You had said a few days ago to send questions to your PM box..(allstocks)
perhaps the shareholders could get an address to where to send questions...

But this is what I was trying to send you...
I am not asking for a PM back...but I have a few questions that maybe you could somehow get answered by the company and put out to all that need to hear.

1)I am confused as to what happened with the default entry, It appears that it was withdrawn?
Was the TRO and the other order that Mike and Rufus signed sufficient?
2) Rumor that the lawyer that was hired was NOT for the SEC investigation but dealings with Rufus?
3) The 6:1? the timing that those would be recieved AND? how were they "gotten"? Are they to be a divvy type thing or are they an actual threshold price reset.
4) Is the shareholder meeting in December still a go?
5)Is there a time frame involved for the audited financials so that an MM can be brought on board?
6)Are you completely stressed out and is this really worth the headache? lol..j/k
[Wink]

Hope all is well...

How would one get a question/concern to the SHC?

My box is full? I did not know...Which one? Allstocks?

Been going crazy end of year is a busy time for me. Add the CSHD stuff and it is even busier.

There is work being done. Putting out information half completed is only going to add to the confusion. But do expect us to add to the SHC website as soon as we can.

10 is it you that keeps posting that JA missed the Dec. 7th business of notifying the shareholders that the meeting was called off or what ever.
The reason i'm asking is because the only date that I have seen for a meeting is DEC. 17th, so someone has there dates off on that subject. It's getting close to for whatever importance it has.

No 6 it is me that keeps bringing up the 7th, and no my dates are not off. Any shareholder meeting, must be planned in a way that ALL shareholders can participate. Meeting notification, proxy ballot for all voted issues, and a copy of the latest prospectus must be mailed to each and every known shareholder ten (10) days prior to the planned shareholder meeting.

Dec 17 minus 10 days is Dec 7th. Not doing so just may lend to the SEC case, by violating the injunction.

Hate to play devils advocate

Could it be the money is not available to them to put out a pr.John Arlitt might have to take it out of his own pocket. It does't seem like it would cost alot but I see it cost anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 a month for a pr firm maybe the diference in price is the amount of pr's you put out.

Just giving them the benefit of the dought

Here's what I was refering to. What is the signifigance of Dec. 7th?
The meeting everybody is thinking about is Dec 17th. Thats awfully close to Christmas for last minute shoppers and people on budgets to be flying to DC, but there is the teleconference part. I wonder if this will be addressed again.
One thing that would be good for our major shareholders to remember is what we have invested here may be as much as they do, it's relevant to what is how much for each invester.

I am not positive and will have to look a bit deeper, but I think by not canceling the meeting, and by not getting Proxy votes and prospectus for that meeting into the hands of each and every shareholder prior to 10 days before that meeting. Even Rufas in his drunken state on SPR knew about this rule/issue and warned John and Co. about letting this date slip.

Did the new CEO just violate a SEC rule, and there by violate the injunction? [Frown]

"Special" meetings, "Emergency" meetings, and especially Shareholder meetings are regulated.

I'm glad we have'nt heard any other charges recently by the SEC.

FWIW I heard Rufus say Dec 7th on SPR in regards to John's definitive proxy statement deadline. I understood it to be 10 days notification also. But...

Talking to the person in my company that arranges the Annual Shareholders meeting, they said that they thought it was a 45 day deadline for the prior notification. From the SEC so far I have only found references to 45 days so far.

If anyone finds a ten day rule or other wise please post the link. I am going to continue to look.

the person I spoke with in my office said they would also like to know if it is ONLY 10 days. [Smile]

Thanks,
TB

I don't think the Share meeting will be a big thing. I expect a PR announcing that it has been rescheduled. I've seen other companies do the same thing. I really don't see anything happening here until after the New Year.

I think I found the 10 rule... Reg. §240.14a-6

but since Rufas did not file a 14a regarding the meeting, we may be all right.

Here is a PDF with regards to the Regulation. Bottom of pg.9 "Filing Requirements".

http://www.sec.gov/about/forms/reg14a.pdf

And here is an example of a 14a

http://apps.shareholder.com/sec/viewerContent.aspx?companyid=FISV&docid=4337558

anyway FWIW GLTA... [Smile]

OT: I couldn’t help sending this to a few of my Indian friends - LOL

“Condoms 'too big' for Indian men” [Eek!]

By Damian Grammaticus
BBC News, Delhi
Friday, 8 December 2006

The study found that more than half of the men measured had *****es that were shorter than international standards for condoms.

It has led to a call for condoms of mixed sizes to be made more widely available in India.

The two-year study was carried out by the Indian Council of Medical Research.

Representative

Over 1,200 volunteers from the length and breadth of the country had their *****es measured precisely, down to the last millimetre.

The scientists even checked their sample was representative of India as a whole in terms of class, religion and urban and rural dwellers.

The problem affects HIV prevention

The conclusion of all this scientific endeavour is that about 60% of Indian men have *****es which are between three and five centimetres shorter than international standards used in condom manufacture.

I hope so because after I posted my last post I read it and it dawned on me you probably don't a pr firm to put out a press release pretty dumb but I still wonder how much it cost maybe they are saving up and are going to give us all the good news at once.I guess I'm just being hopefull trying to figure out why they wouldn't let us know whats going on.

I feel like we all could use whatever assurance we could get at this time. We all made a sacrifice to hold shares when we could have made good profits instead. We were'nt supposed to get hit by the SEC and trade on the greys for 2 months.
Some kind of solid evidnce that this is gonna hold together would be fantastic.
Harris and these other guys on the CEO picture sure know how to shake a guy. Man Rufus has got weird.

In my opinion, we should not expect a PR blitz like John Arlitt did before he retained legal counsel and a PR firm; nor should you read into that as being bad. However, we should take comfort in witnessing the time required for a responsible, publicly traded company to work with its legal counsel and PR firm to develop the appropriate, timely release of information.

Consider the following process flow to get a better understanding of what is involved:

[*] CSHD or PR Firm develops the content and sends it to the Law Firm
[*] Law Firm reviews content, and sends it back to CSHD
[*] If CSHD makes changes, it will go back to Law Firm for review, if not, then its sent to PR Firm
[*] PR Firm verifies content and makes changes if necessary
[*] If PR Firm made changes, CSHD sends content to Law Firm for review
[*] Law Firm reviews content and sends back to CSHD
[*] If CSHD approves of all changes after Legal Firm review, then the approved PR is sent to PR Firm
[*] PR Firm, with final approval from CSHD, distributes the press release to the newswires
[*] Giddy shareholders read the press release and sleep well or blow their brains out [Eek!]

When the information to be disseminated is NOT timely (e.g. in relation to an SEC filing), then you can expect it to take a long while. In my opinion, I do not see any news “required” so I am not expecting any.

Alright guys I haven't been in this stock since I sold at $3.90. Just bought back in, can someone fill me in on the latest news. I've been watching for a few weeks now, and its seems that .15 is the lowest mark so far. I also looked at the Tech. Analysis and saw we have support at .13 and res. at .23. Hope there are good things to come.

Weird that number on the CVSU website rolls to an answering machine that sounds like someones home message.

"We cannot get to the phone right now" (womans voice).

They are moving to the Lake Dallas office- I hope it doesn't look as empty anymore as it did the last time someone drove by with camera...

I posted pics of the location here a day or two ago. The person that recon'd those pictures is going to make another trip by since it was several months ago.

We shall see.......

To me, if nothing else the move to Lake Dallas signals that Mike Alexander is going to be heavily in the picture - the link between CSHD and Ecowood and those millions of carbon credits at least.
