R:"It was never followed up with. I'm not concerned with the bonds, if they turn out to be fraud- they better lock up the people from the gov't that were behind the bonds. I never followed up with the forensic auditor. I as an individual will stay in the federal court system. We have prepared a proxy to move the corporation out with different assests & I'll stay back with the bonds. You can expect the proxy within.......2 weeks....get it signed off on & get the attorneys on board."

Rufus is rambling with so much to say. His actions over the next few weeks speak volumes about who has control over the future of this company.
I have always believed that a play planned for years against powerful adversaries only stood a chance if you absolutely controlled the game. In this game control is in the ownership of the company - registered and printed certs. We heard Mike A say that he has the majority of the shares in cert form. I would not be surprised if Rufus himself had another very large portion in cert form. It is possible, with the suspected number of CSHD shares floating around various markets, that several people have claim to the majority ownership in Conversion... but the truth is in really getting to the bottom of where those shares came from.
This play has always planned on the shorty sting and the business plan is just the catalyst. If the TA is involved and has allowed 2x or 3x the number of registered shares to trade, the TA would do anything in his power to bury this, on behalf of him and every broker that was dealing CSHD broker-2-broker instead of clearing everything through the national clearing house... naked shorting at its disorganized best.

I am hearing nothing we did not hear months ago but when the price was high it was something to get excited about. There is something going on here that is really aggravating some powerful entities/people with a lot at stake on both sides of the table.
