You would think that would be the case. What happened to Harris. He has 7+ million shares and acts like he just wants to give it up. He was the big mouth talking about how much this company is in the first place.

There should'nt be any miracles or rabbit out of the hat tricks neccessary IMO. Unless Rufus is a fraud. Otherwise this POS should be accomplishing it's original mission as it was stated. Screw the SEC, since when can't a company use it's own assets to carry on it's daily agenda.

I agree 6, it just seems like something isn't right or the we would be off the Greys and released from the SEC stronghold... I hope everything is real and John can refloat this ship, but the more time that elapses the worse our situation will become...

Right an agreement. I guess it will work itself out. If this is'nt real, I want Harris hurt and hurt bad. It's the least thing that should happen for him.

Yeah bull don't feel sorry for CSHD holders. Some of us are not that sad. It was a hell-of-a-ride. And last time I checked it was still sitting around 0.15.
A good deal of longs got in at 0.04 to 0.14 so in effect they are still in the green. The ones that are not including myself were warned hundreds of times not to put in more than what they could afford to lose.
The train has not made it back to the station yet so let's not count this trip over just yet.

What you never heard of someone being in trouble for their deeds. I did'nt threaten you. I just stated that Harris needs to face up to his deeds. A personal threat would be if I threatened you which I did'nt. There's too many people running around conning people that something should be done about. There does'nt seem to be a limit to what they can get away with.

The SEC does do a number on any stock they touch... I counted CSHD done the day of the suspension. I am actually in awe that it is trading right now at all.
I felt then that the suspension was premature, and I know now... since they have not put it into recievership that they did in fact move prematurely. (Probably because Rufus told them to "make it formal".) In anycase they have won their case, since an MM won't touch CSHD now, and the main players have disappeared, most likely taking any potential deals or unsigned contracts with them.
In reality there is probably little left for John to work with and is probably the main reason he has been so quiet.
I hope I am wrong, but I think the silence is a "bad" sign. No I want to restate that... I think the silence is the "worst" sign.

Tax a weird thing with the MM scenario is that I heard Rufus mumble on SPR that he had 4 MMs fighting over this stock, not to mention other things that he never put into writing.

Crazy or...Buy it at .14 today and sell it tomorrow for .20 ? 5,000 shares will make you $300.00. OK, $240.00 after commission if you use a live broker.
I can't help but say, I've wanted to do this all week but don't have the funds at the moment.
