I would think after the E-mail contact from James Gee ( chairman of shareholder committee) on yesterday that HE would be next in line with information on what is transpiring since there are no stepdowns from Rufus at this time..
James was talking to Rufus on SPR the other night with discussions on what the next steps are needed. If someone has his E-mail address or phone number, ask him what his conversation with Rufus was yesterday. I'm sure he has a word or 2 on the content. You guys have been here longer than I have, so make the contact with him and get back to us. That is what the committee is for at this time. Let's use it as a combined shareholder update.
Get back to us as soon as you know something ( bad or good) or we can send out a blanket E-mail. Does not matter to me and I'm sure many of the other shareholders as well. We need something to carry on this weekend while the information stream is directed to just this latest episode last night.

Repo ... I just don't understand what these people are trying to do. A lot of us are in great danger of losing thousands and thousands of dollars and they are here continuously throwing digs at what we are trying to do (get our money back or to grow). We know that it doesn't look good ..... but what the hell are they doing here. They are like punks. Being from New Jersey or the New York area, you know how that is looked at and frowned upon. Its just wrong to keep jabbing like they are.

I agree with you .... The only basher type I don't mind is Repo (he has more class than the others). This thread has to take on a differant approach. jmoe- I don't mind an objective view from the other side of the fence at this stock but the incessant whining and complaining that you didn't get your billions promised by CSHD and Rufus said your dogs ugly etc. etc. just gets old.

Everyone still sitting on this stock is obviously sitting in a position where they KNOW they can lose it all or collect a payday. Most of us have covered ourselves $$

I am in a position where losing is worth it. I am waiting until I start seeing official answers and PR's from the company. Until then- no reason to think the sky is falling.

I don't no the answer to that. It's been back and forth what the requirement is. It seems like Rufus could have thrown that out the other night on SPR.

ok guys, I got a little curious and here is what I did. On the document that was served to Rufus' home and was signed by his daughter, there was an address on the top under Rufus' name. So I did a reverse search on the address on it came back as Atlewa Trust with the same address. So I got more curious and did a Google Earth search on the address this is what came up ....

I'm still long with 2500 shares. More than some and less than some others have but I STILL HAVE IT. I have flipped it a few times to make some quick cash also. In the long run I want good things to happen.
At this point I'll ride it to $0$ or until the mess gets fixed which I think will be soon!
As of now I don't see anything to prove to me that we are in any serious trouble. I'm not blinded by blind faith and I don't know any inside information but with all the DD done by others and myself, all those FACTS have not suddenly gone away.
Let the SEC do whatever they want. CSHD still has the bonds, AISS, Equine Solutions, etc.
Time is on our side in my opinion and like everyone else I want it now but understand Rome wasn't built in a day.

Not sure New2, what I do know is he is no dummy. It looks like he put his house in a Land Trust, which protects the identity of the real owners. The only thing you will be able to find is who signed the Trust (the Trustee) and I can guarantee you it is not Rufus or anyone in his family. If you try and find the Trustee who signed the Trust they will just transfer the Land Trust to another Trustee, thus making it an impossible cat and mouse chase.
