I only live 30-35 miles from Lake Dallas. Even though I'm not a "true believer", I'd be more than willing to visit the site, and send pics of the place to you guys if you needed it.

But this is what I was trying to send you... I am not asking for a PM back...but I have a few questions that maybe you could somehow get answered by the company and put out to all that need to hear.
1)I am confused as to what happened with the default entry, It appears that it was withdrawn? Was the TRO and the other order that Mike and Rufus signed sufficient? 2) Rumor that the lawyer that was hired was NOT for the SEC investigation but dealings with Rufus? 3) The 6:1? the timing that those would be recieved AND? how were they "gotten"? Are they to be a divvy type thing or are they an actual threshold price reset. 4) Is the shareholder meeting in December still a go? 5)Is there a time frame involved for the audited financials so that an MM can be brought on board? 6)Are you completely stressed out and is this really worth the headache? lol..j/k
Hope all is well...

My box is full? I did not know...Which one? Allstocks?
Been going crazy end of year is a busy time for me. Add the CSHD stuff and it is even busier.
There is work being done. Putting out information half completed is only going to add to the confusion. But do expect us to add to the SHC website as soon as we can.

CSHD had a drunken cowboy running the show for six weeks out of his house and sometimes out of the Equine Solutions horse stables.
John Arlitt took the helm in the middle of a crisis. I don’t care that he hasn’t had time to secure a palatial office fit for the Prince of Dubai. You can post a picture of a dumpster or a $500 million office complex - it won’t make a measurable difference. What matters is that John Arlitt is working on our behalf and has already demonstrated some success by retaining legal counsel, hiring a PR firm, working with the SEC, etc...

That was taken back during the Ecowood days- when it was the trillion bazillion dollar whale.
I am digging and digging to form my opinion of that entire deal still. Thats just something that was looked at back when it was being looked into.
I agree that the fact that it was dead over there means nothing to me regarding holding my CSHD pile. Merely that I am still cautiously looking into the Ecowood side of the play.
Some folks have been laying claim that Ecowood is our key to sucess...

I’m sitting here watching ABC news and they were discussing the Congressional Ethics Committee’s findings on the Mark Foley case. After 50 depositions the committee came to the laughable conclusion that those involved were “willfully ignorant”. Have you ever heard of such ridiculous phrase? Can you imagine getting pulled over by a cop for speeding and telling the officer, “Oh, no I wasn’t speeding, Sir, but I am guilty of being “willfully ignorant.” WTF!

Dec 17 minus 10 days is Dec 7th. Not doing so just may lend to the SEC case, by violating the injunction.
IMO, It would only be an infraction if the meeting takes place. the whole idea behind the rule is to make sure that all share holders have a chance to participate. If the meeting doesn't take place then, no harm no foul.

If you plug the address into mapquest and look at the aerial view...it looks like a dump. Sort of looks like the kind of place you buy animal feed from. Not real happy about that. Not going to read anything into it though. I'm sure it is temporary until they figure out what the future holds. I'm sure they will get a legitimate office building lease somewhere.

One thing you have to understand about that part of the metroplex. Lake Dallas is a "Lake" town. Lots of outdoors types live there...not corporate types. Campers, fisherman, boaters, water-skiers, etc. High School football is still a big deal. There are some really, really nice neighborhoods going up, but the business climate is still lagging.
These are the Ecowood offices if I am not mistaken. Again, don't read anything into this...actually, it would be good if the Ecowood people became very comfortable and friendly with the CSHD people...right?!?!

well, it's not really a huge step down, right?
Wasn't the Harris-regime-era company more or less run from his horse barn?

The building looks half way decent from ground level, like Tex said a step up from a barn. If Conversion could hand some business millions of dollars in order to succeed they probably would'nt care what the building looks like much anyway.

I'd like to ask all the "longs" of CSHD a question. Granting that everything which has happened to this company were to happen again if you were able to go back in time. For the exception of buying more shares how would you have changed the long-term choice of staying in this stock with all that has happened to this company as of the past month?

I am very aware that in life we don't have do-overs. What I fail to understand is as follows. Why is it so many people here failed to listen to the warnings of so many other media outlets of CSHD. They were deemed as bashers, but turned out to be correct at the end.
I've seen many messages posted, by memebers here saying saying "Why should we listen to you when you havent provided DD" Turns out that some of the KEY DD was false which was told to the CSHD cult times after times before the SEC halted trading.

Wasn't being "above-it-all", I was being realistic. The people who are the true-believers in this stock have determined that they're going down with the ship. And as for you following my stock picks, why the hell would I care what you choose to do with your money?
