Or maybe they have decided they can't prove the bonds are fake but are just hoping that this Default strategy plays out.

Tic toc... goes the clock and time is money. Next time you talk to her. Tell her to get to work. I want true justice, right or wrong this thing should be cut and dried.

I use the word “threshold” purposely. We obviously haven’t crossed it but I firmly believe our toes are on it. If RPH continued down the path of absentia I don’t see what other alternative the Court would have.

If the company refused to defend its shareholders I believe the Judge would be obligated to do so. [Eek!]

OT: Man it is a dirty world out there look at these two litigations filed today at the SEC.

One a man stripped clean of his stolen funds, stored on foreign soil.

http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2006/lr19926.htm

And this one where the crook died, and they imediately go after his wife/beneficiary. Honestly after watching this SEC Litigation page for a month, I am convinced that this would be an awesome reality show. Like a global version of COPS. [Big Grin]

There is no "IF" in the "ownership", just in the "percentage of ownership" based on the contracts and how they read. The certificates of ownership however do not specify any percentages.

But you are right this should be settled by now, "IF" it just wasn't for those darn egos, and careers at stake I am sure it would be. The SEC does not give up, and it does not lose. At least not "officially". [Smile]

Actually, it’s just the opposite. The fact we are still around tells you that the SEC has not proven fraud. The SEC may continue with its fraud claim since there isn’t sufficient proof, in their mind, to substantiate the bond ownership claim. But, since this is a civil matter the burden of proof rests with the defense and therein lies the root of our problem. WE CANNOT OR WILL NOT DEFEND OURSELVES! [Eek!]

a recent call to the SEC found they were in the process of preparing a lawsuit for (fraud?)? we dont know what the SEC has found. trading on grey sheets, MM`s cant or will not quote it, for all intents and purposes the company is shut down. they have no buisness as of yet and are not likely to earn any while the SEC investigation continues. the extent of bond ownership remains a questionmark. this will remain on grey sheets until the SEC completes their investigation and MM`s sign off on the legitimacy of the companies financials or the court orders the liquidation of assets ( if any exist!)

Encouraging PR! I like it. Hopefully it's a boost of confidence for all shareholders. If things like this actually start to happen it will move us up to make our new shares actually worth more than 20 cents each.

Simon's on.

I asked this question on other board earlier and kinda got a hostile answer.

I am just wondering why TUT kept his identity so mysterious all this time. I thought he was gonna end up being a govt offical, sec guy, or MM. He's just some CEO. Why all the crypic stuff? [Roll Eyes]

Anyway it doesn't matter now and the new PR already makes me feel better that he is going to move us forward.

I like this part "the plan of the company is to fully cooperate with the SEC to conclude the matters at hand in a timely manner" [Big Grin]
THIS is what Rufus never said or did that hurt the worst, IMO.

Stop, Look and Listen...wise words.

Do not judge what you do not know or understand.

Wild speculation is just that...Wild Speculation.

A++ on communication so far...JA seems to have the shareholder's interest in mind.

I think JA has begun to answer questions and I am happy about it. But it fails to surprise me.

So if someone wanted to buy some shares tomorrow... can it be done by any broker online at this point? I have Scottrade and eTrade. I haven't tried a buy or sell lately. I understand that Scotty is requiring a phone trade only at like $40 bucks or something.

So does this mean that the price should drop 1/7 when they give us the shares? I hope that everyone will be thinking about that, and not multiply the current value of the stock in thier accounts and expect to have that much. Hopefully we will be able to bring our price back up to at least .30 after the shares are given to us.
