Guys, I was just kidding......

Joking like the Soprano's

i know Jenna...
since i have been relocated to the deep, deep south i have added quite a bit of "southern political history" to my reading list...

the south really is a different country from the north... they just happen to have language and the constitution (more or less) in common....

my real point is that Wall St has always, ALWAYS had participants like this...

Daniel Drew and James Fisk played unreal games with Cornelius Vanderbuilt.

In 1866-1868, Drew engaged in the Erie War, in which Drew conspired along with James Fisk (financier) and Jay Gould to issue fraudulent stock to keep Vanderbilt from gaining control of the Erie Railroad. Vanderbilt sustained heavy losses and conceded control of the railroad to the trio.

In 1870, Fisk and Gould betrayed Drew, manipulating the stock price of the Erie Railroad and causing him to lose $1.5 million. The Panic of 1873 cost him still more, and by 1876, Drew filed for bankruptcy, with debts exceeding a million dollars and no viable assets. He died in 1879, dependent on his son for support.

Fisk and Gould made their stake as "cotton smugglers" during the civil war... they were some of the original "carpetbaggers"

Jenna, to answer your question why im still holding if i dont like Arlitt? I personally believe he will be removed from the position before too long so whether or not i like him wont matter. He can go back to pumping stocks all over the net or whatever it is hes qualified for.

Im not trying to be rude to your Dad because of his opinions. Im tired of people openly posting on a public thread that Rufus Paul Harris is a scamster / fraud. When someone posts something like that as "matter of fact" without some sort of documentation to back it up i find it very unsettling and I second guess their motives.

Maybe Repo is right, shut this thread down...its worthless. Its just full of people pretending to be judge and jury on a case they have NO clue about. Ive read through this garbage for weeks now and its full of regurgitated nonsense from people over at HSM that are becoming VERY manipulative IMO.

I dont dislike Doc, hes not the first person ive "called out" when it comes to posting things like "Rufus is nothing but a scamster and will do time" blah blah blah. This is nothing personal against your Dad Jenna, hes just the latest person i find posting "potentially" false information.

Just in case anyone missed me. This song is dedicated to Humble, Milliam, Glassman and all the others who hold out a glimmer of hope and spend fruitless hours congering up plausible unrealistic scenarios of how this could be anything but dead.

DING DONG! THE STOCK IS DEAD

Ding Dong! The Stock is dead. Which old Stock? The CSHD Stock
!
Ding Dong! The Wicked Stock is dead.

Wake up - you sleepy heads, rub your eyes, get out of bed.
Wake up, the Wicked Stock is dead.

She's gone where the goblins go,
Below - below - below .10. Yo-ho, let's open up and sing and ring the bells out.
Ding Dong' the merry-oh, sing it high, sing it low.
Let them know
The Wicked Stock is dead!

Rufus
As Shyster of the CSHD City, In the County of the Land of Oz, I welcome you most regally.

Sabra
But we've got to verify it legally, to see

Rufus
To see?

Sabra
If it

Rufus
If she?

Sabra
Is immorally, unethic'lly

Arlitt
Spiritually, physically

Mike
Positively, absolutely

Stockholders
Undeniably and reliably Dead

Repo the Coroner
As Coroner I must aver, I thoroughly examined it.
And CSHD's not only merely dead, CSHD's really most sincerely dead.

Rufus
Then this is a day of Reckoning for all the stockholders and their descendants

Sabra
If any.

Rufus
Yes, let the news be spread to those who still believe The wicked Old Stock at last is dead!

wv1973 & others....have I missed something? I thought that by us having a proxy vote coming with things to vote on means that life maybe slowly coming back.....If we vote to separate the company from the bonds & Rufus....then doesn't that mean they have complied with the SEC & the company gets to move on? This is how I understood it.....wouldn't this mean the proxy vote would be the begining of the end but also the start of something new?

Correct me if I'm wrong.......

Jenna, this whole deal with separating Rufus and the bonds from us is pretty strange to me. I just don't see how we can still be a company without the bonds. I understand that Rufus feels like he's got more assets to move us to, but where in the heck did these assets come from?

We should vote to have a company share buy back at $7. And take it private. Won't have to hassle with us troublesome shareholders.

Milliam, I think they are new assets but perhaps they can't use them until they separate Rufus & the bonds from the company.....then the co. can use them.......Rufus stated he was going to separate from the co with the bonds & continue with the court case as a separate entity....I think if he did do that I would be happy & it would restore a little more respect some respect for him......

Jenna- if we can vote for what you are saying, i'll go for it. I wonder who the new CEO would be? Isn't the other issue to have the 6-1. I'm not sure if thats any good. If we start a new asset what will we be worth. I sold 10000 shares today, but I think i'll keep the rest for awhile to see where this goes.

6- that's what Rufus was saying on SPR- that the proxy vote will be on a few things & one of them would be company projects, & the 6:1, I also think, I'm not sure, I thought that he was implying that we would vote on whether to separate the company from the bonds in order to move on.....

Wally, Tax, I know that you guys were listening too, is that how you understood it?

You guys I have to say something:

I feel like I should not be passing judgment on anyone until we know all of the facts. I used to really love Rufus, I have sinced changed my opinion of Rufus because of things that were told to me & things that I have read maybe he has done nothing how do I REALLY know, I also have changed my opinions on other people involved with the company but I guess that's not fair.....I'm sorry for some of the comments I have made regarding anyone's character.....

.....until we have all the facts- from Alana Black or any law enforcement personnel I will no longer judge ANYONE in this.....not even Rufus...BUT that doesn't mean I'm going to trust anyone either & that means ANYONE.....(except for all of you guys of course) [Wink]

Unfortunately here is how I see the cards people are holding so far:

RPH – has admitted friends/family could/did sell shares as this was there prerogative. (They never would sell of course unless instructed to do so.)

MA – has admitted CEOTA was a fake company. That is how this mess started but may be ok if it was the key item that attracted RPH. (Part of his short trap, reverse merge w/ a co. that is already hugely sold short in the market legally or naked. Also implies RPH new he could get the price up, possibly from real assets.

JA - Robert Bogutski’s firm in Plano TX as his suggestion to be involved as a transfer agent starts to show his true colors. I think this is the best evidence so far that he has major strikes against him as well. (Great find Humble!!!)

SHC – just believing what they have been fed. Very likely imo they are being used as pawns w out getting truth either.

Looks like all three above may have already made their $ on this which leaves us with, why do any of them still want to be involved w this or have their names attached to it? Are they all hoping and praying they could look like the good guy, pit more blame on the others, trying to avoid jail? Or are their assets that hold real value to this co.?

Signature is actually run by Jason Bogutski. I take a small leap in guessing that Jason is Robert's kin based on the proximity, rare name and similar business. Everyone needs to judge that relationship after looking into it for themselves.

I'd hate to implicate an innocent man.

...In My humble Opinion

Jenna,

you've always worn your heart on your sleeve thought all of this and have done so much work for this board that i think anyone who claims your are anything less than sincere is at the very least a poor judge of character. i personally am glad you always tell us what you know and honestly believe. CAT and I honestly felt something was up with CEOTA, FHAL, and MA and our gut led us down the right trail even though we couldn't prove it till now. That’s how we all are discovering info. Your info on JA may still prove right; also your instincts may be right. I defiantly don’t put you in the SHC group just for stating what you believe and i really am not disappointed with anyone who thought the SHC was or is the right move now as long as people are making the right move for them and being honest in telling others what their reasons and motivation is/are. - CON
