Anymore Stupid Crap from HSM? I read there last night...and the poster called Bodi who claims to be MA had all these "bright ideas" and said that Rufus scammed him...he was back now to help the shareholders? and yet when he had a chance to "help" the shareholders as the CEO...he gave it a "seal of approval" and handed the POS back to Rufas? What an A$$! I understand...he has a wife and 4 kids...and didn't want to go down...But he sure as hell can't think that all that he left would back him up...?
It is truly too bad that this was a scam...and that people were given so much hope...VERY sad... How ever it works out? I hope that the true scamsters get their rewards...

He was scammed by RPH like us... FBI showed up and he gave them all email correspondence he has had with RPH to them. Here is his list of things that he thinks needs to get done...
1. Kill the merger and all the illegally sold preferred shares by Rufus and company.
2. Get the go ahead from the SEC to resume trading on the OTCBB...
3. Get the go ahead to bring new real assets to the company...
4. Bring real assets into the company and allow the business model to work...
He has some 50,000,000 million shares and his wife has sold 500,000.

Never mind...read it...There's really not much there that we didn't guess already....
He basically said that Rufus is a crook. The FBI is on his tail. They are gathering evidence. Mike A. helped retreive some for them. He also said that Rufus does not have a driver's license or passport in his possession. Then he said to figure out why....Well, I would guess he does not have a DL because he is a drunk & probably got caught drinking & driving one to many times, & as for the passport they probably took it from him while they investigate so he can't flee.....or it was revoked because of a past criminal history (not sure if they do that).
Bodi (Mike A.) also said that the co. is trying to find viable JV's (I think he said that)....
Mike said he met John after the merger & he picked him as CEO because he seemed smarter than him (MIKE)....
He also was saying how Rufus offered to buy Mike's shares 100 million dollar at a time....he also offered to buy some of the original investors shares for over $50 / share.

FYI---If anyone cares. It would be interesting and helpful to know what was said in these hearing..IMHO.
I'm hoping the transcript describes what Rufus gave the Judge in the sealed document and helps to clarify all the bond hoopla etc etc.
The transcript/s of the 10-25-06 courtroom hearing before Judge Cooper where Rufus, Ben and Sabra were present and provided the 10 defense documents to the court --one sealed--is available along with the 11-7-06 In-Chambers hearing where only SEC attorney's were present before Judge Cooper.
The 10-25-06 transcript is about 40 pages and the 11/7/06 transcript is about 5 pages.
Both can be ordered from AMANDA LOHNAAS the court reporter who transcribed both events.

It was just posted a few minutes ago... I think he has pretty much claimed he was the rightful CEO since JA took over. Remember the whole website deal... posted some letter on it when JA first took over. I don't really care anymore regarding this stock I've written it off as a loss, just find the drama funny as hell.

This is just like the TV schedule. There was a break over the Holidays and now new episodes are being aired. The way this is playing out it could have been a hit TV series and we would have some value. Too bad they didn't go that route.
