Our-street assembles a "laundry list" of unanswered questions and files this research with the SEC as a detailed and very professional complaint. By the covenant created by the request for $200.00 a month gratuities for 2 day notice Our-street informs those generous contributors of this "research".
With this 2 day notice (funded by a generous gratuity) the conspirator contributors can establish short positions in the stocks targeted by Our-street for research.
Funny how he goes on to attack regulation SHO too.
The $200 "gratuity" is probably called that for a reason.
What an AS$.
Some people were just raised different.

Is it common for shorts to cover in a situation like this? Do you really think they are just covering their a*S just in case? If the co. were really dead then why bother? I wonder if anyone can find pump and dump scenarios where there was this much short covering after the “gig appeared to be up” already?
In any case, even if this never goes up again, I think it is obvious this was not a scam. At one point in time there was the possibility for success. Will we get there again? Stay tuned!

Actually that is a very good point.... If these people that have shorted this didn't think that there was a chance of recovery why would they cover at this point? It would be a waste of money on their part if they truely thought the company was dead.
One of those things that make you go hmmmmmmm....

Good Morning Board. Well, we are on the 99th page of this thread and the stock did go up .03 yesterday. Let's keep it going maybe up to .15 cents AND 100 pages.

theCon ~ you kind of made my point for me. IMO I do believe that this company will recover. Only time will tell.
Shorts here I believe feel a bit lucky that the SEC jumped in and helped them out.
"Two day Sale"... meant that I see two days left this year for all to get a great discount on this stock. I personally thought we would see a penny or lower this week. With the "EOY tax benefit sell off" 0.05 did not surprise me nor did it scare me yesterday. I wonder what we will see today.

It's time for the Cobra to strike someone on the a$$ to stimulate some communication to shareholders again. I can't understand where these guys get off with this absolute silence crap when people have dumped so much money into this. Personally I would'nt mind some straight answers to some of the bond issues and bold statements made by Rufus.

Hey guys - on the cvsu website - looking at the L2's - How can you tell if it is a buy or sell? Does the red, green , & no color have signifigance?

Why wouldn't they give back 1% of what they shorted, to cover now for a guaranteed 10,000% profit, rather than risking it all for that extra 1%?

Something screwy has been going on ive tried to sell for the last 2 weeks. The only way i think ill be able to sell is cut the price down to 3 cents a share. Ive had it above, at and below the bid off and on for over 2 weeks and have had no success.
The only thing that sucks worse than losing 90% of your investment, is watching the last 10% turn to 0% because you cant sell it.
I actually bought yesterday. The order sat most of the day at .12~ it wasn't an "all or none" either. I would make sure you don't have "all or none" selected.
They don't fill right away (mine for 17k shares took most of the entire day yesterday).
The funny part:
During the time it was trying to fill a trade for .05 flew by and dropped the price from the .12 (when the 1st 1000 shares filled) to .05 when someone traded a whopping 100 shares at .05= 5$$
I witnessed the .12 price from my purchase- then 5 mins at .12 and the remainder 16k of my shares sat unfilled somehow a .05 trade went through. Dropping the price to .05. How does a .05 go through in the middle of my order filling.
It then took another hour or so for my complete order to fill (which was about half at .12 and the other half at .13).

Hi Tim ...... If you really want to sell ..... What price are you trying to sell it for? What broker are you using? You and I might be able to work something out.

Hi Sherri ..... If Tim was taking about 3 cents, I was willing to take a chance. Just like a penny slot machine.

That was an example of how extreme do you have to change the price to make it move.. frank had a similar incident there, except he was buying. Curious to how everyone that posted saying they sold out actually was able to sell out, when i have tried every option, limit, stop limit, market, fill or kill, all or none, etc etc. Broker is BOA.
The only reason I considered selling is because the tax benefit is worth more than the shares at this point.. but i can always take that loss next year too if it never goes up..
No real hurry to sell doc Just frustrated that i can put in a buy and get a random number of shares within a few minutes but not sell any of them.

I understand Tim ..... I saw your frustration. I have a buy in for shares at a very cheap price because I believe there is a possibility that we might survive. Wouldn't it be nice. Some people want tax write offs. Thats why I asked you. Have a great New Year.
