I would like to know "how" John is doing this...is it the threshold reset? Is it under a dividend? How?

Last night on SPR Anthony said he voted via a notarized ballot. I would like to know who took part in this election of John. What o/s share count were they basing the 51% on? There would have to be a list of the voters and the shares they owned, I would think. Why is not this list made public to the other shareholders? To see the list of voters would be some very juicy info. 51% is a ton of shares. Who owned these shares?

I agree. Especially since not all shareholders were asked to participate.
