Considering I averaged down nicely to .34 I will take anything north of that
You're saying this stock is going to $1 or $2?? Have you started drinking the "bubbly" already?

The news you need is this:
"CSHD discovers cure for ALL known cancers, as well as invents automobile that runs on dirt instead of gasoline".
You might see .75 with that news..ahahaa.

Yeah I believe that too, just like I believe in the toothfairy and Bigfoot. This stock is going nowhere, I just think there waiting for most of us to sell so they dont have the 6:1 obligation anymore. All I see now is a desperate company going through the motions just to avoid the inevitable SHUTDOWN.
I just cant believe how naive some investors are, I got suckered and learned my lesson, but to think this think will actually pull through and be a healthy company is foolish.
You just have to think about everything we've been through, even the worst of the worst do not get halted. I've seen companies lie, cheat & steal and still continue to operate unscathed and some of you actually think this company will pull through. Lets put all the fantasies aside and get the Class Action started

For me, I like to gamble!! I'm already down 90% - so what the heck is the difference? I think I will let it ride for a little while longer....If this was a slot machine I would yell at it & get mad, usually right after I do that it pays me!!

If this was a slot machine, I'd call the gaming commission because it's rigged.

Although Repo has been negative about our baby (CSHD) he does have some interesting picks sometimes. I may need to become a Repo-man. Perhaps I'll do some homework during the long weekend and see if I can spare a few nickels for some of his plays.

the FHAL/CSHD play has been one for the books in 2006... I definately learned some hard lessons on this one as all of us did who didn't have a chair when the music stopped.
Happy New Year and better luck in 2007 !

Even with this dog (yes I still have all of my shares... none of my sells ever went through so I just cancelled them all) I am only down 5 grand so I'm gonna hold 'em and see what this soap opera brings in 2007. Wish I would have sold at 3.75 when "invester" did.

Just a little some thing to think about that I found on another board. Throughout the CSHD threads we have talked of shorting and NSS. Was this where Rufus was heading?

OT. Looks like Shorty has been found guilty... Critics of NSS keep asking for one case where Shorty has been found guilty. I just found this on the USXP Quarterly filing to the SEC. Looks like Shorty has been convicted by jury trials more than once. Here is the statement: "On July 26, 2001, a jury in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Circuit, Dade County, Florida awarded the Company a damage verdict after trial, of $87,622,000 compensatory damages, $275,000,000 punitive damages and $26,286,000 pre-judgment interest, or a total judgment entered of $389 Million, against Select Capital and various stock manipulators and "naked shorters." This judgment continues to grow with post-judgment interest. On August 23, 2003, another jury in the Circuit Court, Dade County, Florida, after trial, awarded another verdict to the Company in the total amount of $137 Million, against South Beach Financial and related stock manipulators and "naked shorters". Judgment was entered in favor of the Company upon this verdict. This judgment continues to grow with post-judgment interest. These judgments were non-appealable. Collection efforts on behalf of the Company with respect to these judgments are ongoing and the Company believes that the judgments are substantially collectable." From the following statement: UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Washington, D.C. 20549 FORM 10-QSB QUARTERLY REPORT PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OR 15 (d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 FOR THE QUARTER ENDED September 30, 2006 Commission File Number 0-18094

Great so Rufus is on trial about to go to jail, we dont have any court case against naked shorters, and thousands of people lost a ton of their money.

Prolly the question is, "Was this where Rufus headed?"
My guess would be "sure." Invoke the boogeyman...
Lottsa people *hate* NSS...eh?
shoot, some folk even hate short-selling in general...
I have no doubt that every kind of transaction that is possible (ie, that we *know* of... ) took place here.
Still and all, logic keeps coming around to some combination of PnD & toxic financing...

That about sums it up.
Except I doubt Rufus will ever see the inside of a jail cell, even if he is guilty. Just not the way things work unless it makes the headlines like Enron or Martha Stewart. In a case like this, I could see them banning Rufus from ever having anything to do with a public company again. If they were to find profits from stock sales they could go after that money but other than that, nothing.
It's really ironic though, because I keep reading posts on this and other boards about people who want to either buy or sell but can't. So I wonder who is buying and selling during market hours? I did notice that the short position has changed drastically since begin halted and delisted. Interesting.

Well i didnt take the tax loss today....so i guess im hoping a miracle comes here. Thing is this could make a come back if Arlitt was smart enough to realize he has a public company now, and created a new business plan and started a new company.

Wally?
"suspended," bro
I know...I'm pedantic...
but ya, I agree... I would be *amazed* to see RPH do jail time--although I fully expect he'll be banned being an officer in a public company.

It's pretty funny that when those who complain the loudest about this appearing in the Hot Stocks Section stop posting, it slowly moves down the page.
Anyway, here's to great New Year.
