Also for those who are buying Whatever John (TUT) Arlitt has to say, isn't that what many did with Rufus that get them in trouble?
Until I see something from the SEC stating the company is OK and the stock is trading somewhere other than the grey sheets, I don't believe a word comming out of Arlitt(TUT), BODI(Mike Alexander, Sword of Truth(Rufus) or anyone else associated with the company. I won't even believe PR's until that time.
Cynical, Oh yah, That's me but I have good reason for that. See a while back we were told we could believe all the filings, you know, 8K's 10Q's, etc and look where that got us.
This will be a very long road to recovery if there is to be a recovery. IMO, I can't see how CSHD will be moving forward anytime soon. Too much to overcome. Dr's Kildaire, Casey, Welby etal are trying to save the patient but Dr kevorkian is standing in the wings. I really hope I'm wrong but I doubt it.

PS: How will we get the 6 for 1 Threshold price reset if according to Mike the Merger will be cancelled? If the merger is cancelled there can be no Threshold price reset because the event that caused it is no longer valid. These guys should talk to each other a little more and get their stories straight before going public.
