I may not be right, but if I were the CEO of a company in this position, I certainly would not take the word of a worker bee prosecuting the case. Heck, even the Assistant District Administrator answered my letter via the congressman about their case, so I am quite sure I would be as high up their respective arses as I could get. For that matter, I don't even take the word of a CSR about a $100 payment on an account - I always talk to two or three and see if the answers are consistent....
Not only that, I would be sure that so many people knew I was working with them (at least on the inside) so that one person's word wouldn't come back to haunt me later....
Just me though.

Ya that's what it says. I don't know much about bonds, but it sounds like he's the boss on that one. The confusing part is everything looks like he just wants to give it all up to the SEC.

Portman, do you have any guesstimates on when we'll hear some news about something again. Like an MM, 6:1, court settlement anything. I heard we are still trying to hunt down Rufus and the company records anything about that?

I know you haven't heard from me in a while and for that I apologize. It has been difficult for all of us. Most of you have been delightful and patient and for that I want to say a big THANK YOU. I just want to bring you up to speed and inform you of our current status so that you will be able to rest your mind regarding the situation at hand.
I signed an agreement that rendered me speechless for the most part. It was for my protection as well as yours. I have learned about many things in the past few weeks, some good, some not. I know that most of us signed up for the "guarantee" of getting $15/share from buying a stock that was in the $1 range. Then it seemed to grow to the possibility of $100/share. We never thought that we'd be fighting Naked short sellers and corporate corruption, but that was our fate and we took it like men! Also, we never thought that we'd be in a legal battle with the SEC, but that happened too!
It was a sad and unfortunate turn of events and after several key findings, a majority % of shareholders got together and decided that the best thing at that point in time was to remove the founder and CEO of the company and replace him and the Board of Directors with other men. I was one that agreed to and signed off on the transition. The people we now have in place are working diligently for the best interest of all shareholders. They too had a large stake in the company, which is why I felt that they would work to untangle the web that was spun.
They have been in contact with many key people and have softened their stance with the SEC in order to facilitate our progress forward and to clear ourselves from the current legal battle. We know that it's going to take a bit more time since new people have come in and have to personally review all documents and financials in order to release accurate statements and information.
There are several deals in the works behind the scenes that are in our favor, so please continue to be patient and know that once this is all over we'll be able to reap the reward.
I will say that I know I made several rookie mistakes and can only say that I have learned my lesson and will be better prepared next time.
1. I will not trust just anyone. 2. I will not believe every word as if it were straight from the mouth of God. 3. I will not believe in set timelines that only set people up for disappointment.
Just to name a few, in the spirit of transparency.
Now with that being said, I am going to say that the company said that January looks like a realistic timeframe for us to have settled several of these issues and begin to move forward. So I am urging you to take your mind off of this and prepare for a wonderful Christmas holiday season. Spend quality time with your family and friends...go on vacation or do what you do. I will continue to keep a check on the happenings of the company and if I hear anything groundshaking or newsworthy, I'll let you know.

Humanitarian & Scientific World Foundation, LTD somebody refresh my memory, have we DD`d this outfit? it seems curious they only started up in jan of this year, and it is also curious that thier registered agent resigned six days before this deal was PR`d! this is a two man show from what i see. where did they get 450 mil euro bonds? and why transfer them to us? for value? is what the agreement says. what does that mean?
