I'm *not* asking about the former CEO going to the hearing without an attorney, following the suspension. I thought Glass was referring to a *subsequent* event, such as confinment on contempt charges... [Roll Eyes]

ya, my take that contempt might be enforced was based on the ramped-up discovery process. At this point, I'm leaning toward the Jim Bishop school of thought, basically, "Don't ever commit these [acts/violations, whatever the wording] again!"
Still...what's got me is that debt thingee...
we discussed it. To me? that's a question back in play, given Alexander's ascension.

Tex...that would mean that the bonds and all really aren't CSHD's...and that would mean CSHD would be shut down right? For good? I don't really think that the debt thing is back in play...
The 368 rule I really think is done and over..ain't hapenning...
BUT? i still think that if the SEC is satisfied with the ownership being CSHD's? The MM's and company will set a much higher PPS to open the trading here...

I had some errands to take care of but while I was gone thought of something else .
I have one question for you guys/gals on here . If the 10K is a form showing the status of the company up to 6/30/06 and Rufus says its all correct , then why does it need to be ammended ? I remember him saying its been done and then changed his story to well we were waiting for some government docs and thats why we filed it with an extension . I also remember him say we were golden .
Tut claims its because of the officers being replaced but why ? They were the officers at that time right ?
I would think the 10Q should have all the new officers in it along with added bonds or finances .
Please correct me on this subject as I am only a simple man .

the debt that was defaulted on by buying back shares? which immediately triggered the default?
hard to say what will happen.. this really rests on the bonds... until we see ownership of the bonds? we won't know.. i assumed the debt was either to be paid or forgiven by the lender and written off...

thesource in the PR...from today I believe it stated 3 different things that would need to be corrected...In the 10K..my guess is that the SEC is asking for these changes...and all might be good... We will have to wait until the ruling on the 7th...IMO
