Maybe 6, but that looks like a completely different residence to me. Plus Spooky said that the address for the BBQ was different. So I don't know.

On the document that was served to Rufus' home and was signed by his daughter, there was an address on the top under Rufus' name. So I did a reverse search on the address on it came back as Atlewa Trust with the same address. So I got more curious and did a Google Earth search on the address this is what came up ....

This is a residence...but is this where Rufus lives? Where is the ranch?
Anyone know?

First off, I went to the BBQ...everything that was reported about that was real (everything that I saw that was reported at least).

The BBQ was at his horse ranch. BTW, he leases that. The ranch is in Kingston not too far from Adairsville. I don't think they live there, but there is a little living place built into the stables (its pretty nice).

I'm going to look into the Adairsville address a bit more, later today. I'd love to stop by there, but its on the opposite side of town from me.

If you try and find the Trustee who signed the Trust they will just transfer the Land Trust to another Trustee, thus making it an impossible cat and mouse chase.

In simple terms, that is probably his house. Normal people do not put their homes is Land Trusts.

Stockstar69, I feel your pain.
In spite of what color people are painting this I keep reminding myself that Rufus said the other night that he was in the process of speaking to an MM to trade on the OTCBB, he's pulling down funds from one of the bonds immediately (a 3 to 5 day process), and he will be releasing PR's soon.
To me he has to be an idiot to let the business plan fall to the ground after spending the years that he has claimed planning this biz and the assets available and JV's they have eluded too, etc,..
If he does screw up going public with this I hope he at least succeeds at buying back our shares at $15 AS HE HAS MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY. [Eek!]

At this point I'll ride it to $0$ or until the mess gets fixed which I think will be soon!

As of now I don't see anything to prove to me that we are in any serious trouble. I'm not blinded by blind faith and I don't know any inside information but with all the DD done by others and myself, all those FACTS have not suddenly gone away.

Let the SEC do whatever they want. CSHD still has the bonds, AISS, Equine Solutions, etc.

Time is on our side in my opinion and like everyone else I want it now but understand Rome wasn't built in a day.

well the website is updated with Rufus as ceo. I just wonder if this is a scam. Then Rufus would know it. Why in the world would he step up and take over the CEO's position again. I don't believe he had any obligation to do so. It just doesn't seem like anyone would do that unless there is real value to the company. I don't know just thinking out loud. IMO

Milliam, can you swing by the ranch and tell Rufus that 6 digits wants him to have proper representation for the court for the sake of the shareholders and flip him out of his hammock and tell him 6 digits said to do it, please thanks in advance.

You would think so would'nt you. I noticed most of the bashers say things mostly without any basis for it. I wonder if they all work for the SEC?

Out of all the things he has to do in the next not so many hours. You would think that updating the site would be one of them.

There is a domino effect if he doesn't get to filing.

-Answer the Motion for default.
-Answer the complaint.
-SEC File the BOD change in an 8K.
-SEC File the 10Q before the end of the extension.

Any one of these gets missed and he might as well turn off the web site.

Anyone stll care what Tut says?

Shareholders stand strong. I belieive we will come out of this the way it should have been. As soon as we are off the greys the market can get back in shape the way it should be and I expect that should be at any time now. Rufus is working on getting everything in order but you have to remember that he just resumed his position as CEO again and I believe he has his hands full on such short notice. We should be back in shape after this week is over and then everything can begin to move forward and Rufus made that clear on Tuesday.

Looks like he thought updated the website should be first on the list.

I for one would like to hear a DEFINITIVE and SPECIFIC answer or simply an admission that you just don't know. Either way such frank talk would be a breathe of fresh air. Your cookie cutter postings are doing it for me anymore.

There is only so much I can say. If I knew more, which I am not saying I do because I am not an insider, I would not be able to say more. I also have to stay within the law. You will get your definitive answer when news is made public through the proper channels. Any other way would only hurt the company and the shareholders. You have done your due diligence I presume and you should either believe or not.

Maybe we can get Jesuspower1 to do something constructive like pass the collection plate for CSHD’s legal counsel.

Regarding the web site...Remember, the web site is the public face of the company. If you were not a stockholder (and new nothing of the current situation with the SEC) but were interested in using CSHD in your own JV where would you look?

The website is imperative in keeping the public informed of CSHD ability to function. Without the web site the 1st line of sales is lost to perspective new customers.

I would think the csvu site is not a e-commerce business. The website is more for the shareholders.

You would think the business with the company and JV's etc.. is through contacts and relationships.

Not a lot of companies go searching for someone to fund them via google search engine.

My 2 cents-

Where the he!! is Sabra ? Why did they can her ? Why not bring her back ?

Thats the biggest reason I think this is scam . Her and Mitch found out the truth and were shown the door or took off running when Rufus stepped down .

Sorry but I agree wholeheartdly with this statement. Sabra was the only one on the team with a successful and non sketchy past. The moment she found out things weren't right she bailed as to not taint her reputation IMO

Rufus can always hire a Public Defender if he can't afford an attorney.

This is too stressful. Too many games at this point.
