Not trying to reraise old issues, but when I came into the thread, I attacked only the aspects of the STOCK that I saw that were pointing to a classic pump-and-dump. I was attacked very harshly, and a thread I started was even spammed by the CSHD folks that took it personally. In that thread--unfortunately--I responded to attacks with a few of my own, that could have been perceived as personal. When a person is attacked, sometimes they strike back, but that's no excuse. I shouldn't have returned fire. The offending posts were removed very quickly, as a moderator had been following the exchange, and recognized them as spam, but you can't "unring the bell" as they say. I was left with a VERY bad taste of some of the "crowd." I'm sure MANY in CSHD aren't like that, but a majority that first day or two were, and so there were some exchanges. I tried to never get personal, and if I failed, I apologize. Trading isn't personal with me. These stocks aren't my friends, they're tools to be used in a task: making money. As such, if someone has legitimate beefs about my picks, I never take them personally. I hope the CSHD crowd will do the same for those who aren't "longs" in their stock.

Has Portman himself ever confirmed--or denied for that matter--his status as Porterfield?

maybe you could rent a bus and fill it with homeless people and drive them up to the ranch on Christmas and knock on the door and then take off. Tell everyone that Rufus invited them over for dinner.lol...

That's funny- or you could beep the bus' horn & yell out the window (to Rufus) "These are the shareholders that lost their grocery money on CSHD..They heard your having a BBQ..." as you drop them off...
Gotta have a sense of humor with this...

are these the right guys for us or for the company, they seem mainly to have experties in defending companies against law suits with an emphasis on class actions! including advising there clients on how to take steps to avoid class action litigation! ( alana black? SEC lawyer mentioned the SEC was preparing a law suit? )( i dont think the SEC initiates class actions do they?) looks like the company may be looking to cover THIER azz against a possible class action by share holders! check the partners creds. thats what they are about! are there not law firms out there who specialize in SEC litigation? I just took a quick glance, not happy! ( maybe this associate -Lynn Concha )

good question...plus, the PR does not mention retaining legal counsel, right? Something more vague like "has entered an agreement" or something to that effect...

Looking at the Funding Agreement on file at GSCCCA Book 2106 Page 16, it would appear that CSHD only holds 19 of the 500,000 bonds/notes issued for the $500 mil Global Bond ISIN Code US922646AT10. They hold series numbers A-989/08/01 through A-989/08/19. What's the face value of these 19 bonds/notes? The following links just might provide the answer. I will admit to being quite surprised at being asked to serve in this capacity. I would like to again thank James for his tireless and consistent effort to begin this process. He has worked in the best interest of every shareholder. Please be sure to let him know when you see him around. -------------------------------------------- Question: Huh? How would I even know James Gee if I saw him? I don't even know Mark Porterfield? How do we contact the SHC? What are the names of the people on the SHC? Is it a secret society?

I am appreciative to those who believe I can help the organization achieve it's mandate to represent shareholder interests. There is a great deal to accomplish in a very short time. As the weeks go by I intend to keep shareholders informed via this website. Please check back often to see what is new. It is my hope that in about a week or so we can email all registered shareholders the confirmation email and allow them access to their account to update and validate their information. ------------------------------------------- Question: Why shold shareholders have to check chatrooms or posting boards to find out information on the company? How do you plan on getting shareholders' email addresses?

Why are some people being so hard on the SHC???
I don't get it.... They are just like you & me...they are shareholders putting their OWN time into stablizing & creating this commitee for YOU & ME.... they have money in this just like us.....It is AMAZING to me that people's anger is toward the SHC & not the person whose fault it is why we are in this situation- whether it be the Rufus, Alana, the shorts, Timothy Miles, whoever you want to put the blame on.... but bashing the shareholder's comittee for dedicating time on this, time that they probably would much rather spend with their families, I'm sure, is beyond me....
I have long term stock in another company & I wouldn't know that Chairman of the SHC if he walked by me either...but if I discovered it was him sitting next to me I'd thank him for lookin' out for me as a fellow shareholder.....
Guys, just think about things....think...step back...that's what I've been doing and things are getting clearer.....

Jenna, you are missing my point. It is not bashing. Someone please answer my questions that I posted. They are legitimate questions that as a stockholder has a right to know if the SHC has anything to do with the company.
How many are on the committee? Who are they -- names? How do they meet -- face-to-face, internet, phone?
I'm not hard on them. I just don't agree with all the secrecy.

Well, I believe that info maybe available - we just have to find out how & where to find it....perhaps I will work on that...we do have the right to see transcripts I believe...I will find out...may not have an answer 'til Monday but good question...perhaps I misunderstood...
I have heard in the past that there are over 800 on the commitee - I signed up in the past but I don't know if they are restructuring it or what...I think we need to just keep checking the website for updates....

The SHC has been together for what 2, 3, 4 weeks? Do they work directly with management? If so, is it too much to expect for them to know and tell us if the bonds are legit; if the Duestche Bank contract is legit; or any other pertinent information?

Thanks for the info on registering and email. That clears that up, but who has access to that -- all 800 committee members? 'Cause I get too many spams now -- Johns writes; jennifer writes; etc. touting every penny stock imaginable.

WV- I think those are also good questions....but In my opinion the new Chairman just took over last night perhaps we should give him a few more days to get organized....or just a thought perhaps he & the committee are waiting for those answer right now who knows- there are many questions left to be answered.....

maybe the SHC was set up by RPH as a way of heading off a class action law suit by minority shareholders, now they can argue in court ( if it comes to that ) that MSH`s were kept in the loop by management and were able to give suggestions to the company witch the company acted on thereby negating any arguement that the company ignored MSH conerns for thier investment and managments failures reguarding the execution of the companies buisness plan, MSH`s now appear to have direct access to management. again, I hope the SHC and thier leaders have retained competent leagle council. ( if they are being unwittingly manipulated by the company they will want and need leagle assistance )

This issue is one of understanding how bonds work. I am not a bond trader so I will not pretend to be an expert. However, from my own research I have discovered there are many layers of a bond issuance, coupons being the top and most public layer.
It appears that the information you found represents those who have purchased rights to fixed interest rate payments. "Owning" a bond might take on several definitions depending on which layer you are speaking of. If I were an underwriter, I might say that I "own" the bonds because technically I am responsible for selling pieces/coupons to investors.
Even though I do not think this information proves or disproves anything, it does illustrate one of the things I think might be hurting Rufus with the SEC. I believe he used the term "own" to mean something relative to what CSHD is doing and the SEC/public is trying to apply the definition of ownership more commonly talked about - coupon ownership.
We'll see.
... In My humble Opinion
