I really don't think that anything will be resolved in the short term. The SEC will delay this as long as they can especially if they are proven wrong in order to save face. I just hope we can trade on another board again. We are a long way from a big board at the present time.

Unaudited document required by the SEC for all U.S. public companies, reporting the financial results for the quarter and noting any significant changes or events in the quarter. The Form 10-Q contains financial statements, a discussion from the management, and a list of "material events" that have occurred with the company (such as a stock split or acquisition). also called quarterly report.
If the company's 10q lives up to this definition (and btw it is required to be filed), it ought to show some real significant changes or events -- but it is also unaudited -- so with a grain of salt I will take, even though it would seem that anything false or misleading will be filed in light of the current invvestigation.
WV why is it that you seem so sure that the 10Q is required to be filed while trading on the greys.
Can you provide verification.

I believe it is the first 11 or so words in the definition. I don't know, are there exceptions?

People we are required to file the only reason we are on the Grey Market is because we don't have a MM for us at this time. We are a reporting compant therefore we are required to file if we want the chance of going back to the otcbb when we have a MM in place. thats a fact jack

A Surfer ~ They don't IMO but it will definitely place them in default of additional requirements they need to fullfil to get relisted when an MM files a 15c211. And in effect prevent a future relisting. I have watched hundreds of companied file on time while being investigated. CSHD had better not screw up this opportunity. It is one of the major pitfalls that small companies get caught up in that gets them delisted.
Oops this is happening so we will focus on this and not do this. Oh well, since this is happening we will ignore this for right now. Next thing you know the investigation goes great, but then you find that you have no public company left because you dropped the ball on the filings, dropped the ball on the future deals, forgot to pay the bills... whatever it is. It is a recipe for disaster and they need to work extra hard to keep the balls in the air at this point in time.
On the other hand... with the complaint written the way it is. the 10Q had better be accurate or they could spark a revocation of their security as wrath from the SEC.
I just do not know if they got the tools it takes to get through this. I am betting pretty heavy that they are going to make it, but most of my bet right now is based on the incompetence shown by their accusers.

Are you with the SEC... LOL
If I was this would be over... "bonds are real.. we are sorry. Thanks you have a nice day!"
Just take a look at some of the SEC investigations headlines. They look at everybody eventually. I think there were a couple of years there were the SEC was camped out on Bill Gates doorstep. I did not say suspension, I said investigation. SEC sometimes looks and finds something, and sometimes the look and don't.
