Morning Board...Interesting read on Eco-Wood.
I was wondering about the CSHD relationship myself after everything has happenned. Mike Alexander was the CEO of Eco-Wood, then stepped in after Rufus.
Besides the wood in the Amazon River Eco-Wood was claiming trillions of dollars in Carbon Credits which to me is a bigger deal with all the recent Environmental Concerns.

I'm following you on this, Chart . . . I was thinking the same thing when that was posted by TheGreaterGood.
I threw out some information on this a few days back and I hope at least some folks took time to really look into where the conservation movement has gone in the last few years. We are no longer talking about obscure, disjointed groups struggling to make a local impact. There is a multinational push that is building momentum and WILL change the way that society, business and governments interact with the environment. The most visible effort is the stemming of airborne pollution in the form of internationally enforceable mandates. This is where the market for pollution credits will be spawned.
I have, in the past, had the pleasure of working with one of the major conservation groups in the U.S. on a carbon sequestering project. Along the way, I was very pleased to hear the powerful names lending their support (more valuable than money) to that and similar projects: Roosevelt, Rockefeller, Whitney, Disney, Gates, and the list goes on to include a massive number of companies and philanthropic families/groups.
The current environmental initiatives on the global table are backed by the muscle to make things happen as well as the moral foundation to force a groundswell of support when impeded. Even the seemingly all-powerful dark side of the markets will have a tough time besting these groups who influence policy at the highest levels.
I have always felt that we will only realize the impact of what we have stumbled upon some time in the distant future. If this plays out anywhere close to my expectations we will consider ourselves lucky in life... and hopefully carry on the tradition.
And finally, I feel that this is bigger than one small startup company. And for that reason, I will forgive a few apparent mistakes (if that is what they are) from CSHD in an effort to relax and watch things unfold across the board, not just on this piece of the game.

See what happens when you blood hounds are out there mocking every little hickup that happens to a web site. They have to give you 48 hours notice of some minor outages. So everyone doesn't fly off the handle screaming "fraud" and "forgot to pay their bill". HAHA!!

I was wondering if any of the previous financial 8K or 10K or 10Q actually state what the company made and owned not counting the billions in bonds? That may be a good place to start (again), trying to find what CSHD really makes on the proven business?

Many investors have lost faith and will continue selling before EOY for the tax break. A lot of people would rather cut their losses and claim it as a loss.

I hope that the people who bought when it was a dollar, 2 dollar,3 dollars sold. I bought at .34 so my loss is small and I will ride it out to zero and/or when lawsuits are filed. This has class action lawsuit written all over it.

what i cant understand is we needed all those forms in 10k 10q, none of them have showed up still, is it because of litigation, or do they not plan on filings...there are more questions yet very little if any answers...

I think every crappy penny stock company should chip in and give CSHD's Rufas Paul Harris an award. He did for penny stock scams what Michael Jordan did for the NBA.
Have you noticed now companies are requesting Nobo lists, blaming naked short selling for their companies poor performance, making outlandish claims that nobody can verify and when the shareholders get antsy, tell em' you had a death in the family to try to turn their anger for you into "compassion". When will it end.
