chart says "We shall see, I actually feel like something is being done now... -hope it is."
it will be interesting to find out if what Rufus stated on SPR about signing the TRO and the other oder "was the answer" and there really was nothing else to be done as far as court...
I'm also curious if Rufus will make a "stink" about being thrown under the bus by the SHC...Sounded like he "told" the SHC in the teleconference call to get a few things done...and he would be out of town for the Holidays...but he would get back to them afterwards...then he comes back to no job...?
As i told some other peeps...this play is "done" in my head...but will be interesting (as always) to watch things unfold...only to refold again...

Have a great weekend Board! Chart ~
I think we either see our "vindication" PR or the almighty toilet bowl early next week....hoping for a bigger Christmas miracle to say the least!

Why does the volume drop everytime a trade for 0 shares happens? We were near 750K a little bit ago, and now its under 700k.

What does the SEC consider "proof" beyond a shadow of a doubt that nothing fraudulent has occured? How can we obtain said "proof" and make them happy?
No one has ever answered these questions...and I'm dying to know the answer...
Maybe the SEC will be happy when the shorts have covered. Rufus alluded on SPR to the fact that they were screaming FRAUD even if he pulled the bonds. Even with an attorney they could run this investigation as long as they see fit. IMHO

Let's think about this - Rufus stated there would be a meeting in a PR, an hour before the meeting we still had no info about it? Who's fault is that? Is it John's? Is it James Gees, Is it mine or yours? No!! This is when the crap hit the fan for the second time...(or third or sixteenth) then he had to be called to get it set up (I think) Let's start to think outside the box...Why would he say there was to be a meeting & then not give us info on it???
Then the meeting happened and only some were invited & most of you know if YOU were asked you would have been in on it in a heartbeat...then magically no one spoke after.....HHHMMM...who decided that? Was it the SHC? Doubt it....Don't you have to sign a paper stating your not going to speak freely about something....How did that happen? Not even sure if that is what happened.....What makes sense?
Either people weren't speaking after because they weren't allowed to..or they felt content & were very satisfied or they were doing "damage control" by not creating panic......not sure which....What makes sense?
Everyone has to ask themselves....DO you honestly think the SHC doesn't have ALL of our best interest at heart? They are one of us for God's sake....They ARE US.....We may in the end be thanking the SHC for doing what they did...Why would they hurt their investment? We have all lost quite a bit of money.....I believe the SHC is doing good for all of us....
We need to look at it from the outside in or the inside out however you choose, really really look at this.....
I hope Rufus isn't a bad apple, I hope John isn't a bad apple, but I guess we will find out...Look at everything that's happened & look at what's happening now.....
Like Judge Judy says- "If it doesn't make sense...It's NOT TRUE...."

If rufus really is still running the ship, and I would say that could be good or bad, one thing he said last night really irked me. Don't quote me on this, but he said something about nothing happening till january regarding the stock as far as moving off the greys. I probably didn't hear that correctly, but if I did, come on now january? Whats with all the waiting? I'm not expecting $1000 pps tomorrow, well monday, but lets atleast have some progress ASAP.

Jenna ~ I disagree to a point John and I may both be invested in this stock, but I do not think it is for the same reason. I can buy the crap outta it, but no matter how much I try I would not be able to buy the crap out of it as comfortably as John.
Additionally, I was not too happy to hear rumor that John/Tut went from concerned shareholder to wannabe CEO following his friend Mike Alexander's tenure. Almost like he got a detailed report of the true nature of the company and assests, and decided to make his bid for control.
And as far as Judge Judy's quote. Then I guess this entire stock is False. Because none of this is making any sense.

It wasn’t that long ago that we listened to RPH on subpennyradio.com, shouting, “You’ve grabbed the wrong tiger by the tail”.
Once asked on SPR if he had a lawyer on retainer, he responded, “Yes, I have several” and elaborated that his primary attorney could not attend the first SEC hearing “because the lawyer was vacationing in Italy.”
Last night when asked if he had a lawyer on retainer, he responded, “No”.
A few weeks ago, he claimed to be on the hunt for a “bulldog” of a lawyer because we were “going on the offensive”.
When asked about the possibility of returning to the market on grey sheets, he responded “no way”.
When questioned about the possibility of a default judgment being entered he said, “We’ve signed the injunction, no further response is needed – that won’t happen”.
When asked two weeks before the 10Q due date, will the 10Q be filed on time, he answered, “absolutely”.
When asked two weeks before the 10Q due date, will the 10Q be audited, he answered, “yes it will”.
After taking back, control of the company, that same night Rufus claimed, “Our ducks are lined up” and now its time to move forward. Just two days passed, and the SEC, due to CSHD’s failure to respond, entered the default judgment.
This is a very short list of “breaches of fiduciary responsibility” over a short period; however, Rufus would have you believe that it is the SEC, NSS, DTCC, Transfer Agent, and Shareholder Committee’s fault.

Let's think about that- good question?
Has CSHD ever had more than 3 or 4 employees ? lol, the more you look at the past few months the more the absolute lunacy of this really starts to show.
The fact that Rufus was able to pump this from .08 to $4 is really quite amazing. Somebody made some SERIOUS money. Of course many have lost serious money and here we are.

There is a simple answer to this:
Rufus is absolutley insane.

Hey T e x. My Dad says AEP is on the new york stock exchange. I asked about the graysheets and he said I shouldn't trade on that exchange. He said pinksheets and overthecounter are not good either. He gets mad that I want to play them and says he has never sold a stock. He mentioned dollar cost averaging.
I have been reading some when I get time but now I'm gonna go play some basketball. I'm on my school team as a guard. Shooting guard that is.
See ya!

Anything new yesterday or today that would benefit me to read the last 20 pages? I'm made a quick skim last night and just now and all seems mostly speculative conversation. Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. I have two sick kids. Thanks!

Rufus was on SPR last night, most of the speculation is based off of it. SPR is playing the end of the replay right now (after Rufus), it should be restarting in 30 mins or so.

Not really, there was a lot to be confused over IMHO. There was a little bit oh him being upset, a little bit of him saying the take over wasnt legal, a little bit of things are still going good, a little bit of him being wasted... you will have to listen to it and make your own opinion really.
