Sorry about that...just wanted to confirm that I picked up additional CSHD shares on Etrade this morning - don't know about Scottrade or others.

Sweet news. Looks like John is going to try and answer the important questions. I wonder how long it will take to get the SEC deal taken care of. I think we'll be on the grey's until then.
I guess I might just try to buy a few more of these shares soon .

it says they are sticking with the 6:1 ratio as in 6 X 1.99= 12 dollars? it says "orginal merger agreemement" the orginal merger agreememnt was for 2X book value or something no?

trade04 ~ one thing we may be overlooking is that this PR may mark the beginning of the ten day notification required before the issuance of the shares. Rufus always said that the 10 days to the 30th was delayed by the addition of the "E". I am not sure if this constitutes a public notification but if it does issuance could be as early 12/8 or 12/12.
I don't want to start rumors because I really do not know if this is the notification, but I know I have been waiting for a PR mentioning the 6:1.

i hope so too Tim! it shouldnt even be a problem...if they threw out the whole 6:1 (fs style) thing i think we could see a very high shareprice, but of course you know penny stock investors buy with their eyes.. more share more shares....stupid imo..they think having abigger float would be a good thing...sure it would no doubt as long as the stock is going up up up..

are you saying he just needs to make a "pr appearence" as in what he did by accepting the CEO position? i hope not....the committee leader should really talk to the majority holder and tell him "you dont get any shares until you show something and CSHD is over $15" not obeying this request will call for your immediate removal!!! bahaha its true and thats how it should be though..

I am sure j. arlitt must have checked the assets before issueing tonights pr. dilution would be ridiculous, but if the assets are there like we have seen, then this pr of the 6-1 issuance is just more proof in the bag.

Well, if you have TDAmeritrade, good luck seeing 1:6 shares even if this does happen. I'm still waiting for just 93 shares of PAVC that were supposed to be "rounded up" to 100 in AUGUST due to a reverse split. TDAmeritrade just gives me the runaround everytime I contact them about it.
I'm glad this new CSHD PR was put out though. Hope we'll see some green in the am.
