Look the company has the assets, I truly believe that according to my own due diligence, and the out of pocket expense for research I have done, this every bond is real, but, being reckless can shut this company down and everyone loses, why cant rufus get on with business and build shareholder value, instead of trying to battle the SEC, trust me they will win... maybe they can settle, there is great value to this company, but it can be dissolved...

Exactly ..... the bonds might very well belong to CSHD but when Dufus is gone , who's going to take his place ? MA has had his chance and left . Was it because Dufus was better qualified or did he want the hell out of there for some other reason ? Either way , MA said with his own mouth that he was not the right person to run the company . Now with this being said , what kind of fool is Dufus to screw around and wait until the SEC bans him if this is real . the point is that this company could be exactly what we all believe, (GOLDEN) the assets are there, but marching on the whitehouse lawn is just stupid, I am an investor and want to watch this company succeed, but everyone is saying sell and that is why we had the blood bath last week, they dont realize they are saying sell and then the price tanks...ignorance...

If you simply read and understood you would have less anxiety/frustration over the issue, the following taken directly from the last 8k: "Mr. Alexander’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and him" he understands Rufus is more knowledgeable about monetizing bonds...period

What sent me into the abyss was hearing Rufus say all the “ducks are lined up” on Tuesday and then two days later the SEC files a motion for default judgment. I guess he meant the SEC had all their ducks lined up.

Remember , Dufus is the one that wanted it to go to court so all could be seen in the public eye. He talked it up like it was his doing and he's going to tear them a new one . After all this talk , he shows up without an attorney and ends up signing the same damn paper he refused to sign before . Now he's screwed around along with MA and this company could soon find itself without a CEO and the one person that might be able to pull this off .

Unless you know of someone else thats living in my house , my wife and kids are the only ones living with me . I wouldn't exactly call them room mates and none of them have stock in CSHD as far as I know .
