And you are barking up the wrong tree with me, I have provided more information than anyone else involved and been criticized for doing so by some of the others.

Crashdummy, here is a synopsis of my thought process in this entire affair:
1. The $800M in original assets was real, it was backed by audited financials. 2. Rufus was so intent on fighting 'Naked Shorts' and the SEC that he had lost touch with his need to maximize shareholder value. His actions over the past 30 days had clearly indicated it, to the extent he allowed trading to be suspended rather than deal with the SEC issues OR even file a response in court. 3. A change in management would eliminate the Naked Short issue, put someone in charge who would focus on the real business, and put the MM in place to return the shareprice to $2 almost instantaneously.
That is how I came to my decision to support the change. For those who criticize that decision, I don't care, I still believe I did the right thing even if John Arlitt was the wrong guy.

Tony is definitely wrong on #2. Rufus repeatedly said he wanted the SEC to halt it to prevent it from trading not the other way around.

YES, For a time I was a member of the SHC. Not at the beginning. But I was contacted later on because they were losing people right and left and needed help.
I was thinking it over, during Thanksgiving, I hadn't given an answer yet.
I was not on the committe during the first 3 or 4 calls. So I can't answer any questions as to what took place then, other than what I heard discussed later on the calls I was on.
Here it is: Rufus was supposed to have put out a PR on Monday morning after the SHC was formed. It would have the names of all on the SHC and announce it formally. He did not. He would not return phone calls or messages or emails. No one could make contact with him in any way. This is strictly what I heard later, I was not on the committee at that time.
I was told that we needed to answer the default judgment or we were sunk. That we had to change CEO's because Rufus hadn't done it and it didn't look like he ever would and that he still had no lawyer.
So after thinking it over during Thanksgiving, I decided to do what, if anything, I could to help. I was pretty upset at some of the things people had told me during the Holidays. They had lost all hope, and talked of suicide. So I jumped in, desperate to help.
We had a few calls in December.....Myself and several others repeatedly asked for an update for ALL Shareholders to be posted on the Web-site. We were promised that it would happen, but it never did. So we kept asking, and Mark kept promising, but it never happened. Several of us told him we did NOT want to be any part of a "secret society."
The last call we had, which was mid-Dec., We discussed this yet again. We want our names put out there. Mark said ok, and asked each of us who had no problem with our names being put on the web-site to email him, giving him permission. I did this. But nothing happened. That same night, we had also decided to have the calls every week on Tuesday nights.
But that was our last call. Mark sent out an email saying we weren't meeting on Dec.26th, as he had an uncle in the hospital having heart surgery.
After that, he would not and did not respond to anyone's phone calls or emails period. We tried. I wanted to resign, but who to resign to? Mark wouldn't respond, & I didn't know if he was reading the emails or not. Actually, we didn't know if he was alive or dead. We worried that possibly something had happened to him.
Finally, after the events of last week, He made a reappearance. He sent out an email, apologizing, and saying that he could understand if we were angry and wanted to resign.
I did. I sent him my resignation.
Tony Soprano, I was asked a few days ago if I thought you were saying bad things about RPH and had aligned yourself with MA's group due to possible unsavory activities you might have done. I said NO, I think he's a good guy and really believes what he is saying. I'm not sure I think that anymore, after the way you have conducted yourself today.
But I am glad it is all out in the open. I bloody hate secrets. I feel like a load has been taken off me. I wanted to tell everyone, but the main reason I did not was because I was afraid of being bombarded with questions that I don't know the answers to, since I was NOT there when events unfolded in the beginning.
When Rufus did his disappearing act, I really thought he was pushing the SHC to remove him. I felt it was exactly what he wanted to happen. It seemed as though he was giving them no other choice. Time will tell on that one.
But the accusations flying around that members of the committee were involved in any wrong-doing is not true, at least not the advisory committee. There were many good people who worked very hard to try to do what was best for all Shareholders.
No one was allowed to buy or sell during that time.
I will be posting a copy of the letter of resignation I sent to Mark next.
Then if any of you want to judge me, go ahead. But all I ever wanted was what was best for us all. And every word of this is Truth.

I have a hard time believing that this post is the "real Tut". "False prophets" haha give me a friggin break. It sounds like his line of Bull but i doubt its him. Its just someone else trying to distract people and add more confusion to an already VERY confusing situation.
Im to the point now that i find those posts regarding the SHC amusing. TOTALLY disorganized, at least i know im not responsible for that since i didnt vote on it. I also find it amusing that even today Rufus is blamed for the F'd up committee. Arlitt has been running the show for how long now?!? Arlitt appointed Mark yes? I wonder who else he "appointed".
I believe the truth is coming very soon and yes i still believe that Rufus will be running the show when the dust settles.
Just my opinion and remains my opinion until a court of law says otherwise

I haven't checked out HSM for around 3 -4 weeks , but Jenna,You peaked my interest last night and thought I could use a laugh or two.
That board is really out of control!!!! Good humor though. The mod was SO mad , he said final warning about the attacks on there.He said {again} I will shut this down if this does not stop.
I don't believe that is tut either.IMO

IMO,a big mistake! If he is so tired of people ragging on him, why would he even think of the "false prophets" statement? Okay , he admits it was a mistake so I'll shut up. I would have bet that it was not the real tut,wrong again.
