Jesuspowers intentions seem noble, but I would like to get some official notification as to our status. Like a PR from the CEO and the rest of the team.

I did read that part, non disclosure agreement? anything he says to Pump the stock can and will be used against him in a cout of law. the NDA is there to protect him. AND the company. I understand SHC members must tread lightly but unvarifiable hints and vagaries annoy me. "deals in the works" thats pink sheet speak for nothing is happening! how many times have we heard this statement on other boards! from other POS companies! - too many to count! and ALWAYS when the stock is in the toilet!

Chart...I believe he was on the SHC conference call a few weeks back that required a confidentiality agreement be signed electronically in order to participate.

JP1- if you signed a "be quiet" agreement can you go ahead and start doing that now? Your vague posts and "Hang in there lil fella" posts are not providing anything of use.

A cowboy, who moved to Wyoming from Texas, walks into a bar and orders three mugs of Bud. He sits in the back of the room, drinking a sip out of each one in turn. When he finishes them, he comes back to the bar and orders three more.
The bartender approaches and tells the cowboy, "You know, a mug goes flat after I draw it. It would taste better if you bought one at a time."
The cowboy replies, "Well, you see, I have two brothers. One is in Arizona, the other is in Colorado. When we all left our home in Texas, we promised that we'd drink this way to remember the days when we drank together. So I'm drinking one beer for each of my brothers and one for myself."
The bartender admits that this is a nice custom, and leaves it there.
The cowboy becomes a regular in the bar, and always drinks the same way. He orders three mugs and drinks them in turn.
One day, he comes in and only orders two mugs. All the regulars take notice and fall silent. When he comes back to the bar for the second round, the bartender says, "I don't want to intrude on your grief, but I wanted to offer my condolences on your loss."
The cowboy looks quite puzzled for a moment, then a light dawns in his eyes and he laughs.
"Oh, no, everybody's just fine," he explains, "It's just that my wife and I joined the Baptist Church and I had to quit drinking."

Alana Black said that it is'nt the SEC's interest to close Conversion, but to prove that the bond does'nt belong to them. It is up to Conversion solutions whether they can and want to continue business as usual. Of course the SEC is'nt helping either.

If he signed a gag order he should not be posting his 2 cents on the company. I don't care if someone took a PM and posted it.
If he had to sign gag order he cannot post and influence anyone regarding the stock (to INCLUDE family members). Telling them of chaos and problems that have not been publicly released is bad. Saying it should be cleared up in January is not good either- we can speculate all day on this board about when things will get cleared up but once you become an insider you cannot post or speak of the inside operations of the company.

SHC chairman please pass this on to the CEO.
I might be off with this, but the more I have read about the assets that Conversion is supposed to have and the ability to be on the grey market seemingly through mgmnts choice the more I have to ask myself why don't we use a bond thats not in question and begin some forward motion with this. I find it hard to beleive that there's no where to go with all of the assets. I don't know what JA has to fix other than the bond fraud issue, the rest is Rufus's hypopotamus's. The SEC has'nt told them they can't run a business, just not commit fraud so do some ligitimate stuff already.

Seriously, this stock is dead, yet people in a forum called "HOT Stocks" keep talking about it. Just seems like more than a BIT of a waste of time, since it no longer resembles anything CLOSE to a "hot" stock.

Kevin, Just because the thread you started has no onlookers doesn't mean you can raid this party. You try and try to make valid points but since everyone here is smarter than you and doesn't listen you resort to bashing. Your days are numbered, your advice worth as much as some nightcrawlers at the local bait shop. Go back to your dungeon and shake that 8 ball up some more. Otherwise go to the bar, pay some girl to listen to you, and move on. Damn i hate idiots!

I love how popping into this thread and pointing out the obvious (that the STOCK is dead, so discussing it is a waste of time) leads to these kind of vicious personal attacks. Is this acceptable?
As for stock-picking, Glass, here's my record thus far:
ADST ANDS
The first two picks I brought, both are up significantly. ATS is basically flat on low volume, and I admitted that it's too low of a volume stock for a short-term play, and it was a mistake. TSCM hasn't had time to come to fruition yet (I made the call 2 days ago).
Basically its 2-0-1, with a fourth not yet fully played out. If you want to count the ATS (which I got out of at basically break-even) as a Loss, then the record would be 2-1-0, with TSCM yet to play out. Either way, it's not a bad record at all, and you of all people should know I do my technical DD before posting a pick, since we've communicated in PM.

Kevin? jmoe is very close to the line of rudeness, over, but not far over, he's not being "vicious" IMO...
i even posted a picture of Titanic stock in the thread ealrier because some humour is needed in a stock like this... ask repo about how much is acceptable and how much isn't..he's the local expert...
i don't read every post in CSHD any more, but i just can't imagine anybody thinking it's being "pumped" from what i read... maybe i'm just jaded..
you know? i've always ASSUMED that if a stock is under 5$ it's likely to lose 50% any day... so i come in with a large amount of skepticism and assume other people do too..
it's all relative...
fact is? people are gonna discuss it if they want? and all you do by biotching about it is annoy people... anybody that pulls a quote and see's NO bid and NO ask? will figure out something ain't quite right...

BTW, I present this post here as Exhibit A for those who claim that it's ME who attacks people personally. I made a post about the STOCK, and this guy attacks me as a PERSON. You all will pardon me for responding briefly in kind. (Notice, he threw the first punch.)
Mr. Stinks-
While there are people on this board who are smarter than me, the number is most likely not great (I have a VERY high IQ) and it most definitely does not include you. Reading your last post very much reminded me of a visit to the zoo, when I was very young. There was a monkey, who had plexiglass all around the bars of his cage for some reason. I asked why this was the case. My parents were unsure. Moments later, we found out. Apparently, the monkey would get "jealous" of any attention paid to the other monkeys, and would become angry, and begin throwing whatever he could get his hands on at the onlookers. This often included...umm...excrement. Therefore, they enclosed his cage in plexiglass, fortunately for us. In the case of your inane personal attacks, after I attacked this stock (and this worthless thread), perhaps there should be a wall of proverbial plexiglass surrounding YOU, to keep you from slinging around your verbal dung piles at those of us who dare to make a post you disagree with.

Glass-
If he didn't cross the line, no one does. It was nothing BUT a personal attack. It's Exhibit A in how a person can attack a STOCK and then have someone attack them PERSONALLY because they're "annoyed." If that's acceptable, fine. That's why I posted my "monkey analogy." If it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander.

Right. Whatever.

BTW, what IS your problem, Glass? Did I make your life difficult by attacking everyone's pet stock--and the current biggest waste of board space--thereby drawing out the jackasses like Mr. Stinks?
