I do have a question for anybody that wants to answer: Is there a valid reason that CSHD can" release anything during regular business hours?

This is a post from HSM, when I read the PR last night I noticed the same thing. Rufus stated in one of the SPR interviews that he didn't use forward looking statments, because what he PR'd was not forward looking, but that it had already taken place. Thoughts anyone?

I'm assuming that you meant, "can't release". Rufus stated that they release things after hours, so that nobody could label it a "pump-n-dump". That is the only logical reason I've heard. GLTY

Cassity, Rufus did say once in an interview that a safe harbor statement is not necessary if the company is only releasing "truthful" information. I guess our new leadership feels different? I think safe harbor agreements are procedure for most companies, im not sure why "we" chose not to use them.

From JesusPower about Tony Soprano...earlier today:
Actually, he backed out b/c of the crap that was being said and not done on one side, but when we decided to take matters into our own hands, he was back to lend support.

I just bought more shares and I was charged the broker assisted rate. I called to tell them I thought they were mistaken and that I should only be paying the commission of $7 + 1/2% of the principal. They told me that is was not on the internet restricted list so therefore I was not eligible for the price. I told them I wasn't able to buy online so therefore they were restricting it... and they said I was wrong. This was from the manager of my scottrade. Am I wrong here... or should I call a corporate office or something. Anyone have a corporate number. Thanks

Clay...i am pretty sure that it is up to each broker as to how these shares are brought... IF you tried to place an order on line and a pop up showed up saying to call the broker to place the order? Sounds like it was an internet restricted purchase...so you would be right..Call the main office and put your foot down! IMO

Unable to enter the order because a current Bid or Ask is not found for the symbol entered. Please contact your local branch office to place this trade.

So, whats the current status with brokers and electronic purchases? Are some allowing purchases online while others are not? Are all making you call in the orders? We are almost down to where i originally bought in, it might be another buying opportunity! LOL

is it just me or why did we bring another businessman in here with not such a clean past? He was an investors relations guy who did nothing for the stocks he was involved in. He was CEO of a penny stock. What has this guy done? I don't think this was such a good move.

A perfect example of why consistency is not always a noble quality. I could understand his plan if this was a criminal matter. He could be found not guilty of criminal charges in absentia. However, absentia in a civil matter is essentially an admission of guilt or stupidity.

22 you don't think much of any move.
Pehaps we should've let Rufus continue with no attorney. would that have been a good move.
Point being that this is the best move at this juncture.
I personally think its a positive step in the right direction

Whatever happens to Rufus now won't matter. It is now up to our new CEO to respond on behalf of the company.

Imagine being in flight at 35,000 feet and the captain and co-pilot blow their brains out (RPH). The flight attendant (shareholder committee) asks if anyone on board knows anything about flying a commercial airliner. A couple people volunteer claiming they have a working knowledge and are willing to assist. As we begin to nosedive into SEC receivership I really don’t think it’s the ideal time to do backgrounds check on the volunteer pilots.
Does this situation bring me comfort? Not really! Are the alternatives any better? Definitely not! Let’s just hope that when we overhear them talk about the rudder they know its airplane and not a boat.

Hi all. I am new to the board and saw that a new CEO was appointed. My Dad's stock jumped up really high when AEP got a new CEO. I think I might get some shares. What do you guys think?

Maybe that person should invest in Microsoft's spell check software and maybe a speech class or two instead of companies like this. I mean if that poster is going to come out with a statement like that, shouldn't he try to make it look as professional as something like that should. Seriously, he made a bunch of claims...people aren't gonna take something like that seriously presented that way.
Why on earth would he use the term "koolaid" if he was one of the ones in from the beginning? The passage doesn't make a whole lot of sense...just like everything else involved here...

Sounds a little bit like a 3:00 a.m. infomercial scheme. AHS.V now trading at a whopping 2 cents.

ALTA NATURAL HERBS& SUPPLEMENTS LTD. (trading symbol AHS on the Alberta Stock Exchange) - I do not work for or represent the company but because of a past close association with the President I have been able to be close enough to be allowed to conduct my own personal, but clinically conducted trials with my own trial patients who have the most deadly of diseases, Hepatitis C, which spares no one up to this point. Hep C kills all in the final stages, and it has become even more prevalent than HIV Aids. I have a personal friend that is a professional boxer who has Hepatitis C with no hope left, wo I was given permission and the full co-operation ot the company to conduct my own supervised trials by the patients own doctor. Before the trials, my trial patient was diagnosed as full blown Hepatitis C, with no hope for recovery. After one and a half months of treatment with HEPATICO, his blood tests came back showing a return to normal enzyme levels. Energy levels increased and boosted stamina.
I do not represent the company and am not promoting the company in any way!!! I have documented proof of the trial, and, that it may be the answer to what has become a major epidemic worldwide. The company has already done its own trials and come up with the same results with its own trial subjects, so much so that one of the major drug companies in the U.S. has now become involved with the company in additional testing. This company is well established and does major testing for some of the world's most established and reputable pharmaceutical companies, including Schering in its testing on interferon.
You will see more results come out over the next short while, but suffice it to say that this company is about to become a big winner for shareholders and investors. I repeat that I am not representing the company but because of my own independent proof know that we have got a company that can make shareholders very wealthy in a very short time, but more importantly, can save millions of lives because of its treatment for a crisis killer disease!
Judge for yourselves, when the final results are in, but I have already seen what it can do! By then it will be too late to take advantage of an investment of this caliber, and really I don't care about that , because what is important to me is that it is saving the life of someone I know personally, and in the end that is what counts most!!!
