My intention was not to bum you out Fredgrasshopper guy, my intention was to open your eyes to other peoples way of thinking. To let this board have intelligent conversation and possible debate without everyone getting their feathers ruffled.
I honestly believe that most of you are reading the TONES in the posts here wrong. It's hard to read a tone.
No, I don't cheerlead til I have facts. That's just me. You all can cheerlead all you want. I'm not saying you can't.
Just have conversation, and stop thinking anything negative posted makes someone a basher.
We all want anwsers, and we don't have them all. Let not freak out on each other and fellow investors.

Then i suggest that you pay to look at the GSCCCA website, as all the contracts and bonds are there for all to see!!!!
The Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority was established in 1993 with the legislated mandate of implementing and administering a statewide central index for UCC filings. Since its establishment, the Authority has not only fulfilled its original purpose, but has accepted additional projects at the request of other agencies and the Georgia General Assembly. These projects include administering a statewide index for real estate and personal property records, maintaining the central database of notaries public and administering a statewide database on civil case filings.
The creation of the Authority was a result of the cooperative efforts of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Association, the Council of Superior Court Clerks, the Georgia Bankers Association and the Community Bankers Association of Georgia.
I dont know why i am telling you this, as you would probably still argue this is a scam if even if the President of the United States told you in person!!!

This is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time! I hope you don't mind if I pass it along to some people I know that REALLY need it.
quote:Originally posted by cottonjim: Some of you guys need to find a creative way to deal with your anger. Let me pass along the way that I have learned, the method has worked well for me. I relayed to people in another thread a few weeks ago but just in case you missed it. I was sitting at my desk when I remembered a phone call I'd forgotten to make. I found the number and dialed it. A man answered, saying, "Hello."
I politely said, "This is JIM. Could I please speak with Robyn Carter?"
Suddenly a manic voice yelled out in my ear, "Get the right f*****ing number!" and the phone was slammed down on me.
I couldn't believe that anyone could be so rude. When I tracked down Robyn's correct number to call her, I found that I had accidentally reversed the last two digits.
After hanging up with her, I decided to call the 'wrong' number again.
When the same guy answered thephone,I yelled "You're an *******!" and hung up. I wrote his number down with the word '*******' next to it,and put it in my desk drawer.
Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills or had a really bad day, I'd call him up and yell, "You're an *******!"
It always cheered me up.
When Caller ID was introduced, I thought my therapeutic "******* calling" would have to stop. So, I called his number and said, "Hi, this is John Smith from Verizon. I'm calling to see if you're familiar with our Caller ID Program?"
He yelled "NO!" and slammed down the phone.
I quickly called him back and said, "That's because you're an *******!"
One day I was at the store, getting ready to pull into a parking spot. Some guy in a black BMW cut me off and pulled into the spot I had patiently waited for. I hit the horn and yelled that I'd been waiting for that spot, but the idiot ignored me. I noticed a "For Sale" sign in h is back window which included his phone number, so I wrote down the number.
A couple of days later, right after calling the first ******* (I had his number on speed dial), I thought that I'd better call the BMW *******,too.
I said, "Is this the man with the black BMW for sale?"
"Yes, it is," he said.
"Can you tell me where I can see it?" I asked.
"Yes, I live at 34 Mowbray Blvd, in Vaucluse. It's a yellow house, and the car's parked right out in front."
"What's your name?" I asked
"My name is Don Hansen," he said.
"When's a good time to catch you, Don?"
"I'm home every evening after five."
"Listen, Don, can I tell you something?"
"Yes?"
"Don, you're an *******!" Then I hung up, and added his number to my speed dial. Now, when I had a problem, I had two *******s to call. Then I came up with an idea. I called ******* #1.
"Hello."
"You're an *******!" (But I didn't hang up.)
"Are you still there?" he asked.
"Yeah," I said.
"Stop calling me," he screamed.
"Make me," I said.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"My name is Don Hansen."
"Yeah? Where do you live?"
"*******, I live at 34 Mowbray Blvd, Vaucluse, a yellow house, with my black Beamer parked in front."
He said, "I'm coming over right now, Don. And you had better start saying your prayers."
I said, "Yeah, like I'm really scared, *******," and hung up.
Then I called ******* #2. "Hello?" he said.
"Hello, *******," I said.
He yelled, "If I ever find out who you are..."
"You'll what?" I said.
"I'll kick your ass," he exclaimed.
I answered, "Well, *******, here's your chance. I'm coming over rightnow."
Then I hung up and immediately called the police, saying that I lived at 34 Mowbray Blvd, Vaucluse, and that I was on my way over there to kill my gay lover. Then I call ed Channel 9 News about the gang war going down in MowbrayBlvd, Vaucluse.
I quickly got into my car and headed over to Mowbray. I got there just in time to watch two *******s beating the **** out of each other in frontof six cop cars, an overhead police helicopter and a news crew.
This really works, you can feel the anger and tension "melt" away

I kind of think if I had got caught in a fraud the first thing on my mind would'nt be "call simon and tell everyone who can to listen" I think Rufie got some splainin' to do and is ready to do it!!! Seriously if he is under investigation he's got to know they will be listening to every word so they can dig his grave deeper...whats he gonna do pump his company even more so they can put it against him? I would be thinking of how to avoid the shareholders as long as possible. if he wants to talk with simon it is my opinion he is ready the shed the light on some things. Prove himself. clear things up for us. (and ofcourse slap some people around like only rufie can do!) only my thoughts Then again could always be oh crap I screwed up big time. and we could, I guess, get a soul wretching confession and ofcourse simon would play the part of "father simon" can't wait either way! This has been the play of my life. love the drama

Mashburn didn't have to ask any questions about bonds, Mr. Harris just talked about them since they were mentioned in the press release. The only mention of the bonds by Mashburn is when he referenced Mr. Harris talking about them. I have the declaration right in front of me.
To another poster -- the show cause order does say that the defendants shall answer all plaintiffs interrogatories within three days of service of such interrogatories; produce all documents within three days of such request; shall answer all of plaintiff's requests for admission within three days of service of such request.

Look guys ....... things got heated in here and I'm just as worried about my investment as anyone on here .
I'm not a basher but am merely tired of riddles , cobras , kool aid and all the spin CSHD puts out when things look gloomy . When they say that this stock has a cult like following , thats an under statement .
There is not one single thing myself or anyone on here can do about it right now . We are all in the same boat .
As for not wanting to hear what I have to say , well I don't even like what I am saying but you know what . I am speaking from past experiences and can see the writing on the wall . If you guys can't , its either because you choose not too or don't know what you are looking at .
If I am wrong , prove it !!! I would like to see something that would so I can not worry about my money that is probably gone .
I now believe Rufus is blowing smoke up our a$$ . I think even he is in uncharted waters and doesn't know where to go with it . I do truely think that he thinks that everything is Okie Dokie and the ship is in great shape but from where I'm standing , it looks like the ship is sinking and we all left the life jackets at home .
And as for the comments about being in court , I am one of those people that do not share the theory of the customer is always right and yes this has lead me into civil suits . Other legal issues have been as simple as questioning taxes applied to properties I own or filing documents to help with rewritting laws that pertain to my line of work . In my line of work , the big issue is what can you legally install on your vehicle and still maintain factory warranty . Its an ever changing law and must be kept up with .
And thanks for the props and googling my business . We are #1 in listing when you type in Texas Motorsports . Thats pretty good considering the amount of results you get when you type that in !!

I think this falls into the "no brainer" category, but the order today and scheduling of a court date on 11/7 pretty much means no shares until 10 days following that, if at all, and no likelihood of trading either. Correct?
Or, is this 7th when they all get back together and the judge issues his ruling?
I think I am becoming confused....the judge is ruling, but it feels like the judge is only nodding his head and playing a moderator for whether the SEC feels Rufus' submissions are valid...
Help, please.

The source I was just about to apologize for making a jab at your business ethics. If your still standing and business is still open you were more than likely proven innocent! glty and your business hope you continue to be sucessful! When dealing with customers ya never know what they will try to pull on you. slips, falls, coffee burnings ha. You are not the one the sec has brought to court. I should keep my focus on rufie boy. He's the one in the hot seat right now not you. I do believe Rufus will come out on top. Always has so far
