Should have checked? LMAO
I was just hoping that somehow this was a dream of a lifetime, i knew it wasnt, but knew i would regret it all of my life if i passed this by and it did come out true. But isnt it clear this is over at this time...come on now
I think the real question is - who will be the LAST poster on CSHD? Who will turn out the lights, and lock the door?

May I recommend something more constructive, say masturbation, instead of jerking us around.

May I suggest you use some common sense. Common sense is the best way to figure out if something is real or not. Now does it make sense to you that the people in the company who supposedly has billions of dollars in assets are failed businessmen with a shady past. Come on now.

stocktrader22, maybe you'll have learned your lesson by the time you are 23.
I did'nt mean to create negativity. The mgmt is supposed to have a lot more riding on this succeeding than most of us do. I don't see proof yet that they have an advantage over us by just going through the motions of building a business. If someone else does, please point it out to me with some hard copy facts concerning the issue.

You are right stocktrader22. The only problem I see with the shady past theory is where to find the $$ part of this scam.
Where do they make the $? That's what usually drives a scam correct?
If I understood what they had to gain by putting themselves into legal jeopardy maybe it would help me see things from your side of the fence clearer? To have this many folks involved would definately take some sort of collusion don't you think?
Do think this is guaranteed? Of course not.....

Seems pretty clear where the money came from to me if they wanted to do it. They all got friends to get on board and load up on FHAL at .10 for a long long time. Rufus and co took over over and pumped it to $4.00
BAM tons of money. Play is over

So you think that Vinditti and Mosely are going to make some pump and dump money and split?
Drive down the street to the office of the other company they are involved in? Which has been around for some time.. and act as if nothing happened in the cshd scam?

That's how its usually done if the company isn't diluting.

Sure why not? Look at the other companies they are involved in. Just POS penny stocks. Good try

That would make perfect sense except for one fact. Rufus make a public statement to guarantee $15 dollars to the shareholders on the radio. This would grant him a ticket to prison if it is fraudulent. Bankruptcy can not keep you from prison and I do not think that Rufus is man enough to be somebodies woman in prison. You cannot make public statements knowing that what you are saying is fraudelent when it comes to a stock. That is punishable by incarceration. He saw what happen to the likes of Enron and Martha Stewart. I don't think he wants jail time.

Now they just want to raise every red flag they can to the SEC? As close as they are being watched I have to question if they are dumb enough to keep up the claims and have the SEC trying to put them away. JMO
You have 3 years to learn then. Thats great. You can invest in huge scams and they still won't sell you alcohol till you're 21.

Well maybe CSHD contacted the banks overseas involved in the verification of the bonds in the local institutions-
let them buy in also at .10 and make enough money at 4.00 so that if it ever came out as to what happened they could rettiiirreee....oh wait probably not.
By no means am I saying we are 100% here. I am saying that their is a pretty in depth process to obtain bonds as collateral. You can't sit at home and photoshop a bond in adobe and walk up the street someplace and have it instantly made into your asset.
Its ridiculous to think that- it would require people on the other end of the bond origination to be involved in your scam. Are you suggesting that they got in at .10 and rode it to 4.00 and went on the lamb?

Now there you go using logic and reason again. You are going to confuse them if you keep it up. Keep it simple, leave out the logic and reason so they can continue to participate in the discussion.

I can't believe some of you are still transferring money into this stock and buying up a ton of shares with all of the speculation and shadiness around it. What happens if you all get burned by it? You’re willing to lose all that money. It amazes me when I see people saying I wish my money would settle so I can buy more shares and more and more... This stock is worthless, and Mike Alexander can basically take over the company and amend the 10K so that the stock's value is right around where it is now just like FHAL without any penalty towards him. He didn't guarantee things like Rufus did, Rufus is the one that is going to get the jail time if everything goes down. Why would Mike Alexander care what happens with CSHD now? He already pumped and dumped all his shares at $4. Keep dreaming guys.

So we should listen to your hearsay opinion? Or should we go with the fact that the SEC filed a complaint about ficticious bonds- asked for RPH to be banned from ever being an officer/director and shutting down the CSHD operations. And that part was DENIED.
If they copied someones bond and passed it off as their own do you think that part of the complaint would have been enforced?
Must have had some decent evidence for a judge to NOT order what the SEC asked for. Read the complaint- and then read the Order.
Compare the two and make your own determination of whether or not you think they have some sort of fly-by-night whilly nilly operation or they had some decent documentation about the assets.
If this sound board had sound I would play the debbie downer sound from SNL when you post.
If this thing goes south permanently at least it have been the most exciting stock play of the year! If it doesn't- I'm rich. Either way as others have stated on this board- its definately worth the price of admission for me!
