RE: Line of Communication to relay topics of interest to CSHD
With all due respect, if you are still involved with the CSHD shareholder's committee please surface and provide some line of communication. I hope you read this thread or that someone who knows you can relay this message.
How is it planned for shareholders to forward concerns to this SHC? There is no email for you or any other member of the SHC as yet or any other means of communication that I am aware of for the SHC or the company.
For that matter, who else is involved in the SHC besides you? According to your last update on 12/22/06.."The SHC will continue to request information from the company on topics of interest to the shareholders."
I and other shareholders that I know have questions that we feel should be forwarded to the company NOW due to the fact that the Atlanta law firm has not represented CSHD since mid December.
If the company can't answer the specific questions we will understand. However, there is no valid reason IMO why there has not been some form of communication by the SHC via the company to update shareholders as to whether a NEW law firm is involved to handle CSHD corporate and litigation matters or to confirm whether a specific SEC specialist type law firm has been engaged.
I sincerely hope there has been legal counsel engaged by CSHD for a long time helping to gather evidence of the apparent illegal shorting activity affecting CSHD and all shareholders. Perhaps there is legal counsel involved and they have been working in secret for a specific reason.
It does seem encouraging that an attorney appears to still be involved with the on-going civil lawsuit CSHD filed against Dr. Mensah. However, common sense dictates that additional legal representation is needed to help CSHD executives deal with matters involving the SEC, DTCC, not to mention dealing with the NOBO lists and the 800 plus individual shareholders who are not on it.

I agree with this letter to Mark 100%. It appears to me and probably many others that the SHC has to this point failed in keeping us informed. It is not considered "insider information" to let us know who is our legal representation in our SEC battles. Last week, there were many questions regarding the law firm that the last press release said was working for us. The firm claims that they are no longer working for us. I would think that if any of the people on the SHC read Allstocks or HSM (and they should be), they would have addressed our questions regarding our legal representation. When the Share Holders Committee started, I was excited and happy. I am disappointed in the fact that we have had little or no updates over a period of recent time. I also think that reading these two sites, we get "hints" or suggestions that something might be coming, only to find out that nothing happens. I know that most of us are all in the same unbelievably horrible situation. We are at a point where to sell our shares would not be worth it. I think that the time has come for either the SHC or JA to put up or shut up. We need to get some type of update or a "Class Action Suite" must be started. We have been more than patient waiting for some type of realistic update. It's time to sh*t or get off the pot. One more thing....... If Rufus is in any way interfering with our company and in any way hurting our comeback, I would like to see legal action taken against him. Enough is enough. Sorry to sound so harsh, but; something needs to be done regarding our company.

I don't know how to contact Arlitt. I have been trying to get a hold of whoever I can. The last things I found out was that, 1.According to Alana Black who I talked to late last week, the company has not retained legal councel yet nor answered the other stuff. 2.I also called the CVSU contact number yesterday, I dialed the 1074 number that the recording tells you that you have reached when the 1075 number is dialed. A lady who is the voice from the recording answered the phone and announced that I reached JMS Construction Co. of that same address as Conversion. Not affiliated or owned by any of our familiars. Just a company occupying the building. She said the recording number is to take names and numbers and that occasionally Randy Mosely calls in and gets the info from the recording. She is very unhappy with the whole setup.

the value of the venezualan? bonds may be in jepardy as president chavez goes forward with his plans to nationalize the countries utilities,communication and possibly oil industries. ( assuming we own them! ) FWIW

It's funny how Rufus was removed from the CEO position, Arlitt seems to have treated the SEC the same way that Rufus did. So from what I see the only point of difference was the filing of the 10K. And getting the E added for 3 days. I haven't heard of many CEOs being removed for a late 10K filing.
1. Breach of fiduciary responsibility by not retaining proper legal counsel to represent Conversion Solutions Holding Corp. in response to a Complaint filed by the SEC in the Georgia Northern District Court;
2. Failure to file timely responses to the SEC's Complaint in Georgia Northern District Court;
3. Failure to file the annual 10k in a timely manner, which resulted in a violation of the SEC Eligibility Rule for the OTC BB, thereby causing an 'E' to be affixed to the Company's ticker symbol.

all u have to do is call the clerk of courts, ask whats on the docket..they will tell u nothing... (last time i called was before christmas)....cut ur losses and move to nihk, or not (evaluate risky subjectively)

There never WAS a value. The bonds were fraudulent. The sooner everyone realizes that, the better off you will ALL be.

Damn I cannot believe this thread is still going . Someone needs to take this thing behind the barn and shoot it . This play is over and no one won except those that sold at $3.00-$4.00 a few months ago . The rest of us are bag holders . Like they say , money is never lost , it just changes hands .

Does any one else (if any one else is still here) think the SHC is doing the job that we were told they were going to do? I am totally disappointed. I was under the opinion that we would be an informed group and we would be represented by them completely. Questions sent to them would be addressed to the company leaders and we would get some answers. Has any one been able to reach the SHC?

Doc? I have tried...EVERY EMAIL AND PM AND PHONE NUMBER that I can find and have gotten nothing from all the attempts...Company or SHC...nothing... It just seems that if EVERYTHING was done that JA would say something...the last that was ever heard from him to my knowledge was a post on HSM...saying that "we would get through this together..."
Seems that it will stay on the greys...

i have my last 350 shares at the bargain price of .14. thats as low asi can go, just tryin to get my commision back, i thank you if you take them and i understand if you dont. its been a learning few mths.

10 ... I wish something would be said. I realize many changes have to be made but even a "We are in the process of changing......" would make me feel a little better. This complete silence is IMHO, the wrong way to go. I am long till the end, but I am totally frustrated with the way we are being informed or should I say, being kept uninformed.

Is it honestly worth even trying to dump them? Take your price of 49.00* .14, minus your 12.99 charge from etrade (or whatever it is you have) and get left with 36 bucks......now if you wanted to buy more stock with that 36 dollars you would then lose another trade fee making your $$ value to buy a new stock even less than the 36.00
This is also assuming that you don't get free trades- if you traded on that ratio with any broker to get cheaper trades you would probably be leaving your 350 shares (49.00) to gather dust until this thing heads north a little more or is officially at the bottom of the ocean (Titanic).

Attention: I just wanted to pass on that I spoke with one of the company directors during lunchtime. We did not discuss anything in detail as I knew he would / could not answer and also, I did not want to put him in an uncomfortable or compromising position. I basically just wanted to hear that things are happening and we will be OK. I got my answer and I am satisfied.
He informed me that they are working very hard at re-building the company foundation and future (assets, credibility, and relationships). The company is very much alive and well. Things are happening behind the scenes that will benefit the shareholders. These things do take time and he asked for your understanding and patience. He said that he did not think it would take as long as some posters have recently speculated. However, you never know how things can change in the business world and did not want to predict a timeline.
They are very aware of what we are going through and do apologize for the situation, but they have had a lot to straighten out in order for us to start moving forward once again. They are being very careful to not PR anything until it is something solid and of true value to the shareholders. They do not want to put out a “Fluff” PR just for the sake of putting something out there. They are doing everything ‘by the book’. He said that there are lots of rumors floating around out there and we should only believe information that comes from the company once things start happening.
That’s about it…hope this helps. I know that I feel better!

As most realize the best course of action at this point is still to hold because we are not getting much/anything if we sell. That being the case, small updates go a long way to taking the edge off of waiting. At this point I think im waiting till the end. Whatever that may be or however long it may take. I am not at liberty to say whom I spoke with; however, you can rest assured that it was someone who cares about the shareholders very much. As a matter of fact, he suggested that I post the contents of our conversation because he does not want people to lose the faith.
