It is unfortunate people won't admit this play is over.

You know that will not happen until there is NO TRADING on grey sheets or anything...and that could be a very long time...

What are people even looking forward to? CSHD doesn't own the bonds or even get a share of them. The cease and desist was probably real back in the day. John is just as sketchy as Rufus. What are people waiting for, how can John turn this around. This company was only based off the bonds, what can bring the price up?

trading in the grays means in most cases that noobs won't be able to buy without a human broker
that at least is something...
10? as far as that email being along my line of thought from the beginning? i would say a definite maybe
i don't like to speculate too much about what may be criminal behaviour...
people say "nobody loans money they don't expect to collect" but that is simply not true...
there are dozens of reasons people make loans they don't want to collect on.... all of them that i am aware of are designed to circumvent taxes or the law or both...
that email mentions laundering from offshore accounts....
from my example? i wouldn't call passing timberlands around money laundering, but it may be a legitimate or illegitimate way to avoid paying taxes.... i dunno, i don't really care since i don't participate in the game...
it could even generate a positive tax situation for the person that forgives the loan, from the loss write-off..
bringing offshore money back into the country by way of a loan? that could raise red flags at law enforcement agencies

Hey, I've got a tent and some days off coming up. Sold my night vision last year, but I've still got some good binoculars.
I'd love to go talk with Rufus, but its a long drive for him to not be there. I wouldn't know where to go...the ranch, his house, or where ever. I'm going to try to contact him and see if I can arrange something.
New2...I can't tell, but that doesn't look like where the BBQ was. I'll have to look that up tonight and see if I can post a picture.

This makes a bit more sense now. I guess Rufus was after some toxic financers. The NSS would go along with this. I think these are the people that were involved with FHAL that were involved with BBAN. Mike said he couldn't understand why FHAL's stock price was falling when he was getting new contracts...toxic financing! He also said that Rufus came in and told him who was involved (the financers I now believe) and Mike didn't think he should have known about them.
Very interesting. At least the sands are back moving through the hour glass.
MA knew: Obviously, he was in charge when the deal was made...
I'm sure MA knew about the financing, but I wonder if he knew about toxic financing. I wonder if Sabra sold him a bunch of BS...enough to make him feel like the financing was on the up and up and that it would give him the boost to make FHAL work. I think he never thought they would manipulate the stock and drive the pps down. IMO.
you're positing MA as a "smart guy," a tough CEO, a competent executive...yet, he can't DD Corey Ribotsky?
i will end the night with this. everyone do not trust anyone and anything unless it comes from the company. again i am here to pump hearts and to keep the thread alive and well. it is not a joke for me. for you diabolical liars out there you are falling for my trap. when i get to the bottom of it and have enough evidence i will expose you. i love people in general but i dislike even cons more. keep an eye and ear for each other. there is something def not right on both sides. i hope to find out any way i can. good night everyone see you in the morning. be pumped up and ready

How exactly can you say CSHD doesn't own the bonds or even a share of them? I don't think we know that for a fact.
The c&d might have been real, but I'm not real sure...I know Rufus said that the Caracas group didn't want to have their indentities revealed.
I think you're right...its all about the bonds. I hope we own them, but I guess time will tell.

lol, your idea is Ribotsky/AJW made a loan intended to be forgiven...? or, at some point later, the decision was made to forgive?

So, i was at the mall today and i could over hear this guy talking. He was a big jolly guy in a red suit and white beard, he kinda stuck out. Anyway, i heard him talking about how every year he hired Mike Alexander over at Fronthaul to handle third party logistics for some "big shipment". Apparently this year his contract is all tied up with some merger deal so hes not sure if Alexander will be able to help him out. I dont know what the contract was, it sounded like it just for one night but the way he talked its a really huge deal. I think he said he hoped it all would be worked out by December 25th so i think thats a key date.
Ok everyone....fat man in a red suit, big project, and december 25th. That should get your DD started!!
Im off to bed. Good night.

Relative to you and many others on the board ALL of this is new to me.
Wow...
Perhaps I mis-read your posting history...I got the idea you were saying you knew a lot about "ALL of this"...
Well, ive been around since before the FHAL/CVSU merger if thats what you mean. My general stock knowledge is low...but improving thanks to this mess

People are seeming pretty confident over on HSM. I think the new "pumper" is doing a good job. Nice to see someone with a positive attitude, and some of the comments tell me they just may be "privy".
I on the other hand am also pretty confident. Ordered Chinese in for the family tonight, and as I started to catch up on posts here tonight my wife tossed me my fortune cookie. I know those things are mass printed and a joke but mine was pretty specific.
"Success will be yours at home and in business in the next month."
I laughed pretty hard and told my sensible CSHD doubting wife who is never afraid to take a jab at our drama. She laughed and then read her fourtune.
"Do not hide your feelings. Let others know where you stand."
It was too funny.
So... Hey everyone! This is my month! HAHA!! $$$$

Tex, are you trying to say i try to come off like i know things when maybe i dont? I dont follow. Do i not use "IMO" enough or is it something else? Do you feel that i unintentionally (or worse yet intentionally) mislead people on the board?
Perhaps i do understand how many newbies/lurkers read these threads but perhaps i dont understand what it was that pulled your chain. Youre often quite difficult to read. IMO
