Think about this - best case senario.....file amended 10K (audited of course)- SEC accepts it - MM's see it (like it)- MM's sign on & quote, go back to OTCBB - MM's open the quote with a fair book value..... Would that be heaven?

Just Jenna in Dreamland again.........

My only concern is for all the shareholders, othewise I would not even be here. Otherwise I would just sit back and wait for what I feel will be a victory regardless of the present situation. I thought that we were waiting for the amended 10k and 10Q to meet the MMs need to uplist us. Now I hear someone saying were waiting for a court decision. I thought there was no decision to be made, they (SEC) would just continue to monitor the company. If a ruling is needed, when is that going to happen.

I'm looking forward to seeing the 10Q in the next few days. One fail swoop? I'm not real sure on that, but maybe we'll see the 10KA and 10Q the same day.

I'm thinking the 10Q is going to be audited financials and will hopefully prove the bonds!

Good luck to us all.

I am pretty sure it would be rather easy to see someone like Tut jumping ship. At this volume and the fact that 5k shares drop this thing 16%... I would think an owner with several hundred thousand or more would be pretty obvious on the exit.

Personally I would like to see a back to back 10KSBA and 10-Q not only ontiime, but a day or so early. Screwing around trying to put it out last minute is what got us the "E" last time.

I am all for "Not screwing around!". Unless it is cold outside and you got nothing better to do. [Big Grin]

It has also occured to me that Tut could just be posting to dump his position, who knows, at this point anything is possible. I have been in contact with the company via email, but I still have not recieved a response, I will post if I get one!

lmao -- you are right so here it goes:

At a local college dance, a guy from America asked the girl from Sweden to dance.

While they were dancing, he gives her a little squeeze, and says, "In America, we call this a hug".

She replies, "Yaah, in Sveden, we call it a hug too."

A little later, he gives her a peck on the cheek, and says, "In America, we call this a kiss".

She replies, "Yaah, in Sveden, we call it a kiss too."

Towards the end of the night, and a lot of drinks later, he takes her out on the campus lawn, and proceeds to have sex with her, and says, "In America, we call this a grass sandwich".

She says, "Yaaah in Sveden, we call it a grass sandwich too, but we usually put more meat in it."

Ya I agree with you guys it's time for these guys to start being as sharp on the market and filings as they keep saying they are. There's been a lot of big boasts about this company, immediately followed by little excuses for stuff. IMO. I want action.
Come on baby due the locomotion.

Anyone notice the law firms involved in this? [Big Grin]

I hope Randy Mosesly can get as much done out of the office as he might get done being in the office, since he is'nt there today. At least that's what the receptionist said.

You guys crack me up. CSHD is nothing but a team of people with a shady past who have only failed in business. DD it for yourself. 10Q isnt due when you are on the grey sheets. This play is over. I will lose my money, but I was just playing this for a chance of a lifetime.

She also said that she did'nt know the location of Mike A. I told her that I hope he is in Europe, since that is the last place that I heard that he might get anything done.
