Rufus just mentioned that Euroclear proved the credit facility hence the listing today...

I didn't say that, but I don't think I would have voted him out. Too bad I did not get an opportunity to vote. John had better cancel the shareholders meeting before the 7th or his actions are going to screw us all.

I'm curious to see how the SEC can claim fraud on a bond when it's proven. I don't have a choice it looks like.

His name is given in the PR. I don't know his message board handle.
Rufus could be wrong about how this is being handled, he might not be the lawyer that he thinks he is.

Hey Portman ~ before this goes too far let me tell you that I like you, I am not mad and yes I know you were privy to the comittee meeting.

I am just saying that from what I just heard on Sub penny, and my own understanding of "Hostile" takeovers. This was NOT done by the book. Maybe the book of Delaware, but I thought they were one of the toughest states in the country to effect a takeover. One of the main reasons major corporations incorporate there.

I would think a Proxy vote would be required.
