That is Paul Rufus Harris. Rufus Paul Harris, born on a different date, comes up as a possible relative. Also, take note of Anissa....born 1941. It was my understanding that Anissa was his wife. Its kinda confusing IMO, no idea what it means either way

I thought the PR or post - whatever it was - specifically said threshold price reset.

It did. But didn't explain how it would be accomplished. No details.

Last night on SPR Anthony said he voted via a notarized ballot. I would like to know who took part in this election of John. What o/s share count were they basing the 51% on? There would have to be a list of the voters and the shares they owned, I would think. Why is not this list made public to the other shareholders? To see the list of voters would be some very juicy info. 51% is a ton of shares. Who owned these shares?

I agree. Especially since not all shareholders were asked to participate.

I posed this question last night...another we don't have an answer to...
What does the SEC consider "proof" beyond a shadow of a doubt that nothing fraudulent has occured? How can we obtain said "proof" and make them happy?
No one has ever answered these questions...and I'm dying to know the answer...
