Is MA gonna be required to comment on our 6:1 at some point? We are past the date PR'd - I think they would be accused now of more fraud it they don't address it soon.

No, the 10Q, by the 15th, but as long as we're on the grey sheets they are not obligated to file the 10Q....but they have to amend the 10K because the SEC said they have to....but as far as the 10Q, just because they are not obligated to file on the grey's doesn't mean they won't....

Correct....IMO if they do not file the 10Q this will have very little chance of anything...even though they might not be REQUIRED...it will be important that they do!

4 Bud Lights + 2 big glasses of wine = 1 good nights sleep
Started watching the Christmas lights going up in the mansions here in the prarie. So we put the movie "Elf" in to start to get the kids in the holiday mood... Man that movie is hilarious.
Will Ferrel is funny... Can't wait till "Taledega Nights" hits the shelves. "Have you seen the size of these toilets? They are Gianoooormous!"
