Beer, Pot, and CSHD ... well, at least he could get drunk and high as he watched the RPH/Mike A./Tut combination piss his share value away ...

At first glance.....looks like trouble. [Razz]

Ok, Tex passed out so i win. I cant think of anything stock or company related to post about either so why cant i get my butt out of this chair?

hardly....

I, on the other hand, can think about stock/company-related issues...

namely, this Euroclear thing.

I *am* not convinced that the company is a "member" of Euroclear.

As a poster elsewhere today mentioned, i also believe Euroclear to be somewhat equivalent to DTCC...

In that light, what "pennystock company" (or, almost any company) is a member of DTCC ( DTC ) ?

OK, time for the late nite roller derby featuring the longs and the shorts ... and don't foget the bashers! Three teems at once on a figure 8 track. Guess we'll see who wins in January! Good night all ... btw, it makes it easy to catch up when one can skim very quickly over all the bs bashing! Maybe we should go back to picture stuff ... LOL!

Mark,

what's the latest word?

I saw on I-hub that a poster claimed to have formed some effort to get a class-action suit filed.

Any news there?

How about the "shareholder Web site"?

any updates there?

Ok, i couldnt go to bed without at least one stock relevant post. I have a question regarding "registered shares".

Randy Moseley is an officer so wouldnt he only receive restricted stock?

http://sec.edgar-online.com/2005/12/20/0001144204-05-040479/Section51.asp
"On December 12, 2005, the Company issued 300,000 shares of its common stock to
Randy Moseley, the Companys Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer. The shares vest in annual increments of 100,000 shares beginning
December 12, 2006."

It looks like he is scheduled to pick up 100k common shares next week. Will those shares automatically be converted to restricted?

I will be releasing important information about the corporation's current status and recent events over the weekend.

Tex ~ What I am worried about... AND what we all should be worried about! Is that the CURRENT CEO did not officially cancel the Shareholders meeting by December 7th.

I am not positive and will have to look a bit deeper, but I think by not canceling the meeting, and by not getting Proxy votes and prospectus for that meeting into the hands of each and every shareholder prior to 10 days before that meeting. Even Rufas in his drunken state on SPR knew about this rule/issue and warned John and Co. about letting this date slip.

Did the new CEO just violate a SEC rule, and there by violate the injunction? [Frown]

"Special" meetings, "Emergency" meetings, and especially Shareholder meetings are regulated.

Definitely more surprising than there being more than one Holly Springs Baptist Church. I found a Holly Springs in Georgia, North Carolina and Mississippi in the first page of the Google search.
Almost positive you could find one of those in every Southern state...pretty sure that Arkansas and Alabama have one too, even if they aren't big enough for a website. The rule of thumb: If there is a town named Holly Springs, there will be a Holly Springs Baptist Church FWIW...

I sure hope we hear something before Jan. Just a little update or something. There's got to be something that is going on, and I hope they'll let us in on it.

we hope that someone somewhere is doing something for the shareholders, but we don't really know that even though we now have a PR firm to keep us updated. [Frown]

As loyal as the shareholders have been to this company it seems like now is not the best of times to just ignore us. An update saying we are working on it would be nice, at least we would know that not everyone went on vacation.

Ok, just frustrated at the obvious lack of concern for the shareholders, but I'm done for now.

You guys have to accept that this was a scam all along. Look I was fooled by it to and lost some money - not a lot, but enough. The red flags went off for me with the late 10K , but I believed that we would at least see the 6:1 - one more red flag and I would have sold.

However the SEC halt was the last red flag but it was too late. Now there is no choice for longs but to hold and hope that somehow Arlitt can get us the 6:1 and get us back to the OTCBB so we can sell out around .10 - .20 and re-coup some if not all our losses. I went back and forth on this alot but unfortunately when the music stopped I - like you - could not find a chair.

What saddens me more than losing money (because I'll make that back no problem) is the fact that Rufus, Ben, and all the people involved in this scam are going to walk away scot free.

What makes me somewhat happy is that Rufus Paul Harris will NEVER be trusted again in the stock market world. If he EVER tries to pull this again, or is involved with a public company people will run for the hills. His name is tarnished in the same way as Frank Olsen, Mario Pino, etc, etc, etc...

What also gives me some peace in this is that I do know one trader who made an absolute killing on this - I mean close to 700K. He is making some significant donations to several charity's during the holidy season and truly making a difference. I should have listened to him when he sold over $3, but again I believed Rufus Paul Harris.

So the good news is that some people that really need the help (I think one charity is a school for homeless children) are reaping the benefits of this.

Still I would really like to see RPH do some time for this, or face years of class action lawsuits with any money that can be wrangled out of him going to charitys.

Some of the stocks that I have made money back on; BANY, APPI, AQUA.

I'm also in PDSC, PHEI, GLLC, and waiting for FGFC to go. GLTA and Happy Holidays!
