I heard this part... very clearly... this is a VERY interesting comment. Rufas said he told John first thing that should be done is a change in transfer agent, and John recommended "Signature" out of Plano TX. Rufas said that this is when he knew John was somehow connected to a NSS ring. "Signature" had approached him before promising to get any SEC letter he needed signed by an SEC attourney the next day.

Just traded is asking why is there nothing on the docket. Sim on spoke a while ago to the SEC - he wanted them on the show- why are you after CSHD - why are you after Rufus...they said it was against policy to speak with the press...Simon claims he's not part of the press....the SEC told Simon to watch Pacer....
