is it the entering of default vs RPH? If so- then its the same as the previous request for entry of default vs cshd. They were served at separate times so they are due on different dates.

sure
it basically says that since Rufus failed to respond to the complaint on the 24th, that the Clerk of Court is instructed to enter a default against him.

So does this mean a hearing on the 4th would only be for CSHD and Rufus would have a later date?

I was searching through the NOBO list that a little birdie sent me looking for a connection to a man named Goldman. I found two on the brokerage listing which I immediately waxed off as Goldman Sachs or subs there of and then turned my attention to the shareholder list where I found a nice little tidbit of information.
The first hit off Goldman was Goldman Sachs but the secondname attached to the account is what struck me.
GOLDMAN SACHS EXC & CLR LP E/B FAO THIRD POINT PARTNERS
Third Point Partners is a big hedgie... I wonder what their stake in this is. Here is a bit of news on TPP.

Good Morning board, I have been following this thread for a long while now. I finally decided to join because I had something to say. I am totally impressed with the DD. I truly believe that you all could find a needle in a haystack. I have no idea what the change in CEO means for the shareholders, however my gut says it is a good thing. If Mr Arrlitt is truly Tut, then things should be very interesting.

The person who posted this on HSM is part of the shareholder committee and was party to all that transpired during the past week.

The large shareholders who eventually voted their shares in favor of the restructuring did so after all of this effort was complete, not before it happened. The former CEO had every chance to work with the committee, to respond to the requests, and there was nothing. PERIOD.
If you want someone to blame for this entire fiasco it lies in the lap of the former CEO. He chose to ignore the best interests of the shareholders to, like Don Quixote, flail at windmills. I believe you will see a very different company going forward with a management team committed to enhancing shareholder value not destroying it. The assets, or at least the majority of them, are real, are owned or under a management agreement with CSHD, and there is a good basic business plan. There is no reason for this stock to be at 17 cents and trading on the greys but it is going to take some effort and cooperation for the recovery to be completed. I am as absolutely certain John Arlitt is completely capable of achieving this and both moving the company forward in the right direction and restoring shareholder value as I was convinced, after the stock suspension a month ago, that the former CEO had no interest in any of this.

I thought that TonySoprano guy said not to long ago that he was not going to be involved in the Committee? Did I miss something? I could of sworn I saw him make a post stating something to that effect.

Hello Mrs. Spooky...welcome aboard... A PR? Hard to say...you've read the happenings with this stock...but I would hope that JA would hire an attorney and PR it...as well as PRing most of the events that take place over the next few weeks...this still has a long way to go IMO...Attorney, 10K/10Q, completeing the SEC investigation, hiring an MM...and then perhaps they will start the actual business and move forward...IMO

No one else has dropped out. This was a personal decision. There are multiple people involved, many of whom have different views and are willing to share them and fight for what they believe. I just chose not to continue for personal reasons and have redirected my energies to other (non-stock) related activities.

He had always been a constructive critic of RPH. I think he was initially disheartened with the inaction of RPH and out of frustration said no thanks to the shareholder committee. I believe he rescinded his resignation the same day probably after realizing its best to “keep your friends close and your enemies closer”.

As for me, I decided yesterday that the methods chosen by the CEO are so inconsistent with my principles that I would no longer be actively involved with the Shareholder's committee in an advisory role. I remain a shareholder, and have no plans to consider selling a single share until such time as the stock returns to a regular exchange AND provides something reasonably close to a valuation that is consistent with the assets.
While I cannot disclose the exact reasons for my decision due to Confidentiality constraints I would recommend that each of you read the lastest update from the Shareholder's committee and draw your own conclusions, at least for now, based on what I have posted in the past:

Thanks for the welcome everybody. One thing I can say for sure is the time for secret( for lack of a better term) and wishy washy statements is past. We need someone at the head of this company who is going to shoot straight from the hip. Understand, that I believed RPH, just really tired of feeling like a mushroom. I get the: Why release news if there is nothing to tell? I just feel like it is past time for things to move forward.

I don't think he said he was still involved. I am assuming he just knows people who are in the committee.
