AS far as i'm concerned This POS is Rufus fault no matter what he says now. He should have been on top of all of it, with his years in the making. What was he doing during all that time. Nursing a hangover? He should have kept his mind on creating value in the stock for the shareholders instead of a few random people that sold before they lost their butts.

S:"The co. issued out some impressive PR's regarding AISS....Dr. Mensah insisted that you conned him."

S:"When asked if you had an attorney hired for CSHD you said no. SO the 7500 came from an alternative source. Was the audit completed?"
R:"It was never followed up with. I'm not concerned with the bonds, if they turn out to be fraud- they better lock up the people from the gov't that were behind the bonds. I never followed up with the forensic auditor. I as an individual will stay in the federal court system. We have prepared a proxy to move the corporation out with different assests & I'll stay back with the bonds. You can expect the proxy within.......2 weeks....get it signed off on & get the attorneys on board."
