I see Susan Joseph was involved in the BBAN days-previous court case? What is the new court date for Monday?
Susan Joseph v. EDTV
This suit was filed by Susan Joseph, a former contract consultant for alleged back commissions and stock. The time period involved was May 2002 to approximately November 2002. As of June 30, 2005, the case was settled for $45,000 of which the Company has paid in full.

Just trying to get a grasp on RPH and figure out what the deal is. A lot of speculation out there.....some pro RPH and some Anti-RPH.
Seems odd to me to think of him as the mastermind behind this master plan and meanwhile is being sued on Monday at 9am??????? With Ben Stanley??
I see Susan Joseph is from the BBAN days- just trying to figure out whats with the court date on Monday if it was settled awhile back with the company??

Let's be real. Rufus may have the bonds, but he seems to not be a real truthful guy. Hopefully Tut can salvage our investment.

That stuff about Susan Joseph is related to the BBAN issues. This has nothing to do with the SEC case or Conversion Solutions.
I suspect its just Susan Joseph wanting to get a dig in on Rufus while he is being kicked around. BBANs latest 10KSB looks a bit gloomy so maybe the timing was right for BBAN to come back after Harris and Stanley.

The basic plan would be that he would have friends and associates who would "own" stock in the company, only for the purposes of dumping it on the way up. They sell into the rally, keeping some of the gains as their "commission" for giving him complete deniability about running a pump-and-dump scam. A scheme such as that is much more elaborate and involved than the above summation, and I can't prove this is what happened, but SOMEONE was selling into that rally, and making money all the way up. Circumstantial evidence would point to Rufus and/or other insiders.

It would be hard to prove, as long as RPH didn't leave any paper trail. It would explain a lot about his erratic behavior over the last few weeks, though. It's this type of scam--MUCH more than any "naked shorters"--that causes stocks like CSHD to rise and fall quickly like it did.
